Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with a small crystal point effect, which comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a transfer coating by using a modified acrylate polymer as a base resin; 2) coating the transfer coating on a PET film to obtain a transfer layer; 3) molding the transfer layer on a molding press to obtain a laser information layer; 4) carrying out vacuum aluminum plating on the transfer layer to obtain an aluminum plating layer; 5) coating water-soluble glue on the aluminum-plated layer, compounding with base paper and drying; 6) coating a back glue material on the back of the composite paper, and drying; 7) and peeling the PET base film on the surface of the composite paper to obtain the anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with the small crystal point effect. The anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with the small crystal point effect, which is prepared by the preparation method, has the advantages that the small crystal point particles visible under ultraviolet light are dispersed in the middle of the laser information layer, other anti-counterfeiting function layers are not required to be added, the risk that a single laser film is easy to copy can be avoided, the anti-counterfeiting effect is enhanced by combining with the laser information layer, the printing adaptability is not influenced, and the anti-counterfeiting effect is easy to inquire.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of package printing, in particular to anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with a small crystal point effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Transfer paper is one of the most widely used tobacco packaging materials. However, with the development of economy, the contradiction between counterfeiting and anti-counterfeiting is more and more sharp, and in order to protect enterprise brands and market and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, certain anti-counterfeiting measures are imperative. The transfer paper with the anti-counterfeiting function is widely favored by merchants, and not only can have the anti-counterfeiting property, but also has the effect of improving the brand image of the merchants. The traditional anti-counterfeiting means of the transfer paper is to transfer the laser mould printed with the patterns to the packaging paper through the processes of bonding, compounding and the like, so that the transfer paper obtains special patterns and anti-counterfeiting marks. However, due to the wide application of the laser transfer film, the existing laser plate is easy to copy, and the anti-counterfeiting effect is greatly reduced.
In the preparation process of the transfer paper, if special materials are added into the coating, the surface of the transfer paper can obtain a small crystal point effect (under ultraviolet light), and then the transfer paper is combined with the laser information layer, so that the anti-counterfeiting effect can be increased, and the printing adaptability is not influenced. Therefore, how to prepare the anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with the small crystal point effect is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field at present.

In order to solve the problems of the prior art, the invention provides anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with a small crystal point effect and a preparation method thereof.

the invention provides a preparation method of anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with a small crystal point effect, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a transfer coating: preparing a transfer coating by taking the modified acrylate polymer as base resin and adding 0.1-0.3% of anti-counterfeiting material;
(2) coating: coating the transfer coating on a PET base film to obtain a transfer layer;
(3) die pressing: pressing a holographic pattern on the PET coated with the transfer coating to obtain a laser layer;
(4) aluminum plating: vacuum aluminizing the laser film on a vacuum aluminizing machine to obtain an aluminized layer;
(5) compounding: coating water-soluble glue on the aluminum-plated layer, then compounding with base paper and drying to obtain composite paper;
(6) back gluing: coating a back sizing material on the back of the composite paper, and drying;
(7) stripping: and peeling the PET film on the surface of the composite paper to obtain the anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with the small crystal point effect.
Further, the step (2) adopts a single-side one-time coating mode, a 110-pass 130-wire gauze roller is used, the coating is carried out at the middle clamping edge, the clamping edge width at one side is 0.2-0.5mm, and the dry coating amount is 1.45-1.75g/m2。
Further, in the step (3), the pressure is 160-170 ℃ and 0.3-0.4 MPa.
Further, the vacuum aluminum plating conditions in the step (4) are as follows: the vacuum degree is 0.2-0.3Pa, and the temperature is 140-160 ℃.

