Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a medical net bag, which is used for connecting a pocket-shaped net cloth and a ferrule, wherein the pocket-shaped net cloth comprises an opening end and a bag object end, and the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: 1/2 wrapping the ferrule with the opening end of the pocketed mesh cloth to cover at least the circumferential surface of the ferrule with the opening end; coating glue at the contact position of the opening end and the ferrule; baking the position where the glue is smeared; trimming the connecting position of the opening end and the ferrule. The manufacturing process of the embodiment of the invention ensures the flatness and the bonding strength of the connection of the pocket-shaped mesh cloth and the ferrule; the pocket-shaped net cloth and the ring do not need to be adhered by extra medium, so that the manufacturing process steps of the net bag are reduced, and the production cost of the net bag is greatly reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of processing and manufacturing of medical net bags, in particular to a manufacturing process of a medical net bag.
Background
In the manufacturing process of the medical tuck net in the related art, a steel wire loop and a cloth net wire are generally used, a hot melt substance is added in the middle, the hot melt substance is heated and melted, and the steel wire loop and the cloth net are combined together after the hot melt substance is solidified (see the attached figure 1 in the specification).
The process needs to additionally consume a large amount of hot melt substances, so that the manufacturing cost of the medical string bag is increased, the shape and the depth of the string bag are not easy to adjust, and the expansion elasticity has large influence. Meanwhile, the medical net bag manufactured by the process has poor flatness, the strength of combination of the steel wire ferrule and the cloth net wire is not controllable, and great potential safety hazards are brought to the use of the medical net bag.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a manufacturing process of a medical net bag, which is used for connecting a pocket-shaped net cloth and a ferrule, wherein the pocket-shaped net cloth comprises an opening end and a bag end, and the manufacturing process comprises the following steps:
(1) wrapping 1/2 the ferrule with an open end of the pocketed mesh cloth such that the open end covers at least a circumferential surface of the ferrule;
(2) coating glue at the contact position of the open end and the ferrule;
(3) baking the position where the glue is smeared;
(4) trimming the connecting position of the open end and the ferrule.
The manufacturing process of the embodiment of the invention ensures the flatness and the bonding strength of the connection of the pocket-shaped mesh cloth and the ferrule; the pocket-shaped net cloth and the ring do not need to be adhered by extra medium, so that the manufacturing process steps of the net bag are reduced, and the production cost of the net bag is greatly reduced.
In certain embodiments, the open end is wrapped around the ferrule to form a closed loop.
In certain embodiments, step (1) further comprises the steps of:
and placing the bag end of the bag-shaped mesh cloth in an auxiliary part with adjustable depth, and then wrapping and connecting the bag end with the ferrule.
In certain embodiments, in step (1), the open end is wrapped around the collar to ensure that the pocketed web is smooth and pliable.
In some embodiments, the step (2) should be performed uniformly without leakage when the glue is applied.
In certain embodiments, in the step (3), the glue application position is baked by using continuous hot air.
In some embodiments, the pocketed mesh is made of a nylon material.

Referring to fig. 1-8, a manufacturing process of a medical string bag 100 for connecting a pocketed mesh 10 and a snare 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the pocketed mesh 10 including an open end 12 and a bag end 14, includes the following steps:
(1) 1/2 wrapping the ferrule with the open end 12 of the pocketed mesh 10 such that the open end covers at least the circumferential surface of the ferrule;
(2) applying glue at the contact position of the open end 12 and the ferrule 20;
(3) baking the position where the glue is smeared;
(4) trimming the place where the open end 12 and ferrule 20 join.
The manufacturing process of the embodiment of the invention ensures the flatness and the bonding strength of the connection between the pocket-shaped mesh cloth 10 and the ferrule 20; the pocket net cloth 10 and the ferrule 20 do not need to be adhered by using extra media, so that the manufacturing process steps of the net 100 are reduced, and the production cost of the net 100 is greatly reduced.
In certain embodiments, the open end forms a closed loop around the winding collar.
Therefore, after glue is coated on the opening end, the opening end is stably bonded together, and the connection with the ferrule is more reliable.
