Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of disposable articles, and particularly relates to a quick-absorption sanitary towel which comprises a surface layer, a flow guide layer, an absorption layer and a bottom membrane which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the periphery of the bottom membrane is connected with the periphery of the surface layer, the flow guide layer and the absorption layer are coated inside the surface layer and the bottom membrane, and the fiber density of the flow guide layer is less than that of the surface layer; the absorption layer comprises a coating layer and an absorption body coated in the coating layer, the coating layer reversely coats the absorption body, and the two sides of the absorption body respectively form channels extending along the length direction of the sanitary towel with the inner walls of the two sides corresponding to the coating layer; the surface of the absorber is provided with bulges, so that a plurality of flow guide grooves which are mutually communicated along the surface of the absorber are formed between the surface of the absorber and the coating layer; the inner surface of the basement membrane is distributed with particles protruding upwards, and mutually communicated flow channels are formed among the particles. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of disposable articles, in particular to a sanitary towel capable of being quickly absorbed.
Background
Disposable absorbent articles, such as disposable diapers, training pants, adult incontinence products, feminine sanitary napkins and the like are well known. The primary function of such disposable absorbent articles is to absorb and contain bodily waste, and such articles are also used to prevent the bodily waste from soiling, wetting, or otherwise contaminating clothing or other articles that come into contact with the wearer, such as bedding and the like.
At present, in the process of using the sanitary towel by women, due to individual difference, for users with large menstrual amount in menstrual period, the speed of absorption of the sanitary towel directly influences the personal sanitary condition. The sanitary towel which is slow in absorption and poor in internal diversion effect is easy to cause the phenomenon of side leakage. The existing sanitary towel cannot play a good flow guide effect on internal flow guide, so that menstrual blood is absorbed by a female vagina central area for sanitation, and the two ends of the sanitary towel are not absorbed, so that the sanitary towel cannot store more menstrual blood at the center and further causes side leakage.
How to improve the absorption speed and the diversion speed of the sanitary towel is that the menstrual blood which is not in the sanitary towel can be diverted to each part of the sanitary towel, the use efficiency of the sanitary towel is improved, and the sanitary towel is one of the primary problems in the market of the sanitary towel.

Further, the flow guide layer comprises a first flow guide layer and a second flow guide layer;
the first flow guide layer is bonded at the center of the second flow guide layer, and the fiber density of the second flow guide layer is smaller than that of the first flow guide layer.
Further, the surface layer is provided with a leakage-proof pressure groove arranged along the periphery of the first flow guide layer.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. through the change of the fiber density of each component of the surface layer and the flow guide layer, a structure similar to fan-shaped diffusion is formed, so that liquid entering the surface layer can be quickly absorbed;
2. through the channels on the two sides in the absorption body, menstrual blood entering the absorption body can be guided to the front end or the rear end of the sanitary towel along the channels on the two sides, so that the liquid absorption in the central area of the sanitary towel is linked, and the side leakage caused by excessive menstrual blood in the central area is prevented;
3. the menstrual blood entering and absorbed is quickly diffused into the channel through the diversion grooves formed between the upper surface of the absorber and the coating layer, so that the internal diversion speed is increased, and the absorption speed is further increased;
4. through the raised particles on the bottom film, the flow channel formed among the particles and the blocks absorb the diffusion of menstrual blood in a body, so that the internal flow guiding rate of the menstrual blood is increased, the utilization area of the sanitary towel is increased, and the use efficiency of the sanitary towel is improved.
