Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of environmental protection, relates to a dust and mist eliminator, and particularly relates to an embedded electrostatic dust and mist eliminator.
Background
Along with implementation of coal-electricity energy-saving emission-reduction upgrading and reconstruction action plans (2014-2020) and strict requirements of governments in various places on ultra-low emission, emission concentration of smoke dust at inlet of chimney of coal-fired unit must reach ultra-low emission level (less than or equal to 5 mg/m)3) The current common technical route is low-temperature electric dust remover, desulfurization and dust removal in coordination, and a newly-added wet-type electric dust remover.
The low-low temperature electric precipitator and desulfurization are used for removing dust in a synergic manner, a flue gas cooler is arranged in front of an electrostatic precipitator, the electrostatic precipitator is correspondingly modified, a desulfurization tower spray layer and a demister are optimally designed, and the main principle is that most SO is used3The smoke is condensed and fully adsorbed and trapped by smoke (the temperature of the smoke at the outlet of the smoke cooler is lower than the acid dew point temperature and works in a high-ash area) in the smoke cooling process, so that the particle size of the smoke is increased, the specific resistance is reduced, and the dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic dust remover is greatly improved; through rear portion wet flue gas desulfurization system optimal design, if increase defroster progression or add high-efficient defroster etc. improve flue gas treatment system's dust collection efficiency, ensure to reach the minimum emission requirement. The device has the advantages that the device has the defects that the high-efficiency demister needs to be additionally arranged for ensuring the dust removal efficiency of the desulfurization system, the resistance of the device is inevitably increased, the requirement on the preceding stage dust removal device is high, and the influence factors on the operation effect are more.
The wet-type electric dust collector is used for removing dust by conveying direct current negative high voltage to an electric field space, dust particles and fog drop particles in smoke are collected on the surface of a dust collecting pole under the action of electric field force after being charged through space gas ionization, and dust is washed and removed by utilizing a continuous water film formed on the surface of the dust collecting pole and regular spraying washing. Because the device works in a saturated wet flue gas environment, the corona discharge condition is improved; meanwhile, the existence of liquid drops and the lower temperature of the flue gas reduce the specific resistance of dust; in addition, the wet electric dust collector is not provided with a rapping device, so that negative effects on dust removal effects caused by secondary dust raising are avoided, and the ultra-low emission requirement can be met. The defect is that a set of equipment needs to be added, a larger arrangement space is needed no matter what arrangement mode, and the increased resistance is larger.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an embedded electrostatic dust removal demister, which has small resistance and small arrangement space.
In order to achieve the purpose, the embedded electrostatic dust and mist removal device comprises a shell, a high-voltage power supply and a plurality of dust and mist removal components arranged in the shell, wherein each mist and dust removal component comprises a discharge electrode and a dust and mist collection device;
from the direction of the air inlet to the air outlet, all the demisting and dedusting components are distributed in sequence, and discharge electrodes and dust collecting and demisting devices in all the demisting and dedusting components are distributed in sequence;
the high-voltage power supply is connected with discharge electrodes in the demisting and dedusting components.
The device also comprises a catchment water drop self-flowing and timing washing device used for washing the dust collecting and demisting device in each demisting and dedusting component.
The distance between the discharge electrode and the dust-collecting defogging device in the same dedusting and defogging component is 500mm-700 mm.
The high-voltage power supply is a constant-current power supply or a high-efficiency power supply.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
when the embedded electrostatic dust and mist removal demister is in specific operation, the discharge electrode is used for pre-charging dust and mist drops in flue gas, fine dust and mist drops are subjected to electric coagulation, and then the dust and mist drops are paved on the surface of the dust and mist removal device under the action of electric field force, inertial impact and centrifugal force, so that the dust and mist removal effect is good. In addition, the wet-type electric dust collector only needs to be arranged at the position of the original desulfurization demister, the original space is utilized to adopt one-stage or multi-stage arrangement, the large influence on the original structure is avoided, compared with a wet-type electric dust collector, a new arrangement space is not needed, and compared with a conventional demister, the arrangement space of the demister can be saved by at least one stage. Compared with a wet electric dust collector, the resistance can be reduced by about 250Pa because a set of dust removing equipment is not additionally arranged; compared with the conventional demister, the resistance can be reduced by about 100Pa due to the reduction of the arrangement stages of the dust collecting device.
