A stamping device with a waste collecting function comprises a device body (1), wherein a device frame (2) is arranged on the device body (1), a motor (3) is arranged on the device frame (2), a telescopic rod (4) is arranged on the motor (3), a stamping head (5) is arranged at the bottom end of the telescopic rod (4), a plate (6) is arranged on the device body (1), and a stamping hole (8) is formed in the top side of the device body (1), and the stamping device is characterized in that a first mounting rod (9) is fixedly arranged on one side of the telescopic rod (4), a pressing plate (11) is movably arranged on one side of the device frame (2), the top side of the pressing plate (11) is matched with the first mounting rod (9), a moving rod (12) is fixedly arranged on the bottom side of the pressing plate (11), a mounting block (15) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the moving rod (12), and a connecting rod, one end of a connecting rod (19) is rotatably provided with a pressing block (20), a positioning block (10) is fixedly arranged on the top side of the equipment body (1), the positioning block (10) and the pressing block (20) are matched with the plate (6), a second mounting rod (23) is fixedly arranged on the other side of the telescopic rod (4), a pressing rod (24) is fixedly arranged at one end of the second mounting rod (23), the equipment body (1) is provided with a waste material cavity (7), the waste material cavity (7) is communicated with a punching hole (8), a pressing rod hole (25) is formed in the inner wall of the top side of the waste material cavity (7), the bottom end of the pressing rod (24) penetrates through the pressing rod hole (25) and is fixedly provided with a fixing block (26), one side of the fixing block (26) is movably provided with a push rod (27), one end of the push rod (27) is fixedly provided with a push plate (28), and an L-shaped discharge hole (, rotate on the top side inner wall of L type discharge opening (33) and install apron (35), apron groove (36) have been seted up on the bottom side inner wall of L type discharge opening (33), one side of apron (35) extends to in apron groove (36), mounting groove (37) have been seted up on the bottom side inner wall of apron groove (36), movable mounting has T type dog (38) in mounting groove (37), outside the top side of T type dog (38) extended to mounting groove (37), the top side of T type dog (38) is the arc design, the top side of T type dog (38) contacts with the bottom side of apron (35).
