In the invention, when the connector main body 1 welded with the PCB 3 is inserted into the die-casting alloy shell 2 through the connecting part 22, one end of the PCB 3 connected with the connector main body 1 can be just inserted into the protection clamping position 6 in the protection space 5, two sides of the PCB 3 pass through the first notch 301 and the second notch 401 and then are exposed out of the reinforced protection structure 4, the first notch 301 and the second clamping notch just stably fix the PCB 3, the PCB 3 is protected from being welded, the stability of a product structure is improved, and therefore, the separation looseness caused by the damage of external force on welding terminal pins on the PCB 3 is prevented, the welding pins of the product can be effectively protected, the product is more reliable, and the quality is more stable.
Referring to fig. 7-8, in the third embodiment, the reinforced protection structure 4 is a fully-enclosed protection sleeve structure and is fixedly connected to the end of the connecting portion 22 to form a fully-enclosed protection space 5, the left end and the right end of the inner side of the reinforced protection structure 4 are respectively and oppositely provided with a first slot 501 and a second slot 502, and a protection clip 6 is formed between the first slot 501 and the second slot 502;
the end face of one end of the reinforced protection structure 4, which is far away from the connecting part 22, is of a runway-shaped structure, and the left end and the right end of the reinforced protection structure 4 are both of arc structures; the side surfaces of the first clamping groove 501 and the second clamping groove 502 are in a bracket-shaped structure, and the depths of the first clamping groove 501 and the second clamping groove 502 are equal and are both smaller than the thickness of the inner wall of the reinforced protection structure 4; the upper part of the reinforcing guard structure 4 is also provided with a riveting point 503 for firmly connecting the PCB board 3. Referring to fig. 9-10, in the fourth embodiment, the reinforced protection structure 4 is a fully-enclosed protection sleeve structure, and is fixedly connected to the end of the connecting portion 22 to form a fully-enclosed protection space 5, the middle positions of the left and right sides of the reinforced protection structure 4 are respectively and oppositely provided with a first notch 601 and a second notch 602 penetrating through the inner wall of the reinforced protection structure 4, and a protection clamping position 6 is formed between the first notch 601 and the second notch 602;

In the invention, when the connector main body 1 welded with the PCB 3 is inserted into the die-casting alloy shell 2 through the connecting part 22, one end of the PCB 3 connected with the connector main body 1 can be just inserted into the protection clamping position 6 in the protection space 5, two sides of the PCB 3 pass through the first notch 601 and the second notch 602 and then are exposed out of the reinforced protection structure 4, the first notch 601 and the second clamping notch are just used for stably fixing the PCB 3, the PCB 3 is protected from being welded, the stability of a product structure is improved, and therefore, the separation looseness caused by the damage of external force on welding terminal pins on the PCB 3 is prevented, the welding pins of the product can be effectively protected, the product is more reliable, and the quality is more stable.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the connector body 1 includes an insulating base 11, a first terminal 12, a second terminal 13, a metal hook 14, and middle portions of the first terminal 12 and the second terminal 13 stacked in the insulating base 11, one ends of the first terminal 12 and the second terminal 13 stacked outside the insulating base 11, one end of the metal hook 14 facing the insulating base 11 extends out of a first fixing pin 141 and a second fixing pin 142, two sides of the insulating base 11 are respectively provided with a first fixing groove 111 and a second fixing groove 112 matching the first fixing pin 141 and the second fixing pin 142, the first fixing pin 141 and the second fixing pin 142 are respectively connected to two sides of the insulating base 11, and the first fixing pin 141 and the second fixing pin 142 are respectively fixed in the first fixing groove 111 and the second fixing groove 112 for stably limiting the middle portions of the first terminal 12 and the second terminal 13 in the insulating base 11, the other end of the metal hook 14 extends out of a third fixing pin 143 and a fourth fixing pin 144, the third fixing pin 143 and the fourth fixing pin 144 respectively extend out of two sides of the insulating base 11, and one end of the first terminal 12 and one end of the second terminal 13 extend out of the insulating base 11 and are located between the third fixing pin 143 and the fourth fixing pin 144. In the present invention, the first terminals 12 and the second terminals 13 can be more stably fixed in the insulating housing 11 by providing the connector body 1, and the assembly can be prevented.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the connector body 1 further includes a first connecting elastic sheet 15 and a second connecting elastic sheet 16, the first connecting elastic sheet 15 and the second connecting elastic sheet 16 are respectively fixed on the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the insulating base 11, the first connecting elastic sheet 15 is located between the upper inner wall of the insulating base 11 and the first terminal 12, the second connecting elastic sheet 16 is located between the lower inner wall of the insulating base 11 and the second terminal 13, the first connecting elastic sheet 15 and the second connecting elastic sheet 16 are both provided with more than 2 bent buffer sheets 100, and the insulating base 11 is further provided with buffer slots 113 adapted to the buffer sheets 100 at positions corresponding to the buffer sheets 100 of the first connecting elastic sheet 15 and the second connecting elastic sheet 16. In the invention, when the insulating base 11 is inserted into an external site, the buffer sheet 100 is extruded out, so that the buffer sheet 100 extends to the position of the buffer groove 113, and meanwhile, the elastic sheet of the buffer sheet 100 can clamp and fix an external wire, thereby realizing stable transmission.
Referring to fig. 1, the connector main body 1 further includes a first terminal fixing seat 17 and a second terminal fixing seat 18, the first terminal 12 is fixed in the first terminal fixing seat 17 by integral injection molding, the second terminal 13 is fixed in the second terminal fixing seat 18 by integral injection molding, when the metal hook 14 is inserted into the insulating seat 11, the metal hook 14 is located between the first terminal fixing seat 17 and the second terminal fixing seat 18, a first connection post (not shown) is fixed on one surface of the first terminal fixing seat 17 facing the metal hook 14 by integral molding, a first connection slot 145 is provided at a position of the metal hook 14 relative to the first connection post (not shown), a second connection post 181 is fixed on one surface of the second terminal fixing seat 18 facing the metal hook 14 by integral molding, and a second connection slot 146 is provided at a position of the metal hook 14 relative to the second connection post 181. In the present invention, the terminal spring sheet type structure shown in fig. 1 is provided with the first terminal fixing seat 17 and the second terminal fixing seat 18, after the connector main body 1 is assembled, the first connection column (not shown) is fixed in the first connection groove 145, the second connection column 181 is fixed in the second connection groove 146, and through the arrangement of the first terminal fixing seat 17, the second terminal fixing seat 18 and the metal hook 14, the first terminal 12 and the second terminal 13 can be more stably fixed in the insulating seat 11, so that the structure of the connector is more stable; in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first terminal holder 17 and the second terminal holder 18 may not be provided, and the corresponding metal hooks 14 do not have the first connecting groove 145 and the second connecting groove 146, so that the embodiment is a terminal pin structure.
The invention also provides a production and assembly process of the type-c data line connector, which comprises the following steps:
step S1, mounting the connector body;
step S2, welding the PCB board and the connector body;
and step S3, inserting the connector main body welded with the PCB into the die-casting alloy shell.
According to the invention, the production process steps are simple to set, the plastic main body and the PCB are welded firstly, and finally the die-casting alloy shell is assembled, so that the die-casting alloy shell can be fully protected, the corrosion resistance of the type-c data wire connector is enhanced, and the overall structure is more harmonious and complete.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, in the invention, after the PCB is welded with the connector main body, when the PCB is inserted into the die-casting alloy shell, the welding point of the connector main body and the PCB is just positioned in the protection space, so that the stability of the product structure can be improved, the welding terminal pins on the PCB are prevented from being damaged by external force and separated from the PCB, the welding terminals of the product can be effectively protected, the product is more reliable, and the quality is more stable; and the steps of welding the plastic main body and the PCB and finally installing the die-casting alloy shell are adopted for assembly, so that the die-casting alloy shell can be fully protected, the corrosion resistance of the type-c data wire connector is enhanced, and the overall structure is more harmonious and complete.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (4)

