2) uniformly stirring and fully drying the selected raw materials, adding the raw materials into a lower hopper of a film blowing machine, continuously pushing plastic particles forwards by a screw rod rotating in a charging barrel, mutually rubbing and extruding the plastic particles among the screw rod, the charging barrel and the particles, and heating the outside of the charging barrel to melt the plastic particles;
3) filtering the melted plastic by a machine head, extruding the plastic from a die orifice, wherein the injection pressure is 70-100MPa, processing the plastic into a film barrel material through the working procedures of cooling, blowing, inserting edges, breaking edges, detecting and the like, and coiling the film barrel material to be used as a base material for manufacturing the garbage bag;
in the second step, the bag making by the bag making machine comprises the following steps:
1) feeding the film by using an air cylinder, uniformly feeding the film by using a swing arm controlled by analog quantity, then correcting the position of the film by using an automatic deviation correcting machine, entering a slitting and folding frame, folding the film by 110mm, and then slitting the film;
2) after the rope is folded, stabilizing the speed by 4 swing arms controlled by analog quantity, carrying out crescent punching and air exhaust hole punching on a hand-held part, longitudinally and uniformly dividing the rope threading through a specific splitting mechanism, keeping a certain distance between the two uniformly divided ropes, and then enabling the ropes to enter a rope threading position together with the rope threading part;
3) sealing the rope part and breaking the hand-held part between the first rubber roller and the second rubber roller, and sealing the edge and breaking the edge part between the second rubber roller and the third rubber roller;
4) after coming out of the third rubber roll, the third rubber roll enters the first folding and folding frame and the second folding and folding frame after the speed of the swing arm is stable, the bag is folded into a width capable of being uniformly rolled, and then enters the automatic roll changing machine to roll the single rolled garbage bag after being stabilized by the rolling swing arm;
in the third step, the finishing and forming comprises the following steps:
1) spreading the rolled garbage bags, cleaning the waste materials at the edges of the garbage bags one by one, and finishing the garbage bags;
2) sleeving the sorted garbage bags on shaping equipment one by one to enable the bag bottom of each garbage bag to be shaped into a bag bottom meeting the bag sleeving requirement;
in the fourth step, the integrated package comprises the following steps:
1) according to the combination requirement, the garbage bags with shaped bag bottoms are sleeved on a mold of the combined garbage bag one by one according to a certain quantity, and bag openings are tidily arranged and fixed on a fixed frame of the combined garbage bag;
2) and removing air in the middle of the formed combined garbage bag, then entering an electrostatic generation area to enable mutual adsorption between the films, and then carrying out blister packaging after folding.

The processing technology of the bilateral removable combined garbage bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step 1), the filling master batch is selected according to 70-80% of heavy calcium carbonate, 10-20% of matrix resin, 1-3% of liquid paraffin and 1-3% of stearic acid, and the filling master batch is weighed according to the mass percentage sum of 1.

The processing technology of the bilateral removable combined garbage bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step one 3), a flat film is blown on a film blowing machine during blowing, and the width of the blown film is 500mm +40mm +20 mm-560 mm; the width of 40mm is the width of the folded-in threading, and the width of 20mm is the upper folded-in hand-tearing part.
4. The processing technology of the bilateral removable combined garbage bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the second step 1), the size of the folded edge is controlled by the rotation control.
5. The processing technology of the bilateral removable combined garbage bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the second step 3), the heat seal and the cutting of the pull rope are finished by a separate executing mechanism.
6. The processing technology of the bilateral removable combined garbage bag as claimed in claims 1 and 3, wherein: in the second step 4), the bag is folded from the original 550mm width into the width capable of being uniformly rolled.
7. The processing technology of the bilateral removable combined garbage bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the second step 4), the finished garbage bag has the upper width of 450mm, the lower width of about 390mm and the formed depth of about 400mm, and the upper tearable part of about 15-20 mm.
