As shown in fig. 5 to 8, the upper feeding quadric piece 210 and the lower feeding quadric piece 220 are disposed in a space defined by the mattress body, a connection position of the upper feeding quadric piece 210 and the top surface 110 is higher than a connection position of the upper feeding quadric piece and the side surface 130, and a connection position of the lower feeding quadric piece 220 and the bottom surface 120 is lower than a connection position of the lower feeding quadric piece and the side surface 130.
The arrangement of the upper feeding four-in-one sheet 210 and the lower feeding four-in-one sheet 220 can make the whole mattress body more flat and stable.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the drawstring 300 is at least partially obliquely disposed in the space defined by the mattress body.
The inclination of the drawstring 300 adjusts the stress of the bottom surface 120 and the top surface 110 of the mattress body, so that the stress is more balanced, and the stress position of the upper side and the stress position of the lower side of the drawstring 300 are not on the same vertical line, so that the top surface 110 and the bottom surface 120 of the mattress body are smoother and have higher stability.
Wherein the drawstrings 300 are gradually inclined outward from the top surface 110 of the mattress body to the bottom surface 120 of the mattress body.
The drawstring 300 gradually inclines outwards from the top surface 110 of the mattress body to the bottom surface 120 of the mattress body, namely the drawstring 300 is close to the middle part of the mattress body at the force application position of the mattress body top surface 110, and the drawstring 300 is far away from the middle part of the mattress body at the force application position of the mattress body bottom surface 120, so that the mattress body is more stable in ground gripping, is not easy to turn on one's side, and has the beneficial effects of being more stable and smoother.
As shown in Figs. 12 and 13, the drawstring 300 is a sheet-like design, and the connection positions of the drawstring 300 with the top surface 110 and the bottom surface 120 are wavy, and the top surface 110 and the bottom surface 120 of the mattress body are wavy lines.
Wherein, the inclination angle range formed by the drawstring 300 and the bottom surface 120 of the mattress body is more than 60 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees.
Wherein, the inclination angle formed by the drawstring 300 and the bottom surface 120 of the mattress body is smaller from the middle of the mattress body to the head and the tail of the mattress body. The drawstring 300 is arranged in a space formed by enclosing the mattress body, wherein the angle of the drawstring 300 which is arranged towards the head and the tail of the mattress body is smaller and tends to be 60 degrees; the more the drawstring 300 is disposed toward the middle of the mattress body, the larger the angle, the more it tends to be 90 degrees.

As shown in fig. 14 to 15, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the drawstring 300 is designed in a sheet shape, the connection position of the drawstring 300 with the top surface 110 and the bottom surface 120 is in a linear shape, and the top surface 110 and the bottom surface 120 of the mattress body are in a linear shape.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 16 to 19, the difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the drawstring 300 of the present embodiment is designed in a 8 shape, and the 8-shaped drawstring 300 is obliquely arranged in the space enclosed by the mattress body and is connected to the top surface 110 and the bottom surface 120 of the mattress body respectively.
Wherein, the connection position of the drawstring 300 and the top surface 110 and the bottom surface 120 is in 8 shape, and the top surface 110 and the bottom surface 120 of the mattress body are in 8-shaped lines.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 20 to 23, the difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the drawstring 300 of the present embodiment is designed as a cylinder, and the cylinder drawstring 300 is obliquely arranged in the space enclosed by the mattress body and is connected to the top surface 110 and the bottom surface 120 of the mattress body respectively.

