Abstract
The invention provides a variable feeding device of a quantitative packaging machine, which comprises a box body, a feeding hopper, a motor, a reciprocating swing mechanism, a coarse feeding port, a fine feeding part and a weighing hopper, wherein the feeding hopper is arranged at the top of the top layer of the box body, a discharging port of the feeding hopper is in butt joint with a feeding port of the coarse feeding port, the motor is connected with the fine feeding part through the reciprocating swing mechanism, the fine feeding part is rotatably connected with the box body, the fine feeding part is provided with a variable flow fine feeding port, and the fine feeding part is blocked at the discharging port of the coarse feeding port to form a material gate of the discharging port of the coarse feeding port. The invention also provides the quantitative packaging machine with the variable feeding device. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the structure is simplified, the variable-flow fine feeding can be realized, the precision is improved under the condition of ensuring the feeding speed and the feeding weight, and the working efficiency is high.

A commonly used weighing and feeding device is controlled by an electric cylinder, an air cylinder and the like, and the working process of the weighing and feeding device is as follows:
1. when the materials in the storage hopper are enough, the materials enter the gravity feeding device under the action of gravity, and the charging door is completely opened through one of the cylinders to enter a large feeding state.
2. When a given large feed weight is reached, the other cylinder is opened by closing the first cylinder, so that the gate enters a small feed state leaving a slit.
3. When the small feeding weight is given, the feeding door is completely closed, the weighing hopper is stable through certain aerial blanking, and when the bag clamping mechanism is clamped, the discharging door is opened, the material enters the discharging hopper and then falls into the bag, so that a packaging cycle is completed.
At present, the development trend of transmission power in a feeding device is changed from a cylinder to a stepping motor, and in order to accelerate feeding speed, external force measures such as air pressure, vibration and the like are added to the feeding power on the basis of material gravity.
The existing feeding device has the following defects:
1. although the common cylinder transmission is fast, the power is large, the overload capacity is strong, the requirement on the tightness of a system is high, air leakage is easy, and the control precision is not easy to control due to the fact that the speed is too fast.
2. The traditional feeding device has the disadvantages of complex integral structure, higher cost and difficult cleaning and maintenance.
3. At present, a feeding part of a feeding device consists of coarse feeding and fine feeding, a feeding port of the fine feeding is generally constant in flow, and the achievable precision is limited by the size of the fine feeding port to influence the feeding speed and precision.
For example, when the amount is 100kg, the raw material feed value is preferably 90 kg. If the feeding hopper opening is too large, the discharging speed is very high, when the weighing hopper is weighed to 90kg (the instantaneous impact value is, and the actual weight is lower than 90 kg), the feeding hopper door is changed from full opening to small opening, the material flowing out in the process and the material column in the air can continuously flow to the weighing hopper, and the feeding door does not relate to the small opening position, the weighing hopper is weighed to 100kg, the feeding hopper door is commanded to be closed, namely, the fine feeding process is not carried out, the feeding hopper door is closed, and the actual weight of the material is more than 100kg, so that the metering process cannot be normally carried out, and the packaging precision is influenced. If the coarse feed value is set to be smaller, the metering process can be normally operated, but the fine feed time is prolonged, and the packaging speed is influenced.
Therefore, how to better simplify the structure and give consideration to both the feeding precision and the feeding speed is a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

The invention provides a variable feeding device of a quantitative packaging machine, which comprises a box body, a blanking hopper, a motor, a reciprocating swing mechanism, a coarse feeding port, a fine feeding part and a weighing hopper, wherein the discharging hopper is arranged at the top of the top layer of the box body, the discharging port of the discharging hopper is butted with the feeding port of the coarse feeding port, the motor is connected with the fine feeding part through the reciprocating swing mechanism, the fine feeding part is rotationally connected with the box body, the fine feeding part is provided with a variable flow fine feeding port, the fine feeding part is blocked at the discharge port of the coarse feeding port to form a material door of the discharge port of the coarse feeding port, the motor drives the fine feeding part to rotate through the reciprocating swing mechanism, so that the discharge hole of the coarse feeding port is in overlapped communication or partially overlapped communication with the variable flow fine feeding port, and the weighing hopper is positioned right below the discharge hole of the coarse feeding port.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the opening width of the variable flow rate fine feeding port of the fine feeding portion becomes gradually larger from one end to the other end.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a variable feeding device of a quantitative packaging machine comprises a box body 1, a lower hopper 4, a motor 3, a reciprocating swing mechanism, a coarse feeding port 6, a fine feeding portion 7 and a weighing hopper 8, wherein the lower hopper 4 is arranged on the top of the top layer of the box body 1, a discharging port of the lower hopper 4 is in butt joint with a feeding port of the coarse feeding port 6, the motor 3 is connected with the fine feeding portion 7 through the reciprocating swing mechanism, the fine feeding portion 7 is rotatably connected with the box body 1, the fine feeding portion 7 is provided with a variable flow fine feeding port, the fine feeding portion 7 is blocked at a discharging port of the coarse feeding port 6 to form a gate of the discharging port of the coarse feeding port 6, the motor 3 drives the fine feeding portion 7 to rotate through the reciprocating swing mechanism to enable the discharging port of the coarse feeding port 6 to be in overlapped communication or partially overlapped communication with the variable flow fine feeding port, the weighing hopper 8 is positioned right below the discharge hole of the coarse feeding port 6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the opening width of the variable flow rate fine feeding port of the fine feeding portion 7 becomes gradually larger from one end to the other end.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the variable flow rate fine feeding port of the fine feeding portion 7 is an isosceles triangle port 10 or an isosceles trapezoid port.

After the target weight is reached, the fine feeding part 7 is completely closed, the preparation time prepares for feeding next time, at the moment, the weighing hopper 8 is stable, the weighed weight is an accurate value of the actual weight, the value is compared with the target value to obtain an error value, because the fine feeding part 7 rotates, one side of the isosceles triangle port 10 firstly passes through the coarse feeding port 6, then the overlapping communication area of the isosceles triangle port 10 and the coarse feeding port 6 is gradually reduced, namely the variable flow rate fine feeding port is gradually reduced, the feeding flow rate is reduced, therefore, the variable flow rate fine feeding port can accurately control the feeding amount, when the next feeding period is carried out, the error value can be compensated by controlling the rotating speed of the fine feeding part 6 through the motor 3, and the feeding precision is further improved.
The variable feeding device provided by the invention has the advantages that the packaging precision is ensured under the condition of ensuring the packaging speed and the weight of the packaging machine, the variable flow fine feeding is realized, the problem of insufficient precision of the conventional packaging machine is solved, the quality of the packaging machine is improved, the structure is simple, the size of the device is small, and the realization is convenient.
The variable feeding device and the quantitative packaging machine with the variable feeding device provided by the invention have the following advantages:
