Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention discloses a cooling and shaping mold, which comprises an upper mold 11, a lower mold 12 and a cooling mechanism, wherein the upper mold 11 and the lower mold 12 can be mutually pressed, the upper mold 11 and the lower mold 12 are respectively provided with a cooling cavity 13, and the cooling mechanism is arranged in both the upper mold 11 and the lower mold 12; the cooling mechanism comprises a driving cylinder 31, a push rod 32 and a cooling block 33, one end of the push rod 32 is arranged in the driving cylinder 31, the other end of the push rod 32 is provided with the cooling block 33, the cooling block 33 is positioned in the cooling cavity 13, and the driving cylinder 31 can drive the cooling block 33 to move in the cooling cavity 13 through the push rod 32; a cooling channel 41 for cooling water circulation is arranged in the cooling block 33, a water inlet end and a water outlet end are respectively arranged at two ends of the cooling channel 41, a water inlet pipeline 42 and a water outlet pipeline 43 are arranged on the push rod 32, the water inlet pipeline 42 is communicated with the water inlet end, and the water outlet pipeline 43 is communicated with the water outlet end; the water inlet pipe 42 and the water outlet pipe 43 are both connected with a water circulation device.

When the cooling device is used, a workpiece to be cooled is placed in the cooling cavity 13, then the upper die 11 and the lower die 12 are pressed, the push rod 32 pushes the cooling block 33 to move towards the workpiece in the cooling cavity 13, the cooling block 33 is in contact with the surface of the workpiece, cooling water in the cooling block 33 circulates, and therefore heat of the workpiece is taken away through the cooling block 33 and then through water.
The cooling shaping mold is simple in structure and convenient to cool, and the cooling blocks can be attached to the surfaces of workpieces with different sizes, so that the cooling effect is stable.
