Detailed Description
in fig. 1, a person 1 sits on a toilet seat 2. The toilet 2 comprises at least one intelligent washing module, the intelligent washing module comprises at least one washing execution module 30, the washing execution module comprises a water pump, a washing nozzle, a servo mechanism and the like, the washing nozzle can move and rotate in the three-dimensional direction in the space under the driving of the servo mechanism, and water can be sprayed to wash a human body. The intelligent flushing module comprises at least one control module 20, the control module 20 comprises at least one measuring module, at least one human body part identification module 22 and at least one flushing control module 21. The measurement module includes at least one measurement control module 23 and at least one measurement execution module. The measurement execution module includes at least one camera 40, and well-known servo mechanisms and circuits. The camera can be arranged inside the toilet bowl, under/side under/behind the seat ring. When a person sits on the seat ring, the camera can be positioned at the rear lower part and/or the side lower part and/or the front lower part and/or the lower part of the human body, and the camera can shoot images of the body surface of the human body inside the seat ring. The camera can capture infrared and/or visible and/or ultraviolet light images. The measurement control module 23 can control the opening, folding, retracting, and extending of the camera. And determining a certain point of the toilet seat as a coordinate origin, preferably, the intersection point of the plane of the upper surface of the toilet seat and the plane of the vertical center line of the toilet seat and the vertical plane of the rear edge of the toilet seat is the coordinate origin. When the space position of the human body part needs to be determined, the position of the camera is kept fixed, and the human body image is shot at the fixed position. In the process of determining the spatial position of the human body part, the camera is fixed and does not move, the camera only needs to shoot a picture, and the spatial position and the range of each part and each part of the human body can be identified from the picture. The measurement control module can obtain the coordinates of the central point of the imaging plane of the camera and the coordinates of each pixel point of the imaging plane. When a person sits on the seat, the entire body surface is approximately considered to lie in the plane of the seat. The upper surface or the lower surface or the adjacent plane of the seat ring can be taken as the plane of the human body surface. Therefore, the pixel points on the imaging plane of the camera can be in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the human body surface. After the camera shoots the surface image of the human body, the human body part recognition module can recognize each human body part and determine the corresponding pixel position of each human body part in the camera imaging plane. According to the pixel positions, the space coordinates of the human body part in the plane of the human body surface can be determined. The measurement control module can obtain the coordinate of the human body part relative to the origin of coordinates, the coordinate can be transmitted to the washing control module, and the washing control module can control the washing nozzle to move according to the coordinate, so that water flow washes the coordinate of the human body part.
in order to determine the corresponding relationship between each pixel on the imaging plane of the camera and the actual position in space, the camera can be calibrated by using a chessboard diagram or other patterns. The chessboard pattern is flatly placed on the toilet seat ring or a plane parallel to the upper surface of the seat ring, and the position relationship between the origin of the chessboard pattern and the origin of the toilet seat is determined. The camera shoots the picture of the chessboard pattern, and then the image shot by the camera and the plane of the actual chessboard pattern are mapped and corrected by utilizing a known algorithm to obtain a correction conversion relation. The measurement control module stores the calibration conversion relation. After the camera shoots an image, the corresponding relation between the image and the actual space position can be obtained by utilizing the correction conversion relation, and the corresponding relation between each pixel on the imaging plane of the camera and each point of the actual chessboard pattern can be obtained. Because the relation between each point of the plane where the chessboard pattern is located and the origin of the coordinate of the toilet seat is known, the corresponding relation between each pixel point on the imaging plane of the camera and each point in the space can be obtained, and the space coordinate of the plane where the chessboard pattern corresponding to each pixel on the imaging plane is located can be obtained. I.e. the coordinates of the spatial position to which each pixel corresponds are known. The camera position needs to be recalibrated after being changed.