Further, the small-grained effect is visible under ultraviolet light and invisible to the naked eye.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the preparation process is simple, the prepared anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with the small crystal point effect has the advantages that the small crystal point particles visible under ultraviolet light are dispersed in the middle of the laser information layer, other anti-counterfeiting function layers are not needed to be added, the risk that a single laser film is easy to copy can be avoided, the anti-counterfeiting effect is enhanced by combining with the laser information layer, the printing adaptability is not influenced, and the anti-counterfeiting effect is easy to inquire.
Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in detail and specifically with reference to the following examples so as to provide a better understanding of the present invention, but the following examples are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The preparation method of the anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with the small crystal point effect comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a transfer coating: the transfer coating is prepared by taking the modified acrylate polymer as base resin and adding 0.1% of anti-counterfeiting material, and the solid content is 25%;
(2) coating: coating the transfer coating on a PET film by a single-sided one-step coating mode by using a 110-wire gauze roller, clamping edges in the middle during coating, controlling the width of the clamping edges at one side to be 0.2mm, and controlling the dry coating amount to be 1.45g/m2;
(3) Die pressing: the temperature is 165 ℃, the pressure is 0.32Mpa, the speed is 60m/min, and laser patterns are pressed, clear and transparent;
(4) aluminum plating: vacuum aluminizing the transfer layer on a vacuum aluminizing machine under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.2Pa and the temperature is 140 ℃, wherein the thickness of the aluminized layer isObtaining an aluminum-plated layer;
(5) compounding: mixing 7.5g/m2Coating the transfer glue on the aluminum-plated layer, compounding the transfer glue with base paper, and drying;
(6) back gluing: coating 4.5g/m on the base paper2Carrying out gum material back and drying;
(7) stripping: and peeling the PET film on the surface of the composite paper to obtain the anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with the small crystal point effect.
Example 2
The preparation method of the anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with the small crystal point effect comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a transfer coating: the transfer coating is prepared by taking the modified acrylate polymer as base resin and adding 0.3% of anti-counterfeiting material, and the solid content is 18%;
(2) coating: coating the transfer coating on a PET film by using a 130-wire gauze roller in a single-sided one-step coating mode, clamping edges in the middle during coating, controlling the width of the clamping edges at one side to be 0.5mm, and controlling the dry coating amount to be 1.65g/m2;
(3) Die pressing: the temperature is 165 ℃, the pressure is 0.32Mpa, the speed is 55m/min, and laser patterns are pressed, clear and transparent;
(4) aluminum plating: vacuum aluminizing the transfer layer on a vacuum aluminizing machine under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.3Pa and the temperature is 160 ℃, wherein the thickness of the aluminizing layer isObtaining an aluminum-plated layer;
(5) compounding: mixing 8.5g/m2Coating the transfer glue on the aluminum-plated layer, compounding the transfer glue with base paper, and drying;
(6) back gluing: coating 5.5g/m on the base paper2Carrying out gum material back and drying;
(7) stripping: and peeling the PET film on the surface of the composite paper to obtain the anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with the small crystal point effect.
Example 3
The preparation method of the anti-counterfeiting transfer paper with the small crystal point effect comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a transfer coating: preparing a transfer coating by taking the modified acrylate polymer as base resin and adding 0.1-0.3% of anti-counterfeiting material;
(2) coating: coating the transfer coating on a PET base film to obtain a transfer layer;
(3) die pressing: pressing a holographic pattern on the PET coated with the transfer coating to obtain a laser layer;
(4) aluminum plating: vacuum aluminizing the laser film on a vacuum aluminizing machine to obtain an aluminized layer;
(5) compounding: coating water-soluble glue on the aluminum-plated layer, then compounding with base paper and drying to obtain composite paper;
(6) back gluing: coating a back sizing material on the back of the composite paper, and drying;
(7) stripping: and peeling the PET film on the surface of the composite paper.
2. The preparation method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step (2) adopts a single-sided one-step coating manner, a 110-130 wire gauze roller is used, the coating is carried out with a central card edge, the width of the card edge at one side is 0.2-0.5mm, and the dry coating amount is 1.45-1.75g/m2。
