Background
At present, the temperature of a rough rolling area of a saddle steel 1580 production line is greatly reduced, so that the plate blank discharging temperature is high, the furnace time is prolonged, the gas consumption is increased, and the cost is increased. The large temperature drop of the rough rolling area is mainly caused by the reasons of long rolling time, large water amount of side water spraying and cooling water, serious water leakage in a frame and the like, and particularly, the rough rolling outlet temperature is a main factor for restricting the normal production of a hot rolling production line when a product with a limit specification is produced. Therefore, the production method for reducing the temperature drop of the hot-rolled intermediate billet is developed for reducing the temperature drop of the rough rolling area, reducing the energy consumption and improving the rolling stability of finish rolling, and has great significance.

5) the width abrasion of the water cutting plate resin strip of the rolling mill is not more than 20 mm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the production method for reducing the temperature drop of the hot-rolled intermediate billet reduces the tapping temperature of the slab, saves energy consumption, reduces cost and improves the rolling stability of the stand and the next working procedure; the temperature drop of the rough rolling area is reduced by 20-30 ℃ on the basis of the original temperature drop (the original temperature drop is 180-200 ℃) until the temperature drop of the rough rolling area is within 150-180 ℃. By adopting the method, the rolling time of rough rolling is greatly reduced, each piece of steel is reduced by 5-10 seconds on average, the temperature drop of a rough rolling outlet is reduced by 20-30 ℃, the effect is obvious, and the rolling stability of finish rolling is improved; greatly reducing the temperature drop of the edge of the plate blank to 30-50 ℃, wherein the temperature difference between the middle part and the edge of the plate blank is 20-30 ℃; the edge defect rate is reduced from 1.48% to 0.63%, the reduction range reaches 57.43%, and the workload of the subsequent process is effectively reduced; and no steel clamping accident occurs after the method is adopted.

A method of reducing the temperature drop of a hot rolled intermediate slab comprising:
1) optimizing the rolling rhythm of the rough rolling area: the rough rolling area of the hot rolling line consists of a width fixing machine, an R1 rolling mill and an R2 rolling mill, whether the R2 rolling mill finishes rolling or not is not judged before the first and second passes of steel feeding of the R1 rolling mill, the R1 rolling mill is adopted for rolling in advance, and the clearance time of the R1 rolling mill is 1-3 seconds; the rolling speed of the R1 and R2 rolling mills is increased, the pure rolling time is reduced, and the total rolling time of a rough rolling area is shortened to 3-4 minutes from 5-6 minutes.
2) The water pressure of the roller body cooling water of the roller in the rough rolling area is controlled to be 0.8-1.0 MPa in summer and 0.6-0.8 MPa in winter; on the premise of ensuring that the cooling of the roller is satisfied, the influence of the cooling water of the roller on the temperature drop of the intermediate blank is reduced.

4) The water spraying at the inlet and outlet sides of the rolling mill is air spraying, the temperature difference of the cross section is controlled within 20 ℃, the temperature difference of the cross section of the intermediate billet is greatly reduced, and the temperature drop of the intermediate billet is reduced.
5) The water cutting plate resin strip is a cuboid and is arranged on the guide position in the length direction, the width abrasion of the water cutting plate resin strip of the rolling mill does not exceed 20mm, the water cutting plate resin strip of the rolling mill is replaced when the width abrasion is more than 20mm, and the water leakage after the machine is operated is ensured. Meanwhile, the measurement difference of two sides of the cut water plate resin strip is smaller than 6mm (single-side abrasion is avoided being too large), and the cut water plate resin strip is enabled to be well attached to the roller without water leakage.
