Abstract
The application provides a packing carton includes: the packaging box body is formed by surrounding four side walls; the rocking cover is integrally arranged at the top of one side wall; two swing wings integrally disposed on a pair of opposite side walls; the bottom support is integrally arranged at the bottom of the packaging box main body; wherein, the two swing wings are jointed after being folded to form a combined type buffering fixed lining which is arranged inside the packing box. The fixed lining structure of the packing box is formed by folding and jointing the swing wings at two sides of the packing box, and the swing wings and the packing box are in an integrated structure, so that the buffer, fixation and protection of the whole switch panel are formed; meanwhile, the packaging material does not need special preparation or die sinking, the rapid production and packaging process is met, and the packaging problem in actual production can be effectively solved.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of packaging products, and more particularly, to a package.
Background
To panel switch type's intelligent single product, this type of product is standard "86 box" mostly and adds the base by the face and constitute, and its inner structure mainly is circuit board components and parts, and general this type of product can not be from taking metal plug, and at present, as follows to the main packing mode of this type of product:
1. the packing box is covered with a top and a bottom, the packing is made of sponge, plastic molding or other paper materials to be a single fixed lining buffer design, and sometimes the sponge is used as a buffer pad at the top;
2. the design of independent fixed linings is carried out on some common corrugated paper aircraft boxes or the design of the fixed linings is not directly carried out;

In the mode, the scheme 1 relates to sponge sheet cutting and forming and needs to be glued and fixed, the plastic suction forming lining relates to die sinking, the production and manufacturing process is complex, and time and labor are wasted; scheme 2 does not design a fixed lining, the protection of the product is insufficient by only relying on corrugated buffering, and the lining is designed independently to influence the package integrity and increase the material management cost; scheme 3 is not enough to the buffer protection of packaged product, and the finished product that leaves the factory probably receives the striking and leads to the loss of outward appearance face or product dysfunction, directly influences user's use experience.
Therefore, from the actual demand, a new packaging form of the packaging box which can be used for product fixing and buffering protection and is convenient to produce and manufacture needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
To the problem among the above-mentioned prior art, this application has provided a packing carton, and its adoption makes up fixed inside lining of buffering and packing carton main part integrated into one piece's packaging structure, promotes production preparation efficiency and packaging material's uniformity greatly.
The application provides a packing box, which comprises a packing box main body formed by four side walls in a surrounding mode; the rocking cover is integrally arranged at the top of one side wall; two swing wings integrally disposed on a pair of opposite side walls; the bottom support is integrally arranged at the bottom of the packaging box main body; the two swing wings are combined to form a combined type buffering fixing lining after being folded, and the combined type buffering fixing lining is arranged inside the packing box. The fixed lining structure of the packing box is formed by folding and jointing the swing wings at two sides of the packing box, and the swing wings and the packing box are in an integrated structure, so that the buffer, fixation and protection of the whole switch panel are formed; meanwhile, the packaging material does not need special preparation or die sinking, the rapid production and packaging process is met, and the packaging problem in actual production can be effectively solved.
In one embodiment, the swing wing includes a first fold, a second fold, a third fold, a fourth fold, a fifth fold, and a joint distributed along a folding direction.
In one embodiment, the swing wing further comprises an opening portion provided at a junction of the second fold portion and the third fold portion such that opposing opening portions, when brought together, form a slot structure for securing a product.
In one embodiment, a first reinforcing sheet at least partially covering the opening portion and a second reinforcing sheet perpendicular to the second folded portion are provided on a first side and a second side of the opening portion in the folding direction, respectively.
In one embodiment, the shoe is formed by four shoe elements arranged at the bottom of the respective side walls, folded and plugged together.
In one embodiment, a rocker cover includes a rocker cover body and a tongue.
In one embodiment, the package is made of single copper paper.
The application provides a packing carton compares in prior art has following beneficial effect:
(1) the integrally formed structure can effectively solve the problems of increased labor cost and overlong development period caused by the existing relatively high-cost packing mode of covering the top and the bottom with the lining, and solve the problems that the finished product package is not buffered and fixed in place for protection or the lining needs to be designed independently;
(2) the paper space is fully utilized, the redundant paper space is fully utilized as a buffer fixing lining protection structure on the premise of ensuring the support of the packaging lining structure, and the good buffer fixing lining structure can effectively absorb various impact loads of a finished product in the packaging and transportation process;
(3) the packaging material does not need special preparation or die sinking, meets the requirements of rapid production and packaging processes, and can effectively solve the packaging problem in actual production;
(4) the single material integration shaping, with low costs: the mould opening is not involved, other materials do not need to be compositely pasted, only a single copper paper material is used, and the integrated forming of the packing box and the packing lining is realized through simple folding and inserting and buckling by cutting through the cutting die.
The features mentioned above can be combined in various suitable ways or replaced by equivalent features as long as the object of the invention is achieved.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is an expanded view of the structure of the packing box 100 according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the package 100 may include a package body 110, a flap 120, a swing wing 130, and a bottom base 140; wherein the pack body 110 is formed by being surrounded by four sidewalls 111; the rocking cover 120 is integrally provided on the top of one side wall, and includes a rocking cover body 121 and a tongue 122; two swing wings 130 are integrally provided at the top of a pair of opposite side walls, and the swing cover 120 and the two swing wings 130 cooperate to cover the top opening of the pack body; the tray 140 is formed of four tray elements 141 provided at the bottom of the respective sidewalls 111, folded and inserted, and integrally provided at the bottom of the pack body 110 to support the contents therein.