Performance testing
Firstly, the method comprises the following steps: material preparation
The inflatable mattresses obtained in the embodiments 1 to 8 are respectively numbered as the embodiments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, and the number of the inflatable mattresses in each embodiment is 10;
preparing an inflatable mattress of a comparative example, wherein the number of the inflatable mattress is comparative example 1, and the number of the inflatable mattresses of the comparative example is 10; wherein the comparative example is a conventional PVC mattress and the air mattress of the comparative example is obtained by fusion of PVC; wherein the thickness of the mattress material of the comparative example is the same as that of the mattress material of the example;
II, secondly: burst proof test
The mattresses of the examples and comparative examples were inflated and the inflation pressure of each mattress was measured using a professional air pressure measuring instrument; recording the air pressure value of each mattress during inflation blasting, and obtaining the limit inflation value of each mattress through conversion; wherein, the higher the limit explosion value is, the better the explosion-proof performance is.
Thirdly, the method comprises the following steps: expansion volume test
The mattresses of the examples and comparative examples were inflated separately and the change in inflated volume of the bed was recorded when the air pressure in the inflated mattress reached 1 PSI. Wherein, the smaller the expansion volume, the better the effect, the flatter the bed.
Fourthly, the method comprises the following steps: rolling test
The mattresses of the examples and comparative examples were each subjected to a rolling test using 120kg rollers, and the number of rolls of the rollers was recorded when a break or air leakage occurred in the mattress.
Fifthly: impact frequency test
The mattress is free-falling at a height of 30cm from the top surface of the mattress by using 60kg objects respectively, and when the mattress is cracked and leaks air, the times of free-falling of the objects are recorded.
Sixthly, the method comprises the following steps: the test results are shown in table 1 below:

to summarize: through the test, the air mattress that this embodiment 1 ~ 8 obtained is explosion-proof effectual, has improved air mattress's security performance and life greatly.

Claims (10)

1. An inflatable mattress is characterized by comprising a mattress body formed by enclosing a top surface, a bottom surface and side surfaces, wherein the top surface of the mattress body is formed by attaching a flocking layer and a PVC/TPU layer, and the bottom surface and/or the side surfaces of the mattress body are formed by attaching a fabric layer and a PVC/TPU layer; the flocking layer of the top surface is arranged on the outer side of the PVC/TPU layer, and the fabric layer of the bottom surface and/or the side surface is arranged on the outer side of the PVC/TPU layer.
2. The airbed of claim 1, wherein the joint of the top surface and the side surface of the mattress body is provided with an upper feeding quadripler, and the joint of the bottom surface and the side surface of the mattress body is provided with a lower feeding quadripler.
3. An airbed as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least the bottom surface of the mattress body is formed by the cloth layer and the PVC/TPU layer in a laminated manner.
4. An inflatable mattress according to claim 3 wherein the bottom surface of the mattress body has a PVC durometer hardness value greater than the PVC durometer hardness value of the top surface of the mattress body.
5. The airbed of claim 2, wherein the upper and lower complementary four-ply sheets are made of PVC/TPU material and are formed by sequentially welding or laminating PVC/TPU sheets end to form a rectangular shape.
6. The airbed of claim 2, wherein the upper feeding quadripler and the lower feeding quadripler are arranged in a space defined by the mattress body, the connection position of the upper feeding quadripler with the top surface is higher than the connection position with the side surface, and the connection position of the lower feeding quadripler with the bottom surface is lower than the connection position with the side surface.
7. An air mattress according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that a plurality of drawstrings are arranged in the space enclosed by the side faces, and the drawstrings are respectively connected with the top face and the bottom face of the mattress body; the drawstring is at least partially obliquely arranged in a space formed by the mattress body in a surrounding way.
8. An airbed as claimed in claim 7 wherein the drawstrings taper outwardly from the top surface of the mattress body to the bottom surface of the mattress body.
9. The airbed of claim 1, wherein the cloth layer is made of nylon, terylene, polyester-cotton blended fabric, cotton cloth or sandwich mesh cloth.
10. An airbed as claimed in claim 7, wherein the drawstrings are in the form of sheet, column or ring, and are arranged along the inner periphery of the mattress body and are curved or straight at the junction of the top/bottom surfaces of the mattress body; the drawstrings in a columnar or annular structure are uniformly arranged in the space of the mattress body and are arranged according to a certain pattern or shape.
