Detailed Description
In order to describe the technical content, constructional features, achieved objects and effects of the technical solution in detail, the following description is made in connection with the specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the cleaning device for a doctor blade of a screen printing machine is provided, and is used for being matched with the doctor blade of the screen printing machine, specifically, the cleaning device comprises a guide rail 1 arranged in parallel with the length direction of the doctor blade 3, and a sliding part 11 coupled with the guide rail, wherein the sliding part can be matched with the guide rail in a pulley mode or the like. The sliding part is connected with the cleaning head 2 through a connecting rod 12, the cross section of the cleaning head in the direction vertical to the guide rail is U-shaped, and cleaning scraping plates 21 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the concave space and are used for being attached to the side surfaces of the scraping plates. As also shown in the example of fig. 2, a view of the screen printer is shown in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the doctor blade, and the doctor blade 3 may be divided into a rubber doctor blade and a metal doctor blade according to the specific assembly of the screen printer, and the drawing is only schematic. It can be seen that the slide rail can be arranged on one side (not shown) of the screen printing machine, and when the cleaning device is required to work, the scraper 3 can be moved left and right to a proper position for cleaning. The whole screen printer scraper cleaning device can be designed with a moving part which can be perpendicular to the direction of the sliding rail, so that the cleaning head 2 can be moved in the left-right direction in the figure when cleaning is performed, and the effect that the cleaning head is matched with the scraper in place is achieved. It can also be seen from fig. 2 that the connecting rod 12 may be a bent or straight rod for working on the platform 5 and the base plate 6 of the screen printer below in the drawing. The specific bending optimization can be carried out according to the actual needs of each screen printing machine. By designing the cleaning head 2 capable of freely moving in the above-mentioned scheme, the two cleaning blades 21 of the cleaning head 2 can clamp the blades from two sides respectively, so as to scrape off the adhesive solution attached to the blades just after working. Finally, the technical effect of conveniently cleaning the scraper is achieved.
In a top view of fig. 3, it can be seen that even if two cleaning blades disposed on two sides of the scraper are not aligned, as long as the distance between the two cleaning blades is smaller than the thickness of the scraper, the scraper can still be clamped and achieve the cleaning effect, and the staggered two cleaning blades can also shunt the scraped waste glue solution into two different waste glue collecting tanks for collection. As can be seen from the figure, the underside of the cleaning head is also provided with a waste rubber collecting tank 23, which in a specific design example can be provided below the cleaning blade. Thereby achieving the technical effect of collecting the waste liquid flowing down on the cleaning blade. In order to better clean the blade, in a further embodiment as shown in fig. 4, the cleaning blades 21 are arranged opposite each other on both sides of the concave space of the cleaning head. The cleaning scraper clamping part is formed to be opposite to the cleaning scraper, and the angle shaking of the scraper can be better prevented by the opposite design, so that the cleaning effect is better. The contact surface of the cleaning blade may be a plane, such as a rectangular horizontal interface, or may be an arc surface, i.e., a semicircular horizontal section, or the like. As can also be seen from fig. 4, the cleaning head further comprises a deflector 22, said deflector 22 being arranged to direct the glue flowing down on the cleaning blade 21 into a waste glue collecting tank 23. The waste rubber collecting tank can be an opening arranged at the bottom of the cleaning head and used for temporarily collecting waste rubber liquid, the bottom of the waste rubber collecting tank 23 can be connected with the waste rubber collector 4 through a hose and other communication components, and the waste rubber collector 4 is a container for independently containing waste rubber, as in the design of fig. 1, the waste rubber collector 4 is designed below the cleaning head 2 and can collect waste liquid at any time along with the cleaning head 2, so that the waste rubber collecting tank does not occupy space. On the other hand, the waste rubber collector 4 can be fixedly arranged relative to the screen printer, and the collecting tank is connected with the collector through a long hose, so that the waste rubber collector 4 can be conveniently used by a user, for example, the waste rubber collector can be conveniently used for recycling glue solution.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, a supporting platform 24 is further disposed inside the cleaning head 2, where the supporting platform 24 is disposed horizontally on the inner wall of the cleaning head 2, and the supporting platform 24 may be disposed flush with the bottom plate of the cleaning head 2 or may be disposed not flush with the bottom surface of the cleaning head. As can be seen from the figure, the cleaning blade 21 is provided at its bottom on the support platform 24 and comprises a deflector 22. In this embodiment, the deflector 22 is inclined in order to reverse the flow of waste liquid on the support platform. Specifically, the high edge of the deflector 22 is connected with the plane of the supporting platform 24, and the low edge of the deflector 22 is fitted with the groove edge of the waste rubber collecting groove 23. For guiding the glue flowing down on the scraper into the waste glue collecting tank 23. The supporting platform with the design can play a technical role in supporting the bottom of the cleaning scraping plate and preventing the cleaning scraping plate from falling off and deforming. The supporting platform can also play a part of guiding function for waste liquid left by the scraping plate, and the technical effect of better flowing back waste glue liquid can be further achieved by matching with the guide plate designed on the edge.
In the figure we can also see that our solution also comprises an adjustment knob 25, said adjustment knob 25 being arranged at the side wall of the cleaning head 2, said adjustment knob being used for adjusting the height of the cleaning blade or the distance of the cleaning blade from the side wall facing the cleaning head.
Specifically, the adjusting knob 25 is connected with an adjusting mechanism 26, the adjusting mechanism is disposed inside the side wall, and the adjusting mechanism 26 is a threaded screw device or a rack-and-pinion mechanism. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the rear end of the adjusting knob 25 is connected to a screw, the adjusting knob is coaxial with the screw, the axis direction is perpendicular to the outer wall of the cleaning head, the screw is disposed inside the side wall of the cleaning head, the screw is further coupled to an adjusting plate, the adjusting plate includes a screw hole with threads, the screw holes are matched with each other so that the adjusting plate can move parallel to the axis direction of the screw when the screw rotates, and the adjusting plate is connected to the cleaning scraper. Thereby enabling the cleaning blade to also move parallel to the axial direction of the screw, and having the technical effect of adjusting the pitch of the cleaning blade. In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the rear end of the adjusting knob is connected with a gear, the gear is coaxial with the adjusting knob, the axis direction is perpendicular to the outer wall of the cleaning head, and the gear and the screw are arranged in the side wall of the cleaning head. The gear is coupled with the rack, the rack is vertically arranged, the rack is connected with the cleaning scraping plate, and through the arrangement, the technical effect of adjusting the height of the cleaning scraping plate by rotating the adjusting knob can be achieved.
It should be noted that, although the foregoing embodiments have been described herein, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereby. Therefore, based on the innovative concepts of the present invention, alterations and modifications to the embodiments described herein, or equivalent structures or equivalent flow transformations made by the present description and drawings, apply the above technical solution, directly or indirectly, to other relevant technical fields, all of which are included in the scope of the invention.