The image shot by the camera can be corrected by utilizing the identification point, the correction can be real-time, and the calibration of the camera by a chessboard diagram is not needed. Because the camera pole of installation camera need be packed up and expand, long-time back because the existence of mechanical wear, the camera position of camera pole expansion back camera can change, causes the location inaccurate. This problem does not exist when the image is corrected using the identification points. At least three identification points are arranged at positions on the toilet seat ring which can be shot by the camera, and preferably four identification points are symmetrically arranged on the left and right of the lower edge of the inner side of the side edge of the seat ring along the front and rear center lines of the toilet. The marking points can be plane points of a different color than the raceway, or can be solid, such as spherical bumps. And measuring the spatial position and the coordinate of each identification point in advance, and calculating the distance between different identification points. The different identification points can be different colors or shapes, so that the different identification points can be recognized in the captured image according to color and/or shape. The camera can shoot the images of the identification points and the human body surface at the same time. Because of the relationship of the view angle, the human body and the identification point in the image can be distorted and distorted. The distorted image can be corrected and restored by utilizing a known method of computer graphics, and a corresponding mapping relation can be established between the distorted identification points in the image and the positions of the distorted identification points in the original space. And further obtaining the one-to-one correspondence relationship between the pixels in the polygonal area surrounded by the identification points in the image and the positions of the polygonal area surrounded by the identification points in the space. According to the corresponding relation, the distorted image can be corrected into an actual image of the plane where the identification point is located. The corrected image is transmitted to a human body part identification module, the positions and the ranges of all parts of the human body are identified, the positions of the pixels of all the parts of the human body in the image are determined, and then the relative positions of the parts of the human body in the space are calculated according to the positions of the pixels. The spatial position of the identification point relative to the origin of coordinates of the toilet seat is known, so that the position of each part of the human body relative to the origin of coordinates can be obtained. Because the image is two-dimensional, the coordinate of the calculated space position of the human body part in the vertical direction is uncertain, and the coordinate of the plane where the upper surface of the toilet seat is located or the coordinate of the plane where the identification point is located can be taken as the coordinate of the human body part in the vertical direction.
the human body image or/and corrected image captured by the camera is transmitted to the human body part recognition module 22, which can recognize specific human body parts including anus, external genitalia, urethra, vulva, etc. according to the image, and determine the pixel positions and ranges corresponding to these parts. The three-dimensional spatial position information of the human body part is transmitted to the washing control module 21, and the washing control module can control the washing execution module to move according to the spatial position and the range of the part to be washed, so that the spatial position of the washing nozzle is changed, and the water flow sprayed by the nozzle can correctly wash the part to be washed of the human body. The flushing control module can determine the position of the spray head relative to the coordinate origin of the toilet, can determine the position of each point and the coordinate origin on the sprayed water flow track, and can determine where the spray head moves to just enable the water flow to flush the target human body part.
The human body part identification module can judge the sex of the person according to the identified human body part and can judge the approximate age of the person according to the characteristics and the size of the human body part. The irrigation control module can select an irrigation scheme according to the gender and age of the person. The rinse protocol includes at least one adult female rinse protocol, at least one girl rinse protocol, and at least one male rinse protocol. The flushing rod is positioned at the front lower part of the human body after extending out, the spray holes are positioned at one end of the flushing rod, and water flow is sprayed out from the spray holes. The water flow direction is from the X-axis square to the negative direction, namely when a person sits on the toilet, the water flow washes from the front part of the human body to the back part of the human body. The flushing direction can prevent the excrement from being flushed to the front part of the human body, and is more sanitary and safer for women. In the extended state, the flush rod is able to move in the direction of axis X, Y, Z.
the preferred intelligent toilet includes at least two flush rods. The first flushing rod is positioned at the rear part of the intelligent closestool and is used by men. The second flushing rod is arranged below the side edge of the seat ring/below the front edge of the seat ring, after the second flushing rod extends out, the spray holes are positioned at the front lower part of the human body, and flushing water flows from the front part of the human body to the back part of the human body for women to use. The second washing rod can move in a three-dimensional space to finish the operation of washing the woman and the hip. The control panel of the intelligent toilet is at least provided with male hip washing, female hip washing and female washing modes.
