An oil-water separating agent is placed in the bearing air bag 31, and in an initial state, the oil-water separating agent cannot realize the increase of the aperture of the pinhole in the bearing air bag 31; the oil-water separating agent is HMD-01; by adding the oil-water separating agent, the water containing the polyol ester can be quickly layered with the polyol ester, so that the oil-water layering efficiency is further improved; meanwhile, the HMD-01 oil-water separating agent is selected, and the product of the oil-water separating agent has the advantages of high ionic strength, stability in storage, wide pH value range adaptation, no toxicity, safety in use, high clarifying speed, good condensation effect and good oil-water layering effect, so that the oil-water layering effect of the distillation retort is improved.
When the device works, polyol ester is put into a distillation retort for reduced pressure distillation, an organic solvent is evaporated, formic acid is added and heated, hydrogen peroxide is added dropwise, after dropwise addition is finished, heat is preserved for 2 hours, standing and layering are carried out, the height of the water level of the polyol ester after standing and layering is within a certain range, as the movable disc 4 is made of a light material and is internally provided with a plurality of cavities, the movable disc 4 can be suspended on the water surface and sink to the bottom of the polyol ester and just suspend at the boundary of the water and the polyol ester after layering, after the discharge port 3 is opened, the movable disc 4 descends along with the descending of the water level in the process of descending of the water, the two seal plates 6 are hollow when being manufactured, the two seal plates 6 deflect downwards to the state that the deflection angle is less than ninety degrees from the state of contact, when the movable disc 4 descends along with the descending of the water level, the movable disc 4 drives the seal plates 6 to move downwards, when water is discharged from the discharge port 3, the movable disc 4 reaches the bottommost end, the weight of the polyol ester above the movable disc 4 can extrude the movable disc 4 downwards, and finally the movable disc 4 extrudes the two sealing plates 6 to enable the two sealing plates 6 to be in a contact state, so that the square through hole 5 is blocked, the automatic closing of the discharge port 3 is finally realized, workers can process other matters, and then the workers find that the discharge port 3 does not leak any more, the water is completely discharged, and the condition of resource waste caused by the fact that the workers do not close the discharge port 3 in time can be prevented; at this time, some polyol ester still exists in the effluent water, which is easy to damage the environment and cause polyol ester waste, the effluent water containing polyol ester enters the bearing air bag 31 by installing the bearing air bag 31 at the discharge port 3, the pore diameter of the reserved pinholes in the bearing air bag 31 is gradually increased (the gradually increased pinhole pore diameter is still far smaller than the diameter of the discharge port 3) along with the increase of the water containing polyol ester, and then the effluent water flows out from the increased pinholes; the water containing the polyol ester flows into the bearing air bag 31 in a large caliber, then flows out of the bearing air bag 31 in a small caliber, so that the layering of the water containing the polyol ester is realized, the discharge of the polyol ester is reduced, the harm to the environment and the waste to the polyol ester are reduced, the utilization rate of the polyol ester is improved, and the market applicability of the distillation retort is improved.

A lubricating oil distillation tank is characterized in that: the device comprises a tank body (1), wherein a feeding hole (2) is formed in the side wall of the tank body (1), and a discharging hole (3) is formed in the bottom of the tank body (1); a movable disc (4) is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the tank body (1), the movable disc (4) is made of light materials, and a plurality of cavities are formed in the movable disc (4) so that the movable disc can be suspended on the water surface and sink to the bottom of the polyol ester; a square through hole (5) is formed in the middle of the moving disc (4), two sealing plates (6) are hinged to the surface of the moving disc (4) at the bottom of the square through hole (5), and the free ends of the two sealing plates (6) can be sealed with the square through hole (5) after being contacted; the discharge port (3) is provided with a bearing air bag (31), and the discharge port (3) and the bearing air bag (31) are sealed; the bearing air bag (31) is provided with a group of pinholes through steel needling in the production and processing, and liquid flowing out of the discharge hole (3) is continuously poured into the bearing air bag (31), so that the pore diameter of the pinholes is gradually increased, and the liquid is layered; the outer edge of the movable disc (4) is spliced with a plurality of sector plates (7), the sector plates (7) form an annular shape, a protruding bag (8) is arranged between the sector plates (7), one end, located inside the movable disc (4), of each sector plate (7) is fixedly connected with a push rod (9), an annular cavity (10) is arranged inside the movable disc (4), one end of each push rod (9) is arranged inside the annular cavity (10), a squeezing bag (11) is arranged at the bottom of the movable disc (4), the squeezing bags (11) can be squeezed in the process of contacting the free ends of the two sealing plates (6), the tops of the squeezing bags (11) are communicated with a conduction pipe (12), and the top ends of the conduction pipes (12) are arranged inside the annular cavity (10); an annular cylinder (14) is arranged at the top of the discharge hole (3), and the height of the annular cylinder (14) is 5-10 cm; an oil-water separating agent is placed in the bearing air bag (31), and the oil-water separating agent cannot increase the aperture of the pinhole in the bearing air bag (31) in an initial state; the oil-water separating agent is HMD-01.
2. A lube oil distillation pot as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the extrusion bag (11) is annular, and the two sealing plates (6) can press the extrusion bag (11) into a sheet shape.
3. A lube oil distillation pot as claimed in claim 2, wherein: two shrouding (6) top all is provided with a plurality of half annular grooves (13), and the free end of two shrouding (6) is back, two a plurality of half annular grooves (13) on shrouding (6) can form a plurality of annular grooves.

A lube oil distillation pot as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the top of the annular cylinder (14) is fixedly connected with a plurality of hemispherical covers (15), two adjacent hemispherical covers (15) are in contact, and the positions, far away from the central axis of the annular cylinder (14), of the hemispherical covers (15) are provided with supplementary ports (16).
