Background
Sleepers are an important component of railway track construction for supporting rails, transferring train loads and transmitting the various stresses to which the rails are subjected to the track bed. The audio detection function of the invention mainly aims at abnormal phenomena or internal faults which may occur on a railway and can be distinguished from sound, and provides a detection result.
When the device is used, the device is preset below a rail, the audio acquisition module acquires and converts real-time data, compresses and transmits digital signals, compares the digital signals with preloaded data, calculates the acquired audio data and the data of the preloaded data module, and identifies and uploads the calculated audio data in real time;

The invention has the following positive effects:
(1) according to the invention, through audio acquisition and comparison, the audio in normal operation in different areas is acquired and uploaded, real-time data is acquired during working to compare audio files, and problem road sections are analyzed, so that a manual inspection mode is assisted or replaced, the working intensity of personnel and the possibility of missing inspection can be obviously reduced, the condition of false alarm can be effectively reduced along with the improvement of the service time, and the reliability and the stability of equipment are improved.
(2) The invention can communicate with the server in real time, and the server can timely alarm the abnormal result by receiving, analyzing and displaying various audio data in real time, thereby assisting personnel to quickly eliminate the operation hidden trouble or fault of the equipment.
(3) The safety of the equipment is further ensured through the power-off sensor, when a theft or damage action occurs, the alarm module immediately alarms, and data are collected and reported to the server.
(4) The device can also be internally provided with a signal amplifier, so that the coverage area of communication signals is increased in some areas with weak signals.
(5) The transverse resistance is increased: the convex limiting block increases the transverse resistance of the sleeper and improves the stability of the sleeve rail seamless track.
