S2-3, training on-line courses of service personnel: after-sales service personnel match the courses preset in the S2-1 for online learning according to the qualification applied in the S1, and after all the courses are learned within the specified time, the after-sales service personnel are allowed to enter an S2-4 online theoretical assessment link;
S2-4, service personnel online theoretical assessment: after the on-line course learning is finished, randomly distributing an examination paper according to the corresponding qualification, completing answering by service personnel on line within a specified time, submitting the examination paper, and calculating the score of a theoretical examination by an S2 qualification skill training and examination authentication module according to the question stem and answer of the examination paper configured in S2-1 and the score set in S2-2;
s2-5, uploading a real operation video by service personnel: the service personnel need to record the practice video offline according to the qualification applied in the S1 and upload the practice video to an S2 qualification skill training, examination and certification module;
S2-6, auditing actual operation results: the service manager checks and audits the practice video of the service personnel and gives a practice score;
s2-7, calculating theory and practical performance assessment final results: calculating the final qualification certification assessment score of the service personnel according to the value ratio of theoretical assessment to actual assessment, the S2-4 theoretical examination score and the S2-5 actual assessment score configured by the S2-2;
s2-8, successfully authenticating the qualification skill, and generating an electronic skill qualification certificate: the qualification certification assessment score of S2-7 is matched with the examination passing standard set in S2-2, the assessment is failed, the supplementary examination can be performed within the allowed supplementary examination times, if the assessment is passed, the qualification skill certification is successful, the system generates an electronic skill qualification certificate of the after-sales service personnel, and the certificate comprises: personnel information, qualification skill information passing the authentication, a valid period and authentication result data are synchronized to an S4 qualification certificate management module.
as shown in fig. 8, S3: and the special operation certificate identification and verification module is used for identifying the authenticity of the special operation certificate uploaded in the S1.
s3-1, sending OCR by the certificate photo: sending the hundred-degree OCR and simultaneously sending an identification request to the certificate photo uploaded in the S1-4;
S3-2, OCR identifies and feeds back characters and pictures: recognizing characters in the certificate picture by using the Baidu OCR, feeding back the recognition result, wherein the recognition result comprises a certificate number, a name, a job category, an operation item, a valid period and a photo, matching whether the recognition result is consistent with the identity information and the certificate type in the service staff S1 or not, and if not, turning to S3-4 for manual checking;
s3-3, inquiring the certificate condition by the safety supervision network: capturing authentication information from a security monitoring network according to the name and the identity card number of the service personnel S1-2 and the certificate type of the service personnel S1-4, wherein the certificate information comprises the name, the operation type, the operation item and the validity period, comparing the captured certificate information with the OCR recognition result in S3-2, and if the captured certificate information is inconsistent with the OCR recognition result in S3-4, performing an artificial auditing link;
S3-4, verifying the authenticity of the certificate by people: and for the condition that the OCR acquisition result is inconsistent with the identity information or the security surveillance network capturing result is inconsistent with the OCR recognition result, a service manager needs to manually verify the authenticity of the certificate.
s3-5, passing the special operation certificate authentication: if the identity information in the S1 is consistent with the S3-2OCR recognition result and the S3-3 security supervision network certificate grabbing result, or the S3-4 manual certificate verification passes, the special job operation certificate passes the authentication, and the certificate authentication result data is synchronized to the S4 qualification certificate management module.

S4-2, managing the qualification certificate validity period, managing the qualification of service personnel and the certificate validity period, automatically triggering training courses and examinations of corresponding qualification to the service personnel for the forthcoming qualification, and automatically continuing the qualification validity period after the service personnel passes the examination and the certification; for the temporary certificate, automatically triggering PUSH or short message to the service personnel, uploading the renewed special operation certificate again, and carrying out the identification of the S3 special operation certificate and the authentication of the verification module again, wherein after the authentication is passed, the validity period of the certificate is automatically renewed; for those whose expiration has not been authenticated, the qualifications or certificates of the service personnel are automatically frozen.

5. The method for managing the qualification certificate is provided for the manager, the synchronous qualification data is uniformly stored and the state is inquired, and the authentication condition of each worker is conveniently tracked;
6. and carrying out validity period management on the qualification and the certificate of the staff, tracking the validity period in time, carrying out early warning reminding on the temporary data, pushing corresponding duration operation, and continuously carrying out tracking management on the qualification of the staff, thereby improving the efficiency of qualification certification management.
