技术领域
本发明涉及货架取电技术领域,特别是一种嵌入式取电插头、取电托臂以及货架取电系统。
背景技术
货架的使用范围很广,如在商场,物流仓储,工厂仓库等等,都需要货架来放置正在售卖或没有马上使用的物品。这些货架在某些场合需要进行照明,特别是在商场中使用的货架,不仅需要照明,还对照明的要求特别高,如节约空间、组装方便、安全、美观等等。
现有技术中用于给设置在货架照射面的LED灯具供电的电源一般设置在货架的背光面,因而LED灯具需要通过穿设导线或者将导线从货架照射面绕线以到达货架的背光面而与电源连接。一方面,现有技术中的此种供电设置方式导致牵设导线不便、布线较多且杂乱而不利于检修及美观而影响商品照射效果。另一方面,由于要求货架具有较大的通用性而能够摆放不同种类的商品,因而需要设置在货架上以用于摆置商品的层板的安装位置能够相应变化,或者需要拆除或更换该层板。
为了解决上述问题,市面上也出现一些取电设备,方便LED灯的安装,但是在实际使用时,还是存在适应性不高的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种嵌入式取电插头、取电托臂以及货架取电系统,以解决上述技术问题。
一种嵌入式取电插头,包括相互连接的安装座与紧固件,所述安装座上设有相互电连接的取电触头组件、电路板和供电插接件,其特征在于,所述安装座上设有第一紧固面,所述紧固件设有与所述第一紧固面相对的第二紧固面,所述紧固件与所述安装座螺纹连接以调整所述第一紧固面和第二固紧面之间的距离。
优选的,所述安装座包括:
电路板安装槽,用于设置所述电路板,底面的外周向外延伸形成所述的第一紧固面,外侧面上设有外螺纹;
取电插板,与所述电路板安装槽的一侧固定连接,用于设置所述取电触头组件。
优选的,所述紧固件采用旋转盖,所述旋转盖的内侧面设有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹。
优选的,所述供电插接件为设置在所述电路板安装槽中位于所述电路板上方的插座。
优选的,所述旋转盖的中间设有避让所述插座的通过孔。
优选的,所述插座包括与所述电路板固定连接的插针以及固定在插针上方的外盖。
优选的,所述取电触头组件包括:
正、负导电片,设置在所述取电插板中,一端与所述电路板连接;
正、负取电触头,活动安装在所述取电插板中,与所述正、负导电片的另一端连接,自由端伸出所述取电插板。
优选的,所述正、负取电触头为杆状且两端为自由端并伸出所述取电插板,中部转动安装在所述正、负导电片上,以使各自两端中的一个自由端退入取电插板方向运动时另一个朝伸出取电插板方向运动。
一种取电托臂,包括设置在货架的立柱上的托臂本体以及至少一个设置在所述托臂本体上的嵌入式取电插头。
优选的,所述托臂本体包括两个上下布置的卡爪,两个卡爪之间开设有用于安装所述嵌入式取电插头的开口,所述取电插板位于两个卡爪之间。
一种货架取电系统,包括至少一个立柱,固定在所述每一个立柱中的供电条支撑架,设置在所述每一个供电条支撑架中的正、负供电条,至少一个设置在所述立柱上的托臂本体以及至少一个设置在所述托臂本体上的所述的嵌入式取电插头,所述嵌入式取电插头的取电触头组件与正、负供电条连接。
优选的,所述立柱上设有沿高度方排布的多个托臂安装孔,所述托臂本体包括两个上下布置且与所述托臂安装孔配合的卡爪,两个卡爪之间开设有用于安装所述嵌入式取电插头的开口,所述取电插板位于两个卡爪之间通过托臂安装孔使取电触头组件与正、负供电条连接。
优选的,所述供电条支撑架包括:
导电条设置板,宽度方向垂直所述托臂安装孔所在的平面,设有两条沿着宽度方向平行且间隔排布的导电条安装槽;
支撑型材,固定在所述导电条设置板且末端靠近所述立柱的内表面。
优选的,所述支撑型材包括间隔固定在所述导电条设置板上的限位板,所述导电条设置板和限位板之间形成对准托臂安装孔的卡槽,所述卡槽与取电插板配合。
优选的,所述立柱的一侧设有双排的托臂安装孔,所述导电条设置板的两侧都设有导电条安装槽且对应两排托臂安装孔分别设置一组正、负供电条。

本发明的嵌入式取电插头、取电托臂以及货架取电系统,通过改变连接方式,使供电插头适用于不同厚度的托臂,提高取电系统的安装灵活性和适用范围。

