Background
The ternary battery is called a ternary polymer lithium battery, and refers to a lithium battery with a nickel cobalt lithium manganate ternary positive electrode material or a nickel cobalt lithium aluminate ternary positive electrode material as a positive electrode material.
The battery pack is required to be overhauled due to various reasons, after the battery pack is overhauled, a worker needs to carry out glue dispensing operation on the battery pack to achieve the purpose of ensuring the stable fixation of the flat cable inside the battery pack, however, most glue dispensing equipment is difficult to control the size of glue dispensing liquid, the glue dispensing amount at some small wiring positions is too large, waste is caused, rapid solidification is not facilitated, and the subsequent operation of the worker is influenced.
How to design a glue solution regulation and control device for dispensing battery packs, which has controllable size of glue solution and is convenient for quick air drying, becomes a problem to be solved at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that the size of the dispensing solution is not controllable and the rapid air drying is difficult, the invention aims to provide the glue solution regulating and controlling equipment for dispensing the battery pack, which has the advantages of controllable size of the dispensing solution and convenience in rapid air drying.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a glue solution regulating device for dispensing a battery pack comprises a pipe barrel, a first mounting ring and guide plates, wherein the first mounting ring is arranged on each of the upper side and the lower side of the pipe barrel, the guide plates are arranged on each of the two sides of the first mounting ring, a split ring, a liquid outlet pipe, a mounting rod, a push plug, a liquid injection pipe, a handle, a mounting block, a material pushing device, a clamping rod, a compression spring and a glue dispensing amount adjusting device are arranged on each of the upper side and the lower side of the pipe barrel, the split ring is arranged at the bottom of the pipe barrel, the liquid outlet pipe is connected to the bottom end of the split ring, the mounting rod is connected to the upper portion of the pipe barrel in a sliding manner, the push plug is connected to the pipe barrel in a sliding manner, the top of the push plug is connected to the bottom end of the mounting rod, the liquid injection pipe is connected to the left side of, the glue dispensing amount adjusting device is used for adjusting the glue dispensing amount of the equipment, and the material pushing device is used for controlling the equipment to discharge glue.
