the lead body is tightly buckled in a fixing tube and comprises an insulating protection part and an extended contact conductive part, the contact conductive part extends out of the fixing tube, the contact conductive part is embedded into the reserved welding groove, the fixing tube is connected with the end face of the inner joint in a clamping mode, and the fixing tube is used for protecting the connection position of the lead body and the inner joint;
the section of the reserved welding groove is of an isosceles trapezoid structure, and two side edges of the isosceles trapezoid structure are in an inward concave arc surface shape;
the fixed pipe comprises a buckling pipe and an outer baffle, the insulation protection part is buckled into the buckling pipe, the outer baffle is arranged at the end part of the buckling pipe, the outer baffle is connected with the inner joint in a clamping manner, the inner side surface of the outer baffle is attached to the end surface of the insulation protection part, a slot with an open top is formed in the outer baffle, and the contact conductive part is embedded into the slot.

the surface of the main plate body is provided with a template, one side of the surface of the template is provided with a plurality of first fixing grooves, the other side of the surface of the template is provided with a plurality of second fixing grooves, and the first fixing grooves and the second fixing grooves are relatively positioned at the same center line; the first fixing groove is used for being embedded into the core main body, and the second fixing groove is used for being embedded into the end cover main body;
the middle part of the surface of the template is provided with a sliding chute, the sliding chute is arranged between the first fixing groove and the second fixing groove, and the top of the sliding chute is connected with a sliding plate in a sliding manner; the top surface of the sliding plate is provided with a plurality of fixing pipes at intervals, each core main body corresponds to two fixing pipes, the end part of the lead main body penetrates through the fixing pipes, and the fixing pipes are used for pre-positioning the lead main body; the slide plate is used to insert the lead body into the corresponding nipple.

repeating the steps to prepare a plurality of templates to be welded;
s2, station detection:
installing a template to be welded on a main board body, and driving the template to be welded to move by the main board body;
the station detection mechanism detects the number of cores on the template to be welded and determines a welding action flow;
and S3, soldering the lead body on the inner contact.

and if not, the core is placed in each fixing groove, and the welding mechanism normally welds at each preset welding position.