以下基于附图对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处对本发明实施例的说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
如图1~7所示,本实施例的嵌入式取电插头1000,包括相互连接的安装座100与紧固件200,所述安装座200上设有相互电连接的取电触头组件300、电路板400和供电插接件500,其特征在于,所述安装座100上设有第一紧固面101,所述紧固件200设有与所述第一紧固面101相对的第二紧固面201,所述紧固件200与所述安装座100螺纹连接以调整所述第一紧固面101和第二固紧面201之间的距离。
本实施例中,通过设置螺纹连接的紧固件200与安装座100,使嵌入式取电插头可以固定到厚度不同的托臂本体600上,提高适用范围,其中,取电触头组件300可以采用的形式很多,只要在嵌入式取电插头安装后实现与供电轨道的电连接即可,供电插接件500可以采用电线、插头或者插座等多种形式。为了方便使用,外观简洁,本实施例中的供电插接件500为设置在所述电路板安装槽102中位于所述电路板400上方的插座,插座包括与所述电路板固定连接的插针501以及固定在插针501上方的外盖502。需要供电时,插头800与插座连接。插头800直接连接用电器,例如LED灯具。
为了简化结构、便于安装,本实施例的安装座100包括电路板安装槽102和取电插板104。其中,电路板安装槽102用于设置所述电路板400,底面1021的外周向外延伸形成所述的第一紧固面101,外侧面1022上设有外螺纹103;取电插板104与所述电路板安装槽102的一侧固定连接,用于设置所述取电触头组件300。上述结构的安装座100中,将电路板安装槽102作为嵌入和固定部分,使结构更紧凑,取电插板104来设置取电触头组件300,更方便和立柱中的导电条配合。
为了便于制造和安装,紧固件200采用旋转盖,旋转盖的内侧面202设有与所述外螺纹103配合的内螺纹203。为了便于使用,旋转盖的中间设有避让所述插座的通过孔204。
取电触头组件300的结构可以采用现有技术,例如弹针式取电头等,为了提高取电稳定性,本实施例的取电触头组件300包括:正、负导电片301、302和正、负取电触头303、304。
取电供电都具有正、负两路,本申请中,结构基本相同,因此整合在一起描述。
正、负导电片301、302设置在所述取电插板104中,一端与所述电路板400连接;正、负取电触头303、304、活动安装在所述取电插板104中,与所述正、负导电片301、302的另一端连接,自由端伸出所述取电插板104。取电插板104上可以设置孔或者条形槽来供正、负取电触头303、304伸出和退回。
为了提高取电稳定性,本实施例中,正、负取电触头303、304为杆状且两端为自由端并伸出所述取电插板104,中部转动安装在所述正、负导电片301、302上,以使各自两端中的一个自由端退入取电插板104方向运动时另一个朝伸出取电插板104方向运动。
上述结构的取电触头组件300在使用时,正取电触头303的远端与正供电条702连接,近端抵顶在正供电条702所在的安装架上,一方面,杆状的结构本身具有一定的弹性,另一方面,两自由端的相互作用,可以保证远端具有良好的导电性。远端和近端分别是指相对电路板400的距离。
正、负取电触头303、304的两端均为圆环状,当然也可以是其他形状,如三角形,只要不阻碍插头的运动即可,只是圆环状便于加工成型且取电触头插入轨道时发生跷跷板运动。
本实施例的嵌入式取电插头1000可以集成到取电托臂中,包括设置在货架的立柱700上的托臂本体600以及至少一个设置在所述托臂本体600上的嵌入式取电插头1000。
当托臂本体600安装到立柱700上后,嵌入式取电插头1000也与供电条完成连接。
为了提高安装的稳定性,托臂本体600包括两个上下布置的卡爪601,两个卡爪601之间开设有用于安装所述嵌入式取电插头1000的开口602,所述取电插板104位于两个卡爪601之间。
