Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a dome-shaped infrared ray thermotherapy device having a magnet ceramic heater for local massage attached thereto, and more particularly, to a dome-shaped infrared ray thermotherapy device having a magnet ceramic heater for local massage attached thereto, which can massage the whole body or a part of the body.
Background
Generally, a thermal therapeutic apparatus using light and heat refers to a thermal therapeutic apparatus using short-wavelength light having a wavelength ranging from 0.8 μm to 1.5 μm, which is a region between mid-infrared light and visible light, and near-infrared light having a characteristic of transmitting only heat to an object through an air layer through which infrared light that reduces radiant heat of the sun is transmitted, the air layer being generated in a state where a temperature of a heating element is 1.649 to 3.871 ℃.
Such a thermal therapeutic apparatus is known as a health apparatus which irradiates warm heat to the skin to help blood circulation of capillary vessels of the skin, enlarges blood vessels of Nitric Oxide (NO) which is an essential energy source of the human body, removes metabolites, supplements body gas, and exerts excellent whitening effect, skin beauty, obesity relief, and the like.
Meanwhile, recently, light and heat have been used in various fields for the purpose of treatment or activation of body tissues, infrared light has been used for the treatment of cartilage tissues, muscle relaxation, and the like, and ultraviolet light has been used for the treatment of psoriasis or vitiligo in skin diseases.
For example, in the therapeutic device using light and heat as described above, the whole body thermal therapeutic apparatus has a remarkable effect on various adult diseases by increasing the supply of nutrients to each body tissue by expanding the fine blood vessels of a person who has fatigue of the whole body and unsmooth blood circulation by hot compress using light, promoting recovery, improving blood circulation by flowing a large amount of sweat, and the like.
In other words, the conventional thermal therapeutic apparatus prevents adult diseases by promoting blood circulation, and gradually irradiates the whole body with warm heat and infrared rays for rehabilitation of a person suffering from rheumatism, neuralgia, and herniated disc, thereby alleviating pain, soothing muscles, and alleviating intractable skin diseases that are difficult to cure.
In detail, the conventional thermal therapeutic apparatus as described above is generally used for the whole body, and is generally provided in the type of a bed. Such a conventional whole body thermal therapeutic apparatus includes: a mattress having a prescribed height from the ground so that a user can lie down for treatment; a dome-shaped warm cover which is formed by flexibly bending from one side of the mattress to the other side, is spaced from the whole body of a user lying on the mattress by a predetermined distance, and irradiates warm heat and infrared rays toward the body side of the user; and a control box for controlling the dome-shaped warm heat cover.
Wherein the dome-shaped warming cover covers the upper portion of the mattress with a soft curved surface corresponding to the remaining portion except for the predetermined length of the upper portion of the mattress, and transfers heat to the body portion except the face portion of the user.
The conventional whole body thermotherapy device can promote blood circulation by the above-mentioned structure, and can prevent adult diseases, and can slowly irradiate the whole body with warm heat and infrared rays for rehabilitation of people suffering from rheumatism, neuralgia, and arthritic disc herniation.
Therefore, by irradiating with warm heat and infrared rays, pain and muscle can be alleviated, and intractable skin diseases which are difficult to cure can be alleviated.
However, the related art thermal therapeutic apparatus as described above has a problem in that it occupies a large space as the mattress is applied in a fixed type, and particularly, it cannot reduce the space when it is used or not used.
In particular, the related art thermal therapeutic devices have a problem in that a part of the body, i.e., a local massage, cannot be performed.
Therefore, it is required to develop a dome-shaped infrared ray thermotherapy device mounted with a magnet ceramic heater for local massage.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a plan view illustrating a dome-shaped infrared ray thermal therapeutic apparatus with a local massage magnet ceramic heater mounted thereon according to the present invention, fig. 2 is a bottom view illustrating the dome-shaped infrared ray thermal therapeutic apparatus with the local massage magnet ceramic heater mounted thereon according to the present invention, and fig. 3 is a front view illustrating the dome-shaped infrared ray thermal therapeutic apparatus with the local massage magnet ceramic heater mounted thereon according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the dome-shaped infrared ray thermotherapy device a with a magnet ceramic heater for local massage according to the present invention comprises: an arched body 100; an infrared light emitting diode 200 provided on an inner peripheral surface of the main body 100; a heating element 300 provided on the inner circumferential surface of the main body 100; and a heater 400 provided to the body 100.
First, the main body 100 is configured to enclose the plurality of structures, and the lower portion thereof is opened to cover the body of the user. That is, the body 100 has a semicircular shape or a dome shape.
An adjusting part 110 for adjusting a main power supply, a heater power supply, an infrared light emitting diode, a heating element power supply, a temperature and a time is provided on the upper part of the main body 100.
Further, the infrared light emitting diode 200 may be used in combination with a near infrared light emitting diode and an infrared light emitting diode to treat joints and muscles.
That is, the infrared light emitting diode 200 assists the activation of cells by penetrating the deep skin dermis by phototherapy using a 680nm red light emitting diode and a 830nm near infrared light emitting diode.
On the other hand, a carbon planar heating element is applied to the heating element 300, and the carbon planar heating element (graft, carbon) is molded with a heat-resistant insulating material using a conductive resin (carbon black, graft polymer) as a heating material.
That is, the far infrared rays emitted from the heating element 300 are irradiated to the upper and lower abdomen, back, waist, foot, etc. to increase blood circulation, and the muscles are relaxed to reduce pain and discharge toxins.
The planar carbon heating element as the material of the heating element 300 can increase the heating area, can obtain a wide heating area, can irradiate heat in a wide range, and has uniform temperature distribution, so that the heating surface has no pressure, and the power consumption is extremely stable, and therefore, the planar carbon heating element can be used semi-permanently without short circuit or oxidation, and thus the marketability of the present invention is improved.
The main body 100 is provided with a recessed placement portion 120 that is detachable from the heater 400.
Since the placing unit 120 is provided with a heating material, the heater 400 is heated.
On the other hand, the mounting portion 120 is made of a ferrous material, and the heater 400 is made of a magnetic material that is a ferrite magnet ceramic material, so that the heater 400 is prevented from being separated from the mounting portion 120 unless an external force is applied. That is, the loss of the heater 400 is prevented and the heater is easily stored.
Further, the heater 400 is provided with a grip 410 to improve convenience in use.
That is, the heater 400 made of ferrite magnet ceramic material has a far infrared ray radiation amount, and thus can be directly used for a local pain part.
According to the present invention, the whole body and the local massage of the body or the whole body and the local massage of the body are selected simultaneously as the detachable heater 400 is placed on the placing part 120 formed on the body 100.
Further, conventionally, it is necessary to purchase a separate heat injection device, a phototherapy device, and a far infrared ray applicator for each application, and the present invention realizes a magneto therapy using a heater 400 as a magnetic body, a near infrared ray phototherapy using an infrared ray emitting diode 200, and a far infrared ray thermotherapy using a heating element 300 in one device.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and should be interpreted in accordance with the scope of the claims. In this case, any person skilled in the art can make various modifications and variations without departing from the scope of the present invention.
