Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有芸苔素内酯化合物的复配植物生长调节剂,本发明涉及植物生长调节剂技术领域,本发明所述的复配植物生长调节剂包含活性成分和增效剂,活性成分包含芸苔素内酯类化合物、以及S‑诱抗素和吲哚丁酸中的一种或两种,增效剂包含五味子乙素、乙酸泽泻醇B酯、紫草提取物醇溶液。所述的复配植物生长调节剂不仅具有明显的协同增效作用,可以提高发芽率,促进植物根和冠的生长,进而改善作物品质,提高作物产量;将五味子乙素、乙酸泽泻醇B酯和紫草提取物配制成增效剂,与活性成分配合使用,提供了植物所需要的营养物质并,改善了作物的品质,促进作物的生长,具有增产增收的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及植物生长调节剂技术领域,具体涉及一种含有芸苔素内酯类化合物的复配植物生长调节剂。
背景技术
芸苔素内酯类化合物是一种新型绿色环保植物生长调节剂,其通过适宜浓度浸种和茎叶喷施处理,可以促进蔬菜、瓜类、水果等作物生长,可改善作物品质,提高作物产量,同时还能提高作物的抗旱、抗寒能力,缓解作物遭受病虫害、药害、肥害、冻害的症状。芸苔素内酯类化合物是植物内源激素,生物活性较高,广泛地存在于植物的花粉、种子、茎和叶等器官内,对人畜都是无害的,正常使用剂量非常安全有效。芸苔素内酯的处理浓度极低,通常10-1~10-5mg/L就能显示强大的生理活性。
S-诱抗素,是一种高效、天然绿色植物生长活性物质,能够调节植物的生长平衡。S-诱抗素具有促进植物平衡吸收水、肥和协调体内代谢的能力,可有效调控植物的根、冠和营养生长与生殖生长,对提高农作物的品质、产量具有重要作用。同时,S-诱抗素也是植物的抗逆诱导因子,可有效激活植物体内抗逆免疫系统,因其能提高植物抗旱、抗寒、抗虫等抗性,对农业生产上减灾保产具有重要作用。
吲哚丁酸,是内源生长素,能促进细胞分裂与细胞生长,有利于新根生成和维管束系统的分化,诱导形成不定根,增加座果,防止落果,改变雌、雄花比率等。可经由叶片、树枝的嫩表皮、种子进入到植物体内,随营养流输导到起作用的部位。吲哚丁酸可用于插条生根剂,叶面肥增效剂,植物生长调节剂等。
五味子乙素是北五味子中含量最高的联苯环辛烯类木脂素。五味子乙素具有增强细胞抗氧化状态,防止细胞线粒体结构和功能退化的作用;五味子乙素还能增加热休克蛋白质的形成。热休克蛋白质是体内具有保护作用的重要蛋白质之一,这种内源蛋白质能够在身体受到刺激时及时作出反应并保护细胞。五味子乙素提高热休克蛋白质表达的能力对防止蛋白质变性、保持生物活性具有重要意义。
现有的植物生长调节剂生产领域还没有关于以芸苔素内酯、S-诱抗素和吲哚丁酸复配制成植物生长调节剂活性成分,以五味子乙素(γ-Schizandrin)、乙酸泽泻醇B酯和紫草提取物醇溶液复配为植物生长调节剂的增效促长剂,组合成植物生长调节剂的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种含有芸苔素内酯的复配植物生长调节剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含有芸苔素内酯类化合物的复配植物生长调节剂,包含活性成分和增效剂,活性成分包含芸苔素内酯类化合物、以及S-诱抗素和吲哚丁酸中的一种或两种,增效剂包含五味子乙素、乙酸泽泻醇B酯、紫草提取物醇溶液。
优选地,所述芸苔素内酯类化合物选自24-表芸苔素内酯、28-表高芸苔素内酯、28-高芸苔素内酯、混表芸苔素内酯、25-甲基芸苔素内酯、丙酰芸苔素内酯或14-羟基芸苔素甾醇中的任意一种。
进一步优选地,所述芸苔素内酯类化合物为丙酰芸苔素内酯。
所述活性成分各组分以重量百分比计,芸苔素内酯类化合物0.001%-3.0%,S-诱抗素0.005%-8.0%,吲哚丁酸0.05-8.0%。
优选地,所述活性成分各组分以重量百分比计,芸苔素内酯化合物0.001%-1.0%,S-诱抗素0.005%-5.0%,吲哚丁酸0.05-5.0%。
所述增效剂各组分以重量百分比计,五味子乙素0.1%-5.0%、乙酸泽泻醇B酯0.1%-5.0%,紫草提取物醇溶液0.1-8%。
优选地,所述增效剂各组分以重量百分比计,五味子乙素1.0%-3.0%、乙酸泽泻醇B酯1.0%-3.0%,紫草提取物醇溶液1-5%。
本发明的有益效果体现在:
本发明的复配植物调生长节剂由三种作用机制不同的活性成分组成,将芸苔素内酯类化合物以及S-诱抗素和吲哚丁酸中的一种或两种复配,不仅具有明显的协同增效作用,可以提高发芽率,促进植物根和冠的生长,进而改善作物品质,提高作物产量;将五味子乙素、乙酸泽泻醇B酯和紫草提取物配制成增效剂,与活性成分配合使用,提供了植物所需要的营养物质,改善了作物的品质,促进作物的生长,具有增产增收的效果。