安装时,电路板安装槽102嵌入开口602,第一紧固面101与开口602边缘抵顶,然后将旋转盖安装到电路板安装槽102上,锁紧后,使第一紧固面101和第二固紧面201夹紧托臂本体600,完成安装,取电插板104位于两个卡爪601之间。从而可以安装到不同厚度的托臂本体600上,提高适用范围。
本实施例的嵌入式取电插头1000还可以集成到货架取电系统,包括至少一个立柱700,固定在所述每一个立柱700中的供电条支撑架701,设置在所述每一个供电条支撑架701中的正、负供电条702、703,至少一个设置在所述立柱700上的托臂本体600以及至少一个设置在所述托臂本体600上的嵌入式取电插头1000,所述嵌入式取电插头1000的取电触头组件300与正、负供电条702、703连接。
立柱700上设有沿高度方排布的多个托臂安装孔704,所述托臂本体600包括两个上下布置且与所述托臂安装孔704配合的卡爪601,两个卡爪601之间开设有用于安装所述嵌入式取电插头1000的开口602,所述取电插板104位于两个卡爪601之间通过托臂安装孔704使取电触头组件300与正、负供电条702、703连接。
一般的,正、负供电条702、703沿着立柱700长度方向延伸且并排间隔布置,正、负供电条702、703距离托臂安装孔704有距离差,因此,正、负取电触头303、304也是前后布置,具体的,正、负导电片301、302相互平行且间隔布置,延伸方向垂直正、负供电条702、703,正、负导电片301、302的自由端距离电路板400有距离差,且正、负导电片301、302的自由端朝内弯折形成正、负安装轴3011、3021。
本实施例中,杆状的正、负取电触头303、304由金属杆弯曲成型,两自由端弯曲成圆形,中部缠绕在正、负安装轴3011、3021上,所述取电插板104由上盖1041和下盖1042扣合而成,其中,上盖1041和外盖502连接,下盖1042与电路板安装槽102连接,下盖1042上开设有供正、负取电触头303、304自由端伸出的进出孔3031、进出孔3032、进出孔3041和进出孔3042,为了避让正、负取电触头303、304中部的凸起,下盖1042上开设有安装孔3033和安装孔3043。同时,上盖1041设有对应的进出孔3034、进出孔3035、进出孔3044、进出孔3045、安装孔3036和安装孔3046。
本实施例中,供电条支撑架701包括:导电条设置板7011和支撑型材7013;导电条设置板7011宽度方向垂直所述托臂安装孔704所在的平面,设有两条沿着宽度方向平行且间隔排布的导电条安装槽7012;两条导电条安装槽7012分别用于安装正、负供电条702、703;支撑型材7013固定在所述导电条设置板7011且末端靠近所述立柱700的内表面。支撑型材7013的作用是避免供电条支撑架701在立柱700晃动,至少前后左右四个方向径向延伸至所述立柱700的内表面附近,整体上还是间隙配合。
为了进一步提高取电的可靠性,支撑型材7013包括间隔固定在所述导电条设置板7011上的限位板7014,所述导电条设置板7011和限位板7014之间形成对准托臂安装孔704的卡槽7015,所述卡槽7015与取电插板104配合。
为了取电插板104正反安装都可以使用,立柱700的一侧设有双排的托臂安装孔704,所述导电条设置板7011的两侧都设有导电条安装槽7012且对应两排托臂安装孔704分别设置一组正、负供电条702、703。

Claims (15)
1.一种嵌入式取电插头,包括相互连接的安装座(100)与紧固件(200),所述安装座(200)上设有相互电连接的取电触头组件(300)、电路板(400)和供电插接件(500),其特征在于,所述安装座(100)上设有第一紧固面(101),所述紧固件(200)设有与所述第一紧固面(101)相对的第二紧固面(201),所述紧固件(200)与所述安装座(100)螺纹连接以调整所述第一紧固面(101)和第二固紧面(201)之间的距离。
2.如权利要求1所述的嵌入式取电插头,其特征在于,所述安装座(100)包括:电路板安装槽(102),用于设置所述电路板(400),底面(1021)的外周向外延伸形成所述的第一紧固面(101),外侧面(1022)上设有外螺纹(103);