In certain embodiments, step (1) further comprises the steps of:
the pocket end 14 of the pocketed mesh 10 is placed in a depth adjustable aid and then wrapped with a collar 20.
Thus, the depth of the net bag 100 can be adjusted, and the manufacturing process of the embodiment can produce the net bag 100 with different depths so as to meet the requirements of the net bag 100 on different occasions. Meanwhile, when the string bag 100 is used for containing foreign matters, the elastic influence of the pocketed net cloth 10 is small, the safety and reliability of the operation are ensured, and the success rate of the operation is obviously improved.
Specifically, the auxiliary member that uses in this embodiment is inside and outside double-deck overlapping structure, inlayer and skin are the opening design, the inlayer is placed in the skin, a plurality of locating holes have been seted up on inlayer and the outer lateral wall, adjust the degree of depth that the inlayer is located the skin from top to bottom according to the degree of depth that string bag 100 needs, insert the locating lever in the locating hole of inlayer and outer lateral wall, with fixed inlayer and outer relative position, so, place pocket form screen cloth 10 in the auxiliary member, just can adjust the degree of depth of string bag 100, the accuracy and the convenience of string bag 100 degree of depth adjustment have been guaranteed.
In some embodiments, in step (1), the open end 12 is wrapped around the collar 20 to ensure that the pocketed web 10 is smooth and pliable.
Thus, the adhesion effect of the subsequent glue is ensured.
In some embodiments, the glue is applied uniformly and without leakage in step (2).
Therefore, the normal work of the net bag 100 when in use is prevented from being influenced by the glue contacting other positions of the net bag 100.
In some embodiments, in step (3), the glue application position is baked by using continuous hot air.
So, guarantee glue and pocket form screen cloth, lasso and fully contact and bond, improve the stability that lasso and pocket form screen cloth are connected.
In some embodiments, the pocketed mesh 10 is made of a nylon material.
In some embodiments, ferrule 20 is made of stainless steel.
In some embodiments, the glue is polyurethane.
Therefore, the liquid polyurethane glue has good biocompatibility, is stable and is bonded for a long time, so that the net bag can not threaten human health when being used for manufacturing the net bag, and meanwhile, the service life of the net bag is ensured.
Therefore, the glue does not have side effect on human body, and does not generate rejection reaction or have adverse effect on human health when entering the human body for use.
In certain embodiments, in step (4), scissors are used to trim the location where the open end 12 and ferrule 20 are bonded.
Thus, the thread ends of the pocketed mesh cloth 10 are prevented from affecting the safety and stability of the string bag 100 during operation.

Claims (10)
1. A manufacturing process of a medical net bag is used for connecting a net cloth with a ring, the net cloth with the shape of a pocket comprises an opening end and a bag object end, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) wrapping 1/2 the ferrule with an open end of the pocketed mesh cloth such that the open end covers at least a circumferential surface of the ferrule;
(2) coating glue at the contact position of the open end and the ferrule;
(3) baking the position where the glue is smeared;
(4) trimming the connecting position of the open end and the ferrule.
2. The process for making a medical string bag according to claim 1, wherein the open end is wound around the ferrule to form a closed loop.
3. The manufacturing process of the medical string bag according to claim 1, wherein the step (1) further comprises the following steps:
and placing the bag end of the bag-shaped mesh cloth in an auxiliary part with adjustable depth, and then wrapping and connecting the bag end with the ferrule.
4. The manufacturing process of the medical string bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (1), the open end is wrapped around the collar while ensuring the smoothness of the mesh.
5. The manufacturing process of the medical string bag according to claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the glue is applied uniformly without leakage.
6. The manufacturing process of the medical string bag according to claim 1, wherein in the step (3), the glue-applied position is baked by continuous hot air.
7. The manufacturing process of the medical string bag according to claim 1, wherein the bag-shaped net cloth is made of nylon material.
8. The process for manufacturing the medical string bag according to claim 1, wherein the ferrule is made of stainless steel.
9. The manufacturing process of the medical string bag according to claim 1, wherein the glue is made of polyurethane.
10. The manufacturing process of the medical string bag according to claim 1, wherein in the step (4), the position where the open end and the ferrule are bonded is trimmed by scissors.
