The invention further provides a using method of the novel balance lifting appliance for lifting. When the large-scale equipment is hoisted, the hydraulic system drives the movable hoisting hole to quickly level the gravity center of the equipment part, so that the equipment part is kept balanced, and the construction operation is completed. The balance lifting appliance effectively solves the problems that the lengths of the steel wire ropes are inconsistent and the center of gravity of equipment is not easy to control, and has low processing cost and wide application range; simple structure, convenient operation is swift, reduces intensity of labour, improves production efficiency, guarantees construction safety.
