The automobile paint spraying machine structure improves the painting rate of the paint spraying machine and reduces the splashing phenomenon of paint by improving the air volume and the outlet temperature.
The automobile paint spraying machine can only reduce the phenomenon of paint splashing when the automobile sheet metal surface is sprayed, and can not completely avoid the splashed paint from falling to other parts except the part to be sprayed.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the second connecting rod is provided with a third sliding chute perpendicular to the outer surface of the reversing column. A reversing roller parallel to the second reversing rod is arranged between the second reversing rod and the outer surface of the reversing column, and the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the reversing roller are fixedly connected with a sliding block sliding in the third sliding groove. One end of a third spring is fixedly connected to the groove surface of the third sliding groove, which is close to the outer surface of the reversing column, and the other end of the third spring is fixedly connected to the sliding block. Elasticity is exerted for the slider to the third spring, promotes the switching-over roller and moves to second reversing bar to contradict the switching-over roller on second reversing bar, thereby will pass the plastic film conflict between switching-over roller and the second reversing bar on second reversing bar, play the effect of tensioning to plastic film, prevent that plastic film from receiving spray gun spun air current effect to take place deformation, further improved plastic film's sealed effect, and then promoted the effect that prevents that the paint vehicle from splashing.

(3) The paint spraying anti-splashing pollution device provided by the invention has the advantages that the bottom edge of the plastic film is pressed on the surface of the sheet metal part through the soft magnetic strips, so that the paint is prevented from escaping from the space between the plastic film and the surface of the sheet metal part, a good sealing effect is achieved, and the effect of preventing the paint from splashing is improved.
(4) According to the paint spraying anti-splashing pollution device, the plastic film is pressed in the pressing groove through the rubber pressing strip, and the rotation of the film winding drum is limited through the first limiting block and the second limiting block, so that the tension force is applied to the two ends of the plastic film, the tension degree of the plastic film is improved, the plastic film is prevented from being deformed under the action of air flow sprayed by the spray gun, the sealing effect of the plastic film is further improved, and the effect of preventing the paint from splashing is further improved.

The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
The embodiment provides a paint spraying anti-splashing pollution protection method, which comprises the following steps:
cleaning a spray opening of a paint spraying machine, and removing dirt and residual paint near the spray opening.
And step two, cleaning the surface of the metal plate to be sprayed to ensure that no scraps or water stain residues exist.
And step three, fixing the paint spraying anti-splashing pollution device at the edge of the area to be sprayed on the sheet metal surface.
The method for preventing the paint spraying from splashing pollution is characterized in that the paint is prevented from splashing outside the area to be sprayed by the paint spraying anti-splashing pollution device in the third step, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, and the paint spraying anti-splashing pollution device comprises a fixed column 1, a reversing column 2 and a film winding drum 3. The number of the reversing posts 2 is at least three.
Two ends of the three first reversing rods 101 are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the fixed column 1 through first connecting rods 102 perpendicular to the axial direction of the fixed column 1, and the first reversing rods 101 are parallel to the axis of the fixed column 1. The outer surface of the fixing column 1 is positioned above the first reversing rod 101, a first sliding groove 103 along the circumferential direction of the fixing column 1 is formed in the upper portion of the fixing column 1, and a first mounting sleeve 104 is arranged in the first sliding groove 103 in a sliding fit mode. In this embodiment, the number of the first suction pads 105 on the bottom surface of the fixing post 1 is three, and they are arranged at an angle of 60 ° with each other. In this embodiment, the outer surface of the fixing post 1 is provided with a pressing groove 107 with a large outer part and a small inner part along the axial direction, the top of the fixing post 1 is hinged with a rubber pressing strip 108 which is matched with the pressing groove 107, and the plastic film 7 is pressed in the pressing groove 107 by the rubber pressing strip 108. Six first limiting grooves 601 are formed in the hollow shaft 6 along the circumferential direction of the hollow shaft, and the included angle between every two adjacent first limiting grooves 601 is 60 degrees. The film roll 3 is provided with six second limiting grooves 301 corresponding to the first limiting grooves 601. The first limiting block 10 and the second limiting block 11 are respectively in sliding fit in the two second limiting grooves 301 with an included angle of 180 degrees, and the first limiting block 10 and the second limiting block 11 are simultaneously in sliding fit in the two first limiting grooves 601 with an included angle of 180 degrees. The first stopper 10 and the second stopper 11 are connected by a fourth connecting rod 12. A second spring 13 is arranged between the first stopper 10 and the second stopper 11. In this embodiment, the second connecting rod 202 is provided with a third sliding slot 2021 perpendicular to the outer surface of the reversing column 2. A reversing roller 2022 parallel to the second reversing rod 201 is arranged between the second reversing rod 201 and the outer surface of the reversing column 2, and the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the reversing roller 2022 are fixedly connected with a slide block 2023 sliding in the third slide groove 2021. One end of a third spring 2024 is fixedly connected to the groove surface of the third sliding groove 2021 close to the outer surface of the reversing column 2, and the other end of the third spring 2024 is fixedly connected to the sliding block 2023. The third spring 2024 applies elasticity to the slider 2023, pushes the reversing roller 2022 to move towards the second reversing rod 201, and pushes the reversing roller 2022 against the second reversing rod 201, so that the plastic film 7 passing through the space between the reversing roller 2022 and the second reversing rod 201 is pushed against the second reversing rod 201, the plastic film 7 is tensioned, the plastic film 7 is prevented from being deformed under the action of air flow sprayed by a spray gun, the sealing effect of the plastic film 7 is further improved, and the effect of preventing paint from splashing is further improved.
The specific application method of the paint spraying anti-splash pollution device in the embodiment is as follows:
after the area to be sprayed is determined, the fixed column 1 is adsorbed on the side line of the area to be sprayed through the first suction cup 105, and then the reversing column 2 is also adsorbed on the side line of the area to be sprayed through the second suction cup 205. One end of the plastic film 7 is taken off from the film roll 3 and sequentially passes through the space between the first reversing rod 101 and the fixed column 1 and the space between each second reversing rod 201 and the reversing column 2, so that the area to be sprayed is horizontally isolated from other areas by the plastic film 7. The plastic film 7 will retain the paint splattered when the area to be painted is painted. The bottom edge of the plastic film 7 is pressed on the surface of the sheet metal part through the soft magnetic strips 9, so that paint is prevented from escaping from the space between the plastic film 7 and the surface of the sheet metal part, and the latex adhesive tape between the soft magnetic blocks 901 has elasticity and can be extended and shortened, so that the bottom edges of the plastic films 7 with different lengths between the two reversing columns 2 are sealed. After the paint spraying is finished, the fourth connecting rod 12 drives the first limiting block 10 and the second limiting block 11 to move out of the first limiting groove 601 and the second limiting groove 301, the rubber pressing strip 108 rotates and moves out of the pressing groove 107, the film winding drum 3 can freely rotate at the moment, the plastic film 7 is not tensioned, and the plastic film adhered with the paint is torn off and then the first reversing rod 101 and the second reversing rod 201 are pulled out.
