According to the surface treatment process for the cupronickel casting, disclosed by the invention, the surface treatment of the cupronickel casting can be completed through simple procedures, the strength, the hardness, the wear resistance and the corrosion resistance of the treated casting are improved to a certain extent, the cost is reduced, and the surface treatment process has good economic benefits and practical values.

s4, polishing: polishing the pickled casting by using a polishing machine and abrasive paper;
s5, electroplating, namely electroplating the polished casting, wherein the used coating is a copper-nickel-chromium composite coating;
s6, secondary washing: and (4) washing the electroplated casting by using clear water to finish the surface treatment of the cupronickel casting.

s2, washing: flushing the cast after shot blasting, wherein the flushing liquid is a mixed solution containing 3.5% of hydrogen peroxide and 3% of ethanol;
s3, acid washing: placing the casting subjected to hydrochloric acid pickling into a pickling tank, and pickling by using a mixed solution containing 10% of sulfuric acid, 8% of ethanol and 6% of hydrogen peroxide for 3 minutes;
s4, polishing: polishing the pickled casting by using a polishing machine and abrasive paper;
s5, electroplating, namely electroplating the polished casting, wherein the used coating is a copper-nickel-chromium composite coating;
s6, secondary washing: and (4) washing the electroplated casting by using clear water to finish the surface treatment of the cupronickel casting.

s5, electroplating, namely electroplating the polished casting, wherein the used coating is a copper-nickel-chromium composite coating;
