Abstract
The invention discloses a supporting device of an installation platform of an LNG ship maintenance system, which comprises a plurality of vertically arranged supporting legs and a plurality of horizontally arranged side supports, wherein the supporting legs are fixedly connected with the installation platform, the installation platform is supported by the supporting legs from the bottom of a cabin, the installation platform is supported by the side supports from the cabin wall, the supporting legs and the side supports both adopt an embedded mode to realize the coarse adjustment function of the supporting device and adopt a spiral mode to realize the fine adjustment function of the supporting device, and a plurality of bases are arranged at the lower end of a single supporting leg and are used for reducing the pressure of the single supporting leg on an LNG ship. The supporting device provided by the invention can ensure that the mounting platform cannot shake due to the change of tide, and has the characteristics of being telescopic and detachable.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cargo hold maintenance system of an LNG ship, in particular to a supporting device suitable for an installation platform of the cargo hold maintenance system of the LNG ship.
Background
When the inner surface of a cabin of an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas, abbreviated as LNG) is integrally coated with a heat insulation material, installation operators and equipment need to reach every position in the cabin, so that an installation platform needs to be built in the cabin firstly. The installation platform is supported on the bilge, but the bilge is adhered with the thermal insulation material, so that the installation platform is required to be flexible on the basis of having enough rigidity and stability, the distance between the installation platform and the bilge is convenient to adjust, and the adhered thermal insulation material is not damaged.

The supporting device for the installation platform of the maintenance system of the LNG ship according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Fig. 1 shows an arrangement diagram of a supporting device of an installation platform of an LNG ship maintenance system according to the present invention, the arrangement diagram includes a plurality of vertically arranged supporting legs 1 and a plurality of horizontally arranged side supports 2, each supporting leg 1 and each side support 2 are fixedly connected to an installation platform 3, the supporting legs 1 are used for supporting the installation platform 3 from the bilge, and the side supports 2 are used for supporting the installation platform 3 from the bulkhead to prevent the installation platform 3 from toppling over.

As shown in fig. 3, which is a structure diagram of a side support in a horizontal direction according to a first embodiment of the present invention, the side support 2 includes: a support body, two sides of which support the guide surface 14, the fine adjustment device and the support seat 19; the side support body comprises a side support inner tube 12 provided with a plurality of pin holes 20 and a side support outer tube 13 provided with a plurality of pin holes 20, the side support outer tube 13 is nested outside the side support inner tube 12, one pin hole 20 of the side support inner tube 12 is aligned with one pin hole 20 of the side support outer tube 13, and pins are inserted into the two aligned pin holes 20, so that the side support inner tube 12 is fixedly connected with the side support 13; the two side supporting guide surfaces 14 are respectively fixed on the mounting platform 3 and are connected with the side supporting outer tube 13 in a nested manner through an inner through hole, and the size of the inner through hole of each side supporting guide surface 14 is matched with the outer diameter of the side supporting outer tube 13; the side support fine-adjustment device is positioned at the top end of the side support outer tube 13 and comprises a disc surface 15, a second stud 16, a second nut 17 and a second hand wheel 18, the disc surface 15 is fixedly connected with the top end of the side support outer tube 13, the tail end of the second stud 16 is fixedly connected with the disc surface 15, the second nut 17 is positioned on the second stud 16 and is fixedly connected with the side support guide surface 14, and the second hand wheel 18 is positioned at the top end of the second stud 16 and is fixedly connected with the second stud 16; the edge support 19 is located at the end of the edge support inner tube 12 and is supported on the bulkhead, and the edge support 19 is fixedly connected with the edge support inner tube 12.
The side support outer pipe 13 is fixed on the mounting platform 3 through two side support guide surfaces 14, and the coarse adjustment function of the length of the side support 2 is realized by adjusting the fixing positions of the pin holes 20 of the side support inner pipe 12 and the side support outer pipe 13, namely adjusting the relative positions of the side support inner pipe 12 and the mounting platform 3; the side support fine-tuning device is respectively fixed on the side support outer tube 13 and the side support guide surface 14, and the side support body is driven to horizontally move in the side support guide surface 14 by rotating the second hand wheel 18, so that the fine-tuning function of side support is realized.

The side support inner tube 12 is fixed on the mounting platform 3 through two side support guide surfaces 14, and the coarse adjustment function of the length of the side support 2 is realized by adjusting the fixing positions of the side support inner tube 12 in the through holes in the two side support guide surfaces 14, namely adjusting the relative positions of the support inner tube 12 and the mounting platform 3; the side support fine-tuning device is respectively fixed on the side support outer tube 13 and the side support guide surface 14, and the side support body is driven to horizontally move in the side support guide surface 14 by rotating the second hand wheel 18, so that the fine-tuning function of side support is realized.
