The drain hole positioning component 3 in the embodiment of the invention has simple structure and convenient use, and the accurate position of the axis of the drain hole can be easily found after the drain hole positioning component 3 is accurately arranged under the support of the lifting support component 1 and the accurate positioning of the positioning inner support component 2, so that the accuracy is greatly improved compared with the prior art.

step three, lifting and supporting the cylinder body: adjusting a support rod 12 of the lifting support assembly 1 to enable a support wheel 11 to be in contact with the outer surface of the cylinder body of the sliding rail sleeve 100 and to be locked through a locking device;
step four, flexible locating of the axis of the drain hole: moving the support seat 4 to a positioning hole-making station, adjusting the cross sliding table 31 to be close to the theoretical position of the slide rail sleeve 100, rotating the positioning hole-making rod 33 to enable the positioning hole-making rod to be parallel to the cylinder body of the slide rail sleeve 100 in the length direction, inserting a positioning pin into the positioning hole 36 and inserting a drill bushing at the position of the drill hole 36, wherein the position where the drill bushing is in contact with the slide rail sleeve 100 is the axis position of the drain hole of the slide rail sleeve 100.
By verification, the flexible positioning method of the series of slide rail sleeve drain holes can realize that the axis position of the prepared drain hole is positioned in the range of +/-1 mm of the theoretical lowest point of the sleeve mounting position.
Specifically, the step four adjustment cross slide 31 may be any one of manual adjustment and automatic adjustment, which should not be construed as limiting the present application.
In particular, the length of the positioning line may be any value between 3 and 5mm, which should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.
Referring to fig. 8, as a preferred implementation of the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, the flexible positioning method further includes:

step six, disassembling the cylinder body: moving the support 4 to the assembly station 61, releasing the locking means and rotating the handle 27 in the opposite direction removes the glide track sleeve 100 from the flexible locating means.

Claims (12)

1. A flexible positioning device for a drain hole of a sliding rail sleeve is characterized by comprising:
the lifting support assembly is used for lifting and supporting the sliding rail sleeve;
the positioning inner support assembly is internally supported on one side of the inner flange of the sliding rail sleeve and is used for positioning the central axis position in the sliding rail sleeve;
the drain hole positioning component is used for positioning the position of the axis of the drain hole on the slide rail sleeve;
the lifting support assembly comprises a support wheel, a support rod and a rotary support seat which are oppositely arranged, and the support wheel is connected with one end of the support rod through a rotary shaft; the other end of the supporting rod is connected with the rotating support through a locking device;
the positioning inner support assembly comprises a supporting plate which is vertically arranged and an inner support shaft which is horizontally arranged; the inner supporting shaft penetrates through the supporting plate and is in rolling connection with the supporting plate, one end, close to the lifting supporting assembly, of the inner supporting shaft is in threaded connection with a threaded sliding block, the outer peripheral surface of the threaded sliding block is connected with a plurality of inner supporting rods in an umbrella shape through a rotating shaft, and the other end of each inner supporting rod is connected with a slidable inner supporting surface sliding block; the supporting plate takes the axis of the inner supporting shaft as a center, slide block guide grooves which are not less than the number of the inner supporting rods are uniformly formed in the supporting plate, and the inner supporting surface slide blocks slide on the slide block guide grooves.
2. The flexible positioning device for the drainage hole of the sliding rail sleeve as claimed in claim 1, wherein a handle is provided at the other end of the inner supporting shaft.

The flexible positioning device for the drain hole of the sliding rail sleeve according to claim 1, wherein the drain hole positioning assembly comprises a cross sliding table, a stand column and a positioning hole making rod, the stand column is vertically arranged, and the lower end of the stand column is arranged on the cross sliding table; the positioning hole making rod is horizontally arranged, and one end of the positioning hole making rod is connected with the upper end of the upright post through a rotating shaft; the upper end of the upright post is also provided with a limiting rotating device, the position of the positioning hole making rod, which corresponds to the limiting rotating device, is provided with a positioning hole, and the positioning hole is used for penetrating through a positioning pin and fixing the positioning pin on the limiting rotating device; and the other end of the positioning hole making rod is provided with a drilling hole.
6. The flexible positioning device for the drainage hole of the sliding rail sleeve as claimed in claim 5, further comprising: the supporting plate and the rotating support are arranged on the supporting seat respectively, and the supporting seat is arranged on the sliding rail pair.

11. The flexible positioning method for the drainage hole of the sliding rail sleeve as claimed in claim 9, wherein the length of the positioning line is 3-5 mm.
12. The flexible positioning method for the drain hole of the sliding rail sleeve as claimed in claim 9, further comprising:
step five, preparing a drain hole: pulling out the positioning pin, and rotating the positioning hole making rod by a certain angle; preparing a drain hole by using drilling equipment according to the axis obtained in the step four;
step six, disassembling the cylinder body: and moving the supporting seat to an assembly station, loosening the locking device, rotating the handle in the opposite direction, and moving the sliding rail sleeve out of the flexible positioning device to finish the disassembly of the sliding rail sleeve barrel.
