The intelligent sensing speed-limiting helmet 1 comprises a helmet shell 11, a sensing device 12 arranged on the helmet shell 11, and a chip 13 arranged on the helmet shell 12; the intelligent sensing speed-limiting helmet 1 is in communication connection with the vehicle 2 through the chip 13, the sensing device 12 senses whether a rider wears the helmet shell 11 and generates a signal to be transmitted to the chip 13, and the chip 13 controls the speed of the vehicle 2 according to the signal;
the sensing device 12 includes a first sensor 121 disposed at the top of the helmet shell 11, and a buckle 122 disposed on the helmet shell 11 for buckling on the neck, where the signal includes a first signal generated by the first sensor 121 sensing whether the rider wears the helmet shell 11, and a second signal generated by the buckle 122 buckling.

The helmet shell 11 is the main body of the intelligent sensing speed-limiting helmet 1 and plays a role in safety protection for the head of a rider.
Further, the helmet shell 11 includes a supporting belt 111 disposed inside thereof, and the first sensor 121 is disposed on the supporting belt 111 and is configured to sense a pressure change of the supporting belt 111 contacting with a top of a head of a rider. The supporting belt 111 provides an installation space for the first sensor 121, and the sensing of the pressure change is more direct and accurate.
Further, the helmet shell 11 further includes a power module 112 disposed on the carrying belt 111, and the power module 112 supplies power to the sensing device 12. The power module 112 is preferably a lithium battery, which can be recharged for use.
The sensing device 12 includes a first sensor 121 disposed at the top of the helmet shell 11, and a buckle 122 disposed on the helmet shell 11 for buckling on the neck, and the sensing device 12 performs a double detection to sense whether the rider wears the helmet shell 11.
Further, the first sensor 121 is a pressure sensor. A pressure sensor is a device or apparatus that senses a pressure signal and converts the pressure signal into a usable output electrical signal according to a certain rule.
Further, the first sensor 121 is a flexible film pressure sensor. The flexible film pressure sensor is manufactured by transferring materials such as nano force-sensitive materials, silver paste and the like onto a flexible film base material through a precision printing process, and drying and curing the materials. The flexible film pressure sensor has strong adhesive force, bending resistance and high sensitivity.

When the first sensor 121 is a pressure sensor, sensing whether the rider wears the helmet shell 11 to generate a first signal, wherein a sensing circuit is arranged in the first sensor 121, a resistance value Rs of the pressure sensor in the sensing circuit changes along with the pressure, and a static resistance of the sensing circuit is more than 1M Ω; the reference resistance RF is between 1k omega and 100k omega, and is determined according to actual conditions; the maximum current was 2.5 mA.
When the rider wears the helmet shell 11, whether the rider wears the helmet shell 11 is judged according to the pressure change of the contact between the supporting belt 111 and the top of the head of the rider, the first sensor 121 senses different pressures and the resistance changes differently, so that the circuit voltage changes, a voltage signal, namely the first signal, is output and transmitted to the chip 13, and whether the rider wears the helmet shell 11 is judged according to the magnitude of the voltage signal.
The buckle 122 includes a plug 1221 disposed on one side of the helmet shell 11 and a bayonet 1222 disposed on the other side of the helmet shell 11, when the helmet shell 11 is worn by a rider, the plug 1221 is fastened to the bayonet 1222 to fix the helmet shell 11 on the neck of the rider, and the helmet shell 11 is worn completely to achieve a sufficient safety protection effect.
Further, the strap 122 is a metal strap with a circuit, and is an electronic switch; when the buckle belt 122 is buckled, the circuit is switched on to generate the second signal; when the fastening strap 122 is not fastened, the circuit is disconnected to generate the second signal, and at this time, the second signal may be displayed as no signal or other signals, that is, according to whether the fastening strap 122 is fastened or not, and the second signal has two different results, and when the second signal is transmitted to the chip 13, the chip 13 determines whether the fastening strap 122 is fastened or not according to the result of the second signal.

Further, the chip 13 includes a bluetooth module, the vehicle 2 is provided with a communication module 21, the bluetooth module receives the signal of the sensing device 12 and transmits the signal to the communication module 21, and the chip 13 limits the speed of the vehicle 2 through the communication module 21.
Further, the communication module 21 is an internet of things module, the vehicle 2 is also provided with a control chip, and the communication module 21 is arranged on the control chip. In a broad sense, the internet of things, namely the internet with all things connected, is an extended and expanded network on the basis of the internet, and combines various information sensing devices with the internet to form a huge network, so that the interconnection and intercommunication of people, machines and things at any time and any place is realized. Bluetooth communication is a short-distance communication technology in the technology of Internet of things, Bluetooth is a wireless technology standard which uses UHF radio waves of ISM wave band of 2.4-2.485GHz, is based on data packets and has a master-slave architecture, and can realize short-distance data exchange among fixed equipment, mobile equipment and a building personal area network.
The bluetooth module is a chip basic circuit set integrated with bluetooth function, used for wireless network communication, as a short-distance wireless communication technology replacing data cables, bluetooth supports point-to-point and point-to-multipoint communication, and connects various data and voice devices in homes or offices in a wireless mode into a piconet (Pico-net), and several piconets can further realize interconnection to form a distributed network (scatter-net), thereby realizing fast and convenient communication among the connected devices. The Bluetooth module is small in size and stable in performance, and low in power consumption and good in stability through communication connection of the Bluetooth module.
The signals include a first signal generated by the first sensor 121 sensing whether the rider wears the helmet shell 11 and a second signal generated by the buckle strap 122 being fastened. According to the signal, the intelligent sensing speed-limiting helmet 1 comprises two driving states.
When the first sensor 121 senses that the rider wears the helmet shell 11 to generate the first signal and the buckle belt 122 is buckled to generate the second signal, the sensing device 12 transmits the signal to the chip 13, and the chip 13 controls the speed of the vehicle 2 according to the signal, so that the safety state of the intelligent sensing speed-limiting helmet 1 is sensed.
In a safe state, a rider wears the helmet shell 11 and fastens the helmet shell to the neck through the buckle belt 122 to completely wear the helmet shell, and the chip 13 controls the speed of the vehicle 2 according to the signal, wherein the control can limit the speed of the vehicle 2 within a safe driving speed range or can not limit the speed of the vehicle 2 and the rider normally drives the helmet shell; of course, if the speed of the vehicle 2 is too fast, the internet of things module 21 may also send an alarm signal to the chip 13, and the chip 13 limits the speed of the vehicle 2 again.
When the first sensor 121 senses that the rider does not wear the helmet shell 11 to generate the first signal or the buckle belt 122 is not buckled to generate the second signal, the sensing device 12 transmits the signal to the chip 13, and the chip 13 limits the speed of the vehicle 2 according to the signal, so that the speed-limiting state of the intelligent speed-limiting helmet 1 is sensed.
In the speed-limiting state, if the rider does not wear the helmet shell 11, the first signal may be a weak signal or no signal, and similarly, if the buckle 122 is not buckled, the second signal may be a weak signal or no signal; as long as one of the signals is weak or no signal, the chip 13 limits the speed of the vehicle 2 to ensure safe driving.

The intelligent sensing speed-limiting helmet according to claim 1, wherein the helmet shell (11) comprises a supporting belt (111) arranged inside the helmet shell, and the first sensor (121) is arranged on the supporting belt (11) and used for sensing pressure change of the supporting belt (11) contacting with the top of the head of a rider.