取电插板(104),与所述电路板安装槽(102)的一侧固定连接,用于设置所述取电触头组件(300)。
3.如权利要求2所述的嵌入式取电插头,其特征在于,所述紧固件(200)采用旋转盖,所述旋转盖的内侧面(202)设有与所述外螺纹(103)配合的内螺纹(203)。
4.如权利要求3所述的嵌入式取电插头,其特征在于,所述供电插接件(500)为设置在所述电路板安装槽(102)中位于所述电路板(400)上方的插座。
5.如权利要求4所述的嵌入式取电插头,其特征在于,所述旋转盖的中间设有避让所述插座的通过孔(204)。
6.如权利要求4所述的嵌入式取电插头,其特征在于,所述插座包括与所述电路板固定连接的插针(501)以及固定在插针(501)上方的外盖(502)。
7.如权利要求1~6任一权利要求所述的嵌入式取电插头,其特征在于,所述取电触头组件(300)包括:
正、负导电片(301、302),设置在所述取电插板(104)中,一端与所述电路板(400)连接;
正、负取电触头(303、304),活动安装在所述取电插板(104)中,与所述正、负导电片(301、302)的另一端连接,自由端伸出所述取电插板(104)。
8.如权利要求7所述的嵌入式取电插头,其特征在于,所述正、负取电触头(303、304)为杆状且两端为自由端并伸出所述取电插板(104),中部转动安装在所述正、负导电片(301、302)上,以使各自两端中的一个自由端退入取电插板(104)方向运动时另一个朝伸出取电插板(104)方向运动。
9.一种取电托臂,其特征在于,包括设置在货架的立柱(700)上的托臂本体(600)以及至少一个设置在所述托臂本体(600)上如权利要求1~8任一项所述的嵌入式取电插头(1000)。
10.如权利要求9所述的取电托臂,其特征在于,所述托臂本体(600)包括两个上下布置的卡爪(601),两个卡爪(601)之间开设有用于安装所述嵌入式取电插头(1000)的开口(602),所述取电插板(104)位于两个卡爪(601)之间。
11.一种货架取电系统,其特征在于,包括至少一个立柱(700),固定在所述每一个立柱(700)中的供电条支撑架(701),设置在所述每一个供电条支撑架(701)中的正、负供电条(702、703),至少一个设置在所述立柱(700)上的托臂本体(600)以及至少一个设置在所述托臂本体(600)上的如权利要求1~8任一项所述的嵌入式取电插头(1000),所述嵌入式取电插头(1000)的取电触头组件(300)与正、负供电条(702、703)连接。
12.如权利要求11所述的货架取电系统,其特征在于,所述立柱(700)上设有沿高度方排布的多个托臂安装孔(704),所述托臂本体(600)包括两个上下布置且与所述托臂安装孔(704)配合的卡爪(601),两个卡爪(601)之间开设有用于安装所述嵌入式取电插头(1000)的开口(602),所述取电插板(104)位于两个卡爪(601)之间通过托臂安装孔(704)使取电触头组件(300)与正、负供电条(702、703)连接。
13.如权利要求11所述的货架取电系统,其特征在于,所述供电条支撑架(701)包括:
导电条设置板(7011),宽度方向垂直所述托臂安装孔(704)所在的平面,设有两条沿着宽度方向平行且间隔排布的导电条安装槽(7012);
支撑型材(7013),固定在所述导电条设置板(7011)且末端靠近所述立柱(700)的内表面。
14.如权利要求13所述的货架取电系统,其特征在于,所述支撑型材(7013)包括间隔固定在所述导电条设置板(7011)上的限位板(7014),所述导电条设置板(7011)和限位板(7014)之间形成对准托臂安装孔(704)的卡槽(7015),所述卡槽(7015)与取电插板(104)配合。
15.如权利要求13所述的货架取电系统,其特征在于,所述立柱(700)的一侧设有双排的托臂安装孔(704),所述导电条设置板(7011)的两侧都设有导电条安装槽(7012)且对应两排托臂安装孔(704)分别设置一组正、负供电条(702、703)。