实施例1
一种含有芸苔素内酯类化合物的复配植物生长调节剂,包含活性成分和增效剂,活性成分包含丙酰芸苔素内酯、S-诱抗素,增效剂包含五味子乙素、乙酸泽泻醇B酯、紫草提取物醇溶液。
所述活性成分各组分以重量百分比计,丙酰芸苔素内酯0.003%,S-诱抗素0.1%。
所述增效剂各组分以重量百分比计,五味子乙素1.5%、乙酸泽泻醇B酯1.5%,紫草提取物醇溶液2.5%。
实施例2
一种含有芸苔素内酯类化合物的复配植物生长调节剂,包含活性成分和增效剂,活性成分包含丙酰芸苔素内酯和吲哚丁酸,增效剂包含五味子乙素、乙酸泽泻醇B酯、紫草提取物醇溶液。
所述活性成分各组分以重量百分比计,丙酰芸苔素内酯0.003%,吲哚丁酸0.9%。
所述增效剂各组分以重量百分比计,五味子乙素1.5%、乙酸泽泻醇B酯1.5%,紫草提取物醇溶液2.5%
实施例3
一种含有芸苔素内酯类化合物的复配植物生长调节剂,包含活性成分和增效剂,活性成分包含丙酰芸苔素内酯、S-诱抗素和吲哚丁酸,增效剂包含五味子乙素、乙酸泽泻醇B酯、紫草提取物醇溶液。
所述活性成分各组分以重量百分比计,丙酰芸苔素内酯0.003%,S-诱抗素0.097%,吲哚丁酸0.9%。
所述增效剂各组分以重量百分比计,五味子乙素1.5%、乙酸泽泻醇B酯1.5%,紫草提取物醇溶液2.5%。
实验例:水稻浸种药效实验
对照药剂:0.003%丙酰芸苔素内酯水剂、0.1%S-诱抗素水剂、0.9%吲哚丁酸水剂,江西鑫邦科技有限公司自配。
实验方法:
(1)将对照药剂和三个实施例药剂均稀释2500倍,然后对水稻种子进行浸种处理;
(2)对每个处理的播种日期、出苗日期出苗率进行观测,并实时记录;
(3)对每个处理的地上鲜重及地下鲜重等指标进行调查;
(4)每个重复15g水稻种子,设3个重复,浸种24小时后播撒,播撒10天后进行数据采集。

从表1可以分析出将丙酰芸苔素内酯与S-诱抗素和吲哚丁酸复配成活性成分,与五味子乙素、乙酸泽泻醇B酯和紫草提取物醇溶液组成的增效剂组合使用,可以明显提高水稻发芽率,促根壮苗。

1.一种含有芸苔素内酯类化合物的复配植物生长调节剂,其特征在于:所述复配植物生长调节剂包含活性成分和增效剂,所述活性成分包含芸苔素内酯类化合物、以及S-诱抗素和吲哚丁酸中的一种或两种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有芸苔素内酯化合物的复配植物生长调节剂,其特征在于:所述增效剂包含五味子乙素、乙酸泽泻醇B酯、紫草提取物醇溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有芸苔素内酯化合物的复配植物生长调节剂,其特征在于:所述芸苔素内酯类化合物选自24-表芸苔素内酯、28-表高芸苔素内酯、28-高芸苔素内酯、混表芸苔素内酯、25-甲基芸苔素内酯、丙酰芸苔素内酯或14-羟基芸苔素甾醇中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含有芸苔素内酯化合物的复配植物生长调节剂,其特征在于:所述芸苔素内酯类化合物为丙酰芸苔素内酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有芸苔素内酯化合物的复配植物生长调节剂,其特征在于:所述活性成分各组分以重量百分比计,芸苔素内酯类化合物0.001%-3.0%,S-诱抗素0.005%-8.0%,吲哚丁酸0.05-8.0%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含有芸苔素内酯化合物的复配植物生长调节剂,其特征在于:所述活性成分各组分以重量百分比计,芸苔素内酯类化合物0.001%-1.0%,S-诱抗素0.005%-5.0%,吲哚丁酸0.05-5.0%。
7.根据权利要求2所述的含有芸苔素内酯化合物的复配植物生长调节剂,其特征在于:所述增效剂各组分以重量百分比计,五味子乙素0.1%-5.0%、乙酸泽泻醇B酯0.1%-5.0%,紫草提取物醇溶液0.1-8%。
8.根据权利要求7任一所述的含有芸苔素内酯化合物的复配植物生长调节剂,其特征在于:所述增效剂各组分以重量百分比计,五味子乙素1.0%-3.0%、乙酸泽泻醇B酯1.0%-3.0%,紫草提取物醇溶液1-5%。
