Technical Field

Background
No matter the electric vehicle charging pile on the current market is charged by scanning a code or swiping a card, the relay control device of the charging pile needs to interact with the charging pile management platform through a network, and the charging pile management platform carries out order creation and order settlement management on charging and power-off service requests of charging pile terminal equipment. When the network is temporarily blocked due to network jitter or other factors in a charging pile relay control equipment installation area, a charging pile management platform cannot process a charging completion notification reported by a charging pile terminal device or a card swiping charging request service initiated by a user, so that a charging pile system cannot work normally, order data on the charging pile management platform cannot be synchronized with data of the charging pile terminal device, the user cannot charge normally, and the charging pile management platform loses data, so that the user experience is poor, and an operator loses operation loss due to the loss of the order data.
