Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a medical net bag, which is used for connecting a pocket-shaped net cloth and a ferrule, wherein the pocket-shaped net cloth comprises an opening end and a bag object end, and the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: 1/2 wrapping the ferrule with the opening end of the pocketed mesh cloth to cover at least the circumferential surface of the ferrule with the opening end; coating glue at the contact position of the opening end and the ferrule; baking the position where the glue is smeared; trimming the connecting position of the opening end and the ferrule. The manufacturing process of the embodiment of the invention ensures the flatness and the bonding strength of the connection of the pocket-shaped mesh cloth and the ferrule; the pocket-shaped net cloth and the ring do not need to be adhered by extra medium, so that the manufacturing process steps of the net bag are reduced, and the production cost of the net bag is greatly reduced.

The embodiment of the invention provides a manufacturing process of a medical net bag, which is used for connecting a pocket-shaped net cloth and a ferrule, wherein the pocket-shaped net cloth comprises an opening end and a bag end, and the manufacturing process comprises the following steps:
(1) wrapping 1/2 the ferrule with an open end of the pocketed mesh cloth such that the open end covers at least a circumferential surface of the ferrule;
(2) coating glue at the contact position of the open end and the ferrule;
(3) baking the position where the glue is smeared;
(4) trimming the connecting position of the open end and the ferrule.
The manufacturing process of the embodiment of the invention ensures the flatness and the bonding strength of the connection of the pocket-shaped mesh cloth and the ferrule; the pocket-shaped net cloth and the ring do not need to be adhered by extra medium, so that the manufacturing process steps of the net bag are reduced, and the production cost of the net bag is greatly reduced.

(3) baking the position where the glue is smeared;
(4) trimming the place where the open end 12 and ferrule 20 join.
The manufacturing process of the embodiment of the invention ensures the flatness and the bonding strength of the connection between the pocket-shaped mesh cloth 10 and the ferrule 20; the pocket net cloth 10 and the ferrule 20 do not need to be adhered by using extra media, so that the manufacturing process steps of the net 100 are reduced, and the production cost of the net 100 is greatly reduced.
In certain embodiments, the open end forms a closed loop around the winding collar.