Fig. 9 is a top view of the race of fig. 8. A flush chamber 32 is located below the side of the seat ring and a flush rod 31 extends from the flush chamber. The extended flushing rod is positioned at the front end of the toilet and at the front lower part of the human body. The direction of the water flow sprayed out from the spray holes is from the front part to the back part of the human body, namely the negative direction of the X axis.
In fig. 10, at least one shutter 55 is arranged at the rear of the race 51, the shutter 55 being mounted on a bracket 56 so as to be rotatable about the bracket. When not in use, the upper part of the baffle is inclined backwards, thus not influencing the sitting of people. The bracket 56 includes at least one servo mechanism that can rotate the flapper about the bracket.
in fig. 11, in the use state, when the human body is washed, the upper portion of the barrier 55 is inclined forward, the upper edge is close to the human body, and the lower portion of the barrier is inclined rearward. Thus, when the water flow washes from front to back, the water flow or splashed water drops can be stopped by the baffle plate and do not splash out of the seat ring. The baffle can stretch out and draw back, and the length of baffle can be according to the angle modulation of slope. A distance sensor is arranged on the flap, which distance sensor is capable of measuring the distance of the upper part of the flap, in particular the edge, from the body, preferably at the upper edge. The servo mechanism can control the upper edge of the baffle to keep a distance of more than 0.5 cm from the human body according to the measurement result of the distance sensor, so that the baffle is prevented from contacting the human body.
fig. 12 is a plan view of the shutter in a use state. The front edge of the baffle is inclined forwards and the rear edge is inclined backwards and is positioned below the rear part of the seat ring, so that water splashed on the baffle can flow back to the toilet along the baffle. The front edge of baffle is the curve shape to can laminate human surface better. The baffle can be in the shape of a spatial curved surface, preferably with the middle of the baffle projecting rearwardly to further prevent water splash.
In fig. 13, a toilet seat 51 and a fixing portion 50 are disposed on the bowl 3. The rear edge of the seat 51, i.e. the edge of the seat at the rear hip of the person, has a ridge 53. The upper edge of the ridge 53 is raised above the plane of the side edge of the seat 51, preferably by at least 5 cm. The lower edge of the ridge is below the plane of the side edges of the seat ring 51, preferably at least 5 cm below. The lower edge of the bulge is located below the seat mounting plane of the bowl 3, i.e. the lower edge of the bulge extends into the bowl. The raised portion can function to shield the splashed water. At least one flush head 54 is disposed on the side of the bulge near the person's body near the upper edge. The opening direction of the spray hole on the spray head is towards the surface of the bulge part. The flush nozzle may be a protrusion protruding from an inner side surface of the raised portion, and the nozzle hole is disposed at a lower portion of a side surface of the protrusion. The sprayed water flow can wash the surface of the side, close to the human body, of the bulge part.
figure 14 is a front view of the toilet of figure 13. The seat 51 and the fixing portion 50 are disposed on the tub 3. The raised portion 53 is located at the rear of the seat, forward of the stationary portion. The lower edge of the bulge part is lower than the plane of the barrel body contacted with the side edge of the seat ring and higher than the position of the flushing rod/the camera shooting rod extending from the fixing part. The upper edge of the raised portion is at least 10 cm above the plane of the side and front edges of the seat. A flush head 54 is disposed adjacent the upper edge of the bulge. The raised portion can be made of and/or surface coated with a flexible material.
The seat ring can also adopt a structure without a rear edge, namely, the seat ring only has a front edge and a side edge and is in a C-shaped structure. The front part of the fixing part is provided with a bulge part near the human body, which can shield the splash of the washing nozzle. At least one flushing nozzle is arranged at the upper edge/upper part of the bulge, enabling the surface of the bulge to be cleaned. The flush head can be telescopic, and when the surface of the raised part is not cleaned, the flush head retracts into the raised part/fixed part; when cleaning, the flushing nozzle can stretch out and spray water to clean the surface of the bulge. .
