The signal processor outputs the following modes: when the swing arm is set to be in a vertical position state, setting a signal value to be 0 and storing the signal value in a PLC program; and (3) feeding back the tilt sensor in a PLC program to perform PID processing, wherein a positive value is output when the tilt sensor rotates forwards, and a negative value is output when the tilt sensor rotates backwards. And when the tension of the aluminum foil is increased, the swing rod moves towards the left side, the air cylinder retracts towards the recovery direction, the PLC controls the proportional valve to increase pressure for the air cylinder through a feedback signal of the inclination angle sensor, the air cylinder slowly extends out and recovers to an O position state, and the swing arm recovers to a vertical state. On the contrary, when the tension of the aluminum foil is reduced, the swing rod moves towards the right side, the air cylinder extends outwards, the PLC controls the proportional valve to reduce pressure for the air cylinder through a feedback signal of the tilt angle sensor, the air cylinder slowly retracts to the O position state, and the swing arm returns to the vertical state.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
