the clamping device for clamping the hub faces the grinding device and comprises a fixed seat (14) for installing the clamping device in a second area of the base (1), a driving device (15) installed at the top of the fixed seat (14) and used for rotating the hub, and a clamping assembly connected with the driving device (15) and rotating together, wherein the clamping assembly comprises a longitudinal restraining unit for longitudinally restraining the hub and a transverse restraining unit for transversely restraining the hub.

The vehicle hub end milling device according to claim 1, wherein each longitudinal adjustment support assembly comprises a first slider (3) nested in the convex groove (2) and a support post (4) fixedly mounted on top of the first slider (3), wherein the lateral adjustment support device is mounted on top of the support post (4), wherein the support post (4) and the lateral adjustment support device move together in the longitudinal direction by the first slider (3) sliding in the longitudinal direction in the convex groove (2).
3. A vehicle hub end milling device according to claim 2, wherein the lateral adjustment support means comprises:
a cross plate (5) connected to the support column (4) and having a first sliding port (6) penetrating the cross plate (5) and extending in a lateral direction, wherein the polishing head (13) and the driving motor (12) are located on a side of the first sliding port (6) close to the clamping device, while the motor base (7) is located on a side of the first sliding port (6) far from the clamping device, and one end of the motor base (7) close to the clamping device is connected to the driving motor (12) through the first sliding port (6);
the connecting device is used for movably mounting the motor base (7) on the first sliding port (6) and comprises two connecting assemblies for mounting the two motor bases (7) respectively, each connecting assembly comprises a fixing block (8) and a fastener (11) which are sequentially connected to the other end, far away from the clamping device, of the motor base (7), wherein the fixing block (8) is provided with a central hole and is sleeved on the other end of the motor base (7) to be close to the first sliding port (6), the fixing block (8) is located between the fastener (11) and the first sliding port (6), and the fastener (11) is used for fastening the motor base (7) to the first sliding port (6);
the sliding assembly comprises sliding rails (9) which are arranged above and below a first sliding opening (6) of the transverse plate (5) respectively and pulley assemblies which are movably connected with the upper end and the lower end of the fixed block (8) respectively, wherein each pulley assembly comprises two pulleys (10) which are connected with the two fixed blocks (8) respectively, and the two pulleys (10) slide between the sliding rails (9) which are arranged above and below the first sliding opening (6) respectively.
4. A vehicle hub end milling device according to claim 3, wherein the other end of the motor base (7) is threaded and the fastener (11) is a threaded connection and is threaded to the other end of the motor base (7).

A vehicle hub end milling device according to claim 3, wherein the fixed block (8) is provided with movable grooves at both the upper side and the lower side thereof, a rotating rod extending transversely between both ends of the movable grooves is provided inside each movable groove, and the pulley (10) is sleeved on the rotating rod.
6. The vehicle hub end milling device according to claim 1, wherein the lateral restraining unit includes:
a movable sleeve (16) fixedly connected to the driving device (15) and provided with a hollow inner cavity, and the side surface of the movable sleeve (16) close to the grinding device is provided with a second sliding opening penetrating through the side surface;
the second sliding block assembly comprises two second sliding blocks (23) arranged in the hollow inner cavity of the movable sleeve (16), and each second sliding block (23) is provided with two threaded holes;
the thread locking assembly comprises two thread fastening devices, each thread fastening device comprises a threaded rod (22) and a nut (24) which are matched, wherein one end of each threaded rod (22) is fixedly connected to one of the two threaded holes of the corresponding second sliding block (23), and the other end of each threaded rod penetrates through the second sliding opening of the movable sleeve (16) and extends to the outside of the movable sleeve (16) so as to be in threaded connection with the corresponding nut (24);
and the fixture block assembly comprises two fixture blocks (17), wherein one end of each fixture block (17) is fixedly connected to the other one of the two threaded holes of the corresponding second sliding block (23), and the other end of each fixture block penetrates through the second sliding opening of the movable sleeve (16) and extends to the outside of the movable sleeve (16).
7. The vehicle hub end milling device according to claim 6, wherein the longitudinal restraint unit includes:
the limiting block assembly comprises two limiting blocks (18), the two limiting blocks (18) are respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the two clamping blocks (17) and are positioned at the end parts, close to the polishing device, of the clamping blocks (17);
the sliding groove assembly comprises two sliding grooves (19), the two sliding grooves (19) are respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the two clamping blocks (17), and the parts, close to the movable sleeve (16), of the clamping blocks (17) extend along the longitudinal direction;
the T-shaped block assembly comprises two T-shaped blocks (20), the two T-shaped blocks (20) are respectively accommodated in the two sliding grooves (19), and each T-shaped block (20) consists of a tail part extending along the longitudinal direction and a head part extending perpendicular to the tail part;
the sliding rod assembly comprises two sliding rods (25), wherein each sliding rod (25) is sleeved on the tail part of the corresponding T-shaped block (20), and two end parts of each sliding rod (25) are respectively and fixedly connected to two end parts of the inner wall of the corresponding sliding chute (19);
the spring assembly comprises two extrusion springs (21), and the two extrusion springs (21) are respectively sleeved on the two sliding rods (25).

A vehicle hub end milling device according to claim 7, characterized in that each pressing spring (21) has one end fixedly connected to the head of the corresponding T-block (20) and the other end fixedly connected to the end of the inner wall of the corresponding runner (19) near the movable sleeve (16).

The vehicle hub end face milling device according to claim 8, wherein the head of each T-shaped block (20) extends to the outside of the fixture block (17), and the head of the T-shaped block (20) and one side of the limiting block (18) far away from the fixture block (17) are provided in a smooth arc shape.
