Abstract
The invention relates to a handheld wire tube grooving machine with three sections and a construction method, wherein the handheld wire tube grooving machine comprises a handheld cutting machine body and a grinding wheel sheet; the method is characterized in that: the motor of the handheld cutter body is of a bilateral output structure, a rotating shaft at any end is provided with a bevel gear, the other bevel gear is arranged on a shell of the handheld cutter body and is connected with the shell through a bearing, a longitudinal output shaft is fixedly arranged on the bevel gear in a penetrating way and extends out of the shell, and therefore when the handheld cutter body is powered on and the motor starts to rotate, the bevel gear is driven to rotate together with the rotation of the rotating shaft, and finally the longitudinal output shaft rotates together; grinding wheel sheets are respectively sleeved on the longitudinal output shaft and the rotating shaft of the rotor. The grooving machine can form grooves once, does not need to reuse impact drills to pick and chisel the wire grooves, is high in construction efficiency and good in grooving quality, avoids the hidden danger of wall quality caused by vibration when the impact drills to pick and chisel the wall body, and avoids strong noise pollution.

The grooving quality of the grooving operation performed in multiple times is often not good enough, and the potential quality hazards of large vibration noise and easy looseness of the wall body exist.
