Technical Field
The invention relates to monitoring of turbine lubricating oil, in particular to an online monitoring system for the quality of the lubricating oil in a turbine.
Background
The lubricating oil flows through the turbine equipment and flows through the moving central parts, the lubricating oil is degraded and aged continuously, and simultaneously, abrasion particles, scraps, leakage substances and the like of all the parts are carried, so that relevant information about the oil and the mechanical state of the turbine equipment can be obtained from the using state or the quality of the lubricating oil, and the relevant information can be reflected in various index changes of the oil as long as the equipment has serious abnormal conditions. Therefore, the lubricating oil needs to be periodically tested and analyzed according to the requirements of the chemical supervision and management standard and the implementation rules of the chemical supervision technology.
At present, the lubricating oil of the steam turbine is mainly subjected to oil quality supervision in a laboratory manual regular off-line testing mode, the items such as moisture, granularity, acid value and the like are regularly detected, and the degradation of the lubricating oil and the abnormal operation of equipment are timely discovered. However, the internationally specified oil quality detection period is long, the detection period of the water content, the granularity and the acid value is three months, the detection in the last quarter is generally qualified, the detection in the next quarter exceeds the standard, the time sequence for finding the standard exceeding of the oil product is relatively late, and when the oil liquid is detected to be abnormal, the standard exceeding is probably actually carried out for a long time, so that the loss of the steam turbine is already formed. Moreover, for the detection of the granularity, errors are superimposed due to particles existing in laboratory air, a sampling bottle in the sampling process, air, sampling operation and ultrasonic oscillation. Therefore, improvements are needed in the detection of oil quality in a turbine.
