Specifically, the lining main body 200 is provided with the guide protrusion 220, the acetabular cup 100 is provided with the positioning groove 120 in a matching manner, and after the lining main body 200 is rotated into position, the guide protrusion 220 extends into the positioning groove 120, so that the lining main body 200 is screwed into the acetabular cup 100 to fix the position, the end faces of the lining main body 200 and the acetabular cup 100 are on the same horizontal plane, and the lining main body 200 and the acetabular cup 100 are prevented from being dislocated.
According to the acetabular prosthesis provided by the embodiment, through the arrangement of the holding hole 400, a medical worker can drive the lining main body 200 to rotate relative to the acetabular cup 100, so that the lining main body 200 can be screwed into the acetabular cup 100; by arranging the positioning groove 120 on the acetabular cup 100 and correspondingly arranging the positioning protrusion on the liner main body 200, the positioning protrusion extends into the positioning groove 120 in the screwing process of the liner main body 200, so that the liner main body 200 is positioned.
In a second aspect, the present embodiments provide a hip prosthesis comprising an acetabular prosthesis.
Since the technical effect of the hip joint prosthesis provided by the present embodiment is the same as that of the acetabular prosthesis described above, the detailed description thereof is omitted.

Claims (10)
1. An acetabular prosthesis, comprising: an acetabular cup (100), a liner body (200), and a fixation mechanism (300);
the acetabular cup (100) is threadedly connected with the liner body (200);
the securing mechanism (300) is coupled to the acetabular cup (100) and the liner body (200), respectively, and forms a first resistance to rotation of the liner body (200) in a first direction and a second resistance to rotation of the liner body (200) in a second direction, the first direction and the second direction being opposite.
2. The acetabular prosthesis of claim 1, wherein the fixation mechanism (300) comprises a first detent (130) disposed on a surface of the acetabular cup (100), a second detent (230) disposed on a surface of the liner body (200), and a fastener (310) captured between the first detent (130) and the second detent (230).
3. The acetabular prosthesis of claim 2, wherein the fixture (310) is in interference fit connection with the first detent (130) and the second detent (230).
4. The acetabular prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the acetabular cup (100) is provided with a threaded groove (110) and the outer surface of the liner body (200) is provided with a threaded strip (210);
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the inner wall of the acetabulum cup (100) is provided with a thread strip (210), and the outer surface of the lining main body (200) is provided with a thread groove (110);
the thread strip (210) and the thread groove (110) are in fit connection.
5. The acetabular prosthesis according to claim 4, wherein each of the threaded groove (110) and the threaded strip (210) is provided in plurality;
the thread grooves (110) and the thread strips (210) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
6. The acetabular prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the liner body (200) is provided with a gripping hole (400);
the holding hole (400) is used for being connected with a medical appliance, so that the medical appliance drives the lining main body (200) to be screwed into the acetabular cup (100) through the holding hole (400).
7. The acetabular prosthesis according to claim 6, wherein the holding hole (400) is provided in plurality;
the plurality of holding holes (400) are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the liner body (200).
8. The acetabular prosthesis according to claim 7, wherein the holding hole (400) is provided in any one of a straight shape, a cross shape and a circular shape in cross section.
9. The acetabular prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the liner body (200) is provided with guide projections (220);
the acetabulum cup (100) is provided with a positioning groove (120), and the guide projection (220) is matched and connected with the positioning groove (120) to fix the relative position between the acetabulum cup (100) and the lining main body (200).
10. A hip joint prosthesis comprising an acetabular prosthesis according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
