a sliding groove (15) is formed in the lower force arm (2), a sliding block (16) is sleeved in the sliding groove (15) in a sliding mode, a moving magnet (17) is fixedly connected to one side of the sliding block (16), a fixed magnet (18) which is in homopolar repulsion with the moving magnet (17) is fixedly connected to one end of the sliding groove (15), a primary supporting rod (19) is connected between the sliding block (16) and one end, far away from the lower twisting head (4), of the upper force arm (1), a secondary supporting rod (20) is connected between the primary supporting rod (19) and the sliding sleeve (12), a containing cavity (21) is formed in the upper force arm (1), and a file (22) is connected to a pin shaft in the containing cavity (21);
the upper force arm (1) and the lower twisting head (4) as well as the lower force arm (2) and the upper twisting head (3) are of an integrally formed structure, and two ends of the torsion spring (6) are respectively welded on the inner sides of the upper force arm (1) and the lower force arm (2);
one end of the primary support rod (19) far away from the sliding block (16) is connected with one end of the upper force arm (1) far away from the lower twisting head (4), and two ends of the primary support rod (19) are respectively connected with the sliding block (16) and the upper force arm (1) through pin shafts;
two ends of the secondary supporting rod (20) are respectively connected with the sliding sleeve (12) and the primary supporting rod (19) through pin shafts, and the secondary supporting rod (20) is connected to one end, close to the sliding block (16), of the end point of the primary supporting rod (19).

The hand-held push type semi-automatic pet cat nail clipper according to claim 1, wherein one end of the upper force arm (1) far away from the lower twisting head (4) is provided with a groove corresponding to the sliding groove (15), the guide rod (8) is transversely arranged in the groove, the conductive sleeve (9) is positioned at one end of the strong spring (11) which is fixedly sleeved, the strong spring (11) penetrates through the conductive sleeve (9), and the sliding sleeve (12) welded with the free end of the strong spring (11) is slidably sleeved on the guide rod (8).
