When the server receives a first response command sent by the vending machine within a first preset time from the moment of sending the configuration file to the vending machine, judging that the vending machine receives the configuration file; when the server does not receive a first response command sent by the vending machine within a first preset time from the moment of sending the configuration file to the vending machine, judging that the vending machine does not receive the configuration file;
