(1) The tailing slurry is connected into a tailing slurry treatment device through a slurry inlet 13; the tailing slurry is split into a steady flow box 2 by a tailing slurry inlet split pipe 1; the diversion opening of the tailing pulp inlet diversion pipe 1 is arranged at the bottom of the steady flow box 2, and tailing pulp with a higher flow speed is diverted through the tailing pulp inlet diversion pipe 1 and smoothly overflows into the collecting box 8 after being stabilized by the steady flow box 2; the working flow of the tailing slurry treatment device is to split tailing slurry in an overflow mode; stabilizing the tailing slurry; collecting and removing foam; diversion and backflow of tailing slurry provide stable image acquisition liquid level; flushing and cleaning impurities in tailing slurry; collecting, buffering and timely refluxing tailing slurry;

(4) A blowing pipe 9 is arranged at the upper part of the backflow liquid storage tank 10, and a slender blowing port is arranged at one side of the blowing pipe facing the image acquisition box 8, so that foam which is not cleaned can be blown away in time under the action of the blowing pipe, and the image acquisition is prevented from being influenced;
(5) The bottom of the backflow liquid storage tank 10 is of a square conical structure, the upper part is large and the lower part is small, and a plurality of slurry outlets 14 are arranged at the bottom, so that the tailing slurry can flow back in time and can be prevented from precipitating.
The invention is provided with a flushing port 11 below the side of the detection area 15, the flushing port 11 is connected with an air source through a pipeline, and a control valve is arranged on the pipeline to control the air quantity.
The slurry inlet 13 is provided with a flow valve, so that the flow of tailing slurry is controlled, and the flow mutation is prevented; the pulp outlet 14 is provided with a filter screen for intercepting sundries.
The motor 4 is a servo motor, and can control the rotation rate and ensure normal operation of slag scraping (foam and sediment).

1. no manual adjustment of the feed slurry flow is required. 3. through the combined use of the guide plate and the blowing pipe, the slurry liquid level can flow in an over-set direction uniformly, and tiny foam on the liquid level can be cleaned in time while the stability of the slurry liquid level is ensured.
