Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of lantern manufacturing, and particularly relates to an integrated die for manufacturing a folding lantern.
Background
The lantern is a traditional handicraft in China and has a long history. In recent years, the development becomes an indispensable part in the course of years, and the development of the method is accepted and favored by many overseas people.
The manufacturing process of the lantern generally comprises the following steps: making skeleton, pasting paper or other materials on the skeleton to make into cloth, and finishing. Most of current lanterns are sold, and the skeleton and the burial covering cloth are in the state when using, lead to the space that the lantern finished product took behind very big, improved the cost of transportation greatly. Some lanterns can be folded, have reduced the cost of transportation, but the structure is complicated, and the cost of manufacture is high, and people are difficult to the installation, and make lantern surface produce the deformation during the installation easily.
Chinese patent 201511027644.0 discloses a lantern mold, which comprises an upper fixing plate, an upper fixing ring, a plurality of support plates, a lower fixing ring and a lower fixing plate, which are connected together. The upper end and the lower end of the support sheets are circumferentially arranged at intervals and are detachably connected with the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate respectively, and grooves arranged at intervals are arranged on the arch backs of the middle parts of the support sheets and used for manufacturing winding grooves of the lantern framework. The lantern frame manufactured by the die for the lantern described in the patent document is a circular lantern frame which is formed by spirally winding steel wires (or other framework materials such as plastics) and is large in the middle and small in two ends, and a covering cloth (or covering yarns, covering paper and the like) is pasted on the lantern frame to form a lantern main body. Because the lantern is foldable and convenient to transport, the number of outlets is increasing day by day. A large number of orders need to be delivered in a limited time, so that the market puts higher requirements on the manufacturing efficiency of the lantern, and the problem of how to improve the manufacturing efficiency of the folding lantern is urgently needed to be solved. The lantern mold disclosed in this patent document has a low efficiency of manufacturing a lantern, and the manufacturing process is complicated. When the mould is used, the mould needs to be assembled firstly, after the lantern framework is manufactured by the mould and then the covering cloth is pasted, the mould is detached to manufacture the next lantern framework after the covering cloth glue is dried. Wherein, the process of assembling and disassembling the die is complicated and has low efficiency. Referring to paragraph 0035 of this patent document, the process of assembling the mold includes: arranging the support sheets in sequence, sequentially inserting the support sheets on the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate, and sleeving the upper fixing ring and the lower fixing ring to fix the support sheets to obtain a die body; and fixing the die body on a bracket from the through hole. The process of disassembling the mold includes: and taking the upper fixing plate from the upper opening of the lantern by using a hand or a tool such as a hook from the through hole, taking the support plates out one by one, or combining all the support plates and taking out the support plates from the upper opening of the lantern, and then taking out the lower fixing plate.
Therefore, how to solve the manufacturing efficiency of the folding lantern is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently at present.