1. A data line connector comprises a connector main body, a metal shell and a PCB, and is characterized in that the connector main body is inserted into the metal shell after being welded with the PCB, the metal shell is provided with a reinforced protection structure, the metal shell comprises a socket part and a connecting part, the connector main body welded with the PCB is inserted into the metal shell through the connecting part, the socket part is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting part in an integrated manner, the other end of the connecting part is fixedly connected with the reinforced protection structure in an integrated manner, a protection space is formed in the reinforced protection structure, and a welding point of the connector main body and the PCB is positioned in the protection space;
the reinforced protection structure is a fully-wrapped protection sleeve structure and is fixedly connected to the end part of the connecting part to form a fully-enclosed protection space, a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove are respectively and oppositely arranged at the left end and the right end of the inner side of the reinforced protection structure, and a protection clamping position is formed between the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove;
one end of the PCB connected with the connector main body is inserted into a protection clamping position in the protection space, and two sides of the PCB are respectively and fixedly inserted into the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove;
the end face of one end, far away from the connecting part, of the reinforced protection structure is of a runway-shaped structure, and the left end and the right end of the reinforced protection structure are both arc-shaped structures; the side surfaces of the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are in bracket-shaped structures, and the depths of the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are equal and are smaller than the thickness of the wall of the reinforced protection structure; the upper part of the reinforced protection structure is also provided with riveting points for stably connecting the PCB.

The data cable connector of claim 1, wherein the connector body includes an insulating base, a first terminal, a second terminal, a metal hook, and a middle portion of the first terminal and the second terminal is stacked in the insulating base, one end of the first terminal and one end of the second terminal are stacked and extend out of the insulating base, the metal hook extends out of a first fixing pin and a second fixing pin toward one end of the insulating base, two sides of the insulating base are respectively provided with a first fixing groove and a second fixing groove matched with the first fixing pin and the second fixing pin, the first fixing pin and the second fixing pin are respectively connected to two sides of the insulating base, the first fixing pin and the second fixing pin are respectively fixed in the first fixing groove and the second fixing groove for stably limiting the middle portions of the first terminal and the second terminal in the insulating base, and the other end of the metal hook extends out of a third fixing pin and a fourth fixing pin, the third fixing pin and the fourth fixing pin respectively extend out of two sides of the insulating seat, and one end of the first terminal and one end of the second terminal extend out of the insulating seat and then are located between the third fixing pin and the fourth fixing pin.

The data line connector of claim 2, characterized in that the connector body further comprises a first connection spring and a second connection spring, the first connection spring and the second connection spring are respectively fixed on the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the insulating base, the first connection spring is located between the upper inner wall of the insulating base and the first terminal, the second connection spring is located between the lower inner wall of the insulating base and the second terminal, the first connection spring and the second connection spring are both provided with more than 2 bent buffer pieces, and the insulating base is further provided with buffer slots matched with the buffer pieces at positions corresponding to the buffer pieces of the first connection spring and the second connection spring respectively.