Preferably, the package 100 is used to package smart panel products, the side walls being rectangular to fit the shape of the panel.
As shown in fig. 3, in terms of safety protection of packaged articles, a combined cushioning and securing liner 200 is provided in the package 100 of the present application, and the combined cushioning and securing liner 200 is composed of two swing wings 130 joined to each other and provided on a pair of opposite side walls 111. Since the swing wing 130 and the packing box body 110 are integrally formed, the combined buffering fixing liner 200 and the packing box body 110 are also integrally formed, and compared with the prior art, the combined buffering fixing liner has the advantages of no need of additionally designing a liner and a mold opening, short development period, and capability of being used for rapid production and packaging processes.
In fig. 2, the swing wing 130 may include a first folding portion 131, a second folding portion 132, a third folding portion 133, a fourth folding portion 134, a fifth folding portion 135 and a joint portion 136 distributed along the folding direction, a fold is provided before the adjacent folding portions, an opening portion 137 is provided at the joint of the second folding portion 132 and the third folding portion 133, and the opening portion 137 of the opposite swing wing 130 may form a slot structure for fixing a product after assembly, as shown in fig. 3.
In fig. 3 and 4, a first reinforcing sheet 138 is provided on a first side edge of the opening portion 137 in the folding direction, and a second reinforcing sheet 139 is provided on an opposite second side edge, and the second reinforcing sheet 139 can be folded along the fold line with respect to the second folding portion 132. In the unassembled state, the first reinforcing sheet 138 and the second reinforcing sheet 139 at least partially cover the opening portion 137; in the assembled state, the second reinforcing piece 139 is folded perpendicularly to the second folded portion 132 along the fold line, the perpendicularly assembled second reinforcing piece 139 reinforces the strength of the lateral edge of the packing box, and the two first reinforcing pieces 138 of the two swing wings 130 are overlapped above the bottom support 140, so that the supporting strength of the bottom surface is reinforced.
In the assembly phase, the folds 131-, thus forming one half of the combined cushioning-fixing liner 200 positioned inside the packing box body 110, and then joining the third joining parts 133 of the two swing wings 130 to form the complete combined cushioning-fixing liner 200, which is also positioned inside the packing box body 110, as shown in fig. 3 and 4.
Preferably, the height of the third folded part 133 is configured to allow a gap between the fourth folded part 134 and the bottom support 140, so that a buffer space is formed for the product after the product is assembled, thereby ensuring safe assembly of the product.
Here, the engagement of the two swing wings 130 at the third engagement portion 133 may be achieved in various ways. For example, the third joining portion 133 may be joined by adhesive bonding, or may be joined by a member such as a staple, or may be in a state where both are not pressed by contact without any means. Similarly, the two first reinforcing sheets 138 overlapped with each other may be bonded by an adhesive to complete the fixed bonding, thereby ensuring the strength of the bottom surface.
Through the integrated combined type buffering and fixing lining 200, the problems of labor cost increase and overlong development period caused by the existing relatively-high-cost packing mode of covering the lining on the ground can be effectively solved, and the situations that the buffering and fixing protection of finished product packing is not in place or the lining needs to be designed independently are solved; the paper space is fully utilized, the redundant paper space is fully utilized as a buffer fixing lining protection structure on the premise of ensuring the support of the packaging lining structure, and the good buffer fixing lining structure can effectively absorb various impact loads of a finished product in the packaging and transportation process; the packaging material does not need special preparation or die sinking, meets the requirements of rapid production and packaging technology, and can effectively solve the packaging problem in actual production.
The package 100 may be made from a variety of single materials, such as corrugated paper or single copper paper. Preferably, the package 100 is made of single copper paper. On one hand, the single material is integrally formed, and the cost is low; on the other hand, the production process does not involve die sinking, does not need to compound other materials, only utilizes single copper paper single material, realizes the integrated molding of packing carton and packing inside lining through simple book, eye-splice through cutting die cutting.

Claims (7)
1. A package, comprising:
the packaging box body is formed by surrounding four side walls;
the rocking cover is integrally arranged at the top of one side wall;
two swing wings integrally disposed on a pair of opposite side walls; and
the bottom support is integrally arranged at the bottom of the packaging box main body;
the two swing wings are combined to form a combined type buffering fixing lining after being folded, and the combined type buffering fixing lining is arranged inside the packing box.
2. A package as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the swing wing comprises a first fold, a second fold, a third fold, a fourth fold, a fifth fold and a joint distributed along the folding direction.
3. A package as claimed in claim 2 wherein the swing wing further comprises an opening provided at the junction of the second fold and the third fold.
4. A packing box according to claim 3, wherein a first reinforcing sheet and a second reinforcing sheet are provided on a first side and a second side of the opening portion in the folding direction, respectively, the first reinforcing sheet at least partially covering the opening portion, and the second reinforcing portion is perpendicular to the second folding portion.
5. A package according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the base is formed by folding and plugging four base elements provided at the bottom of the respective side walls.
6. A package according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the flap includes a flap body and a tongue.
7. A package as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the package is made of single copper paper.
