1. An animal waste collection device comprising:
the waste bag storage part comprises a first side wall, a second side wall and a first enclosing wall, wherein the first side wall and the second side wall are respectively arranged on two end faces of the first enclosing wall, and a first cavity for containing a waste bag is formed by the first side wall, the second side wall and the first enclosing wall;
The excrement collecting part comprises a handheld part and a plurality of openable cover claws, the plurality of cover claws can be mutually attracted to form a second cavity, the excrement collecting part is made of elastic rubber materials, the plurality of cover claws are arranged at the same end of the handheld part, and when the handheld part controls the plurality of cover claws to be opened or closed, the stress direction of the handheld part is approximately vertical to the opening and closing direction of the cover claws;
The waste bag storage part and the excrement collecting part are communicated with each other to form a channel, and the channel is used for enabling a waste bag contained in the first cavity to enter the second cavity.
2. An animal waste collection device according to claim 1, wherein said first enclosing wall is provided with an opening through which a roll of waste bags may be placed into said first cavity.
3. The animal waste collection device of claim 1, wherein the end of the first cavity defines a side opening, the first side wall being removably connected to the side opening to close the first cavity, a roll of waste bags being positionable through the side opening into the first cavity.
4. An animal waste collection device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first and second side walls are each provided with a boss for engagement with the core of a roll of waste bags.
5. an animal litter collection device according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein said waste bag storage portion is made of an elastic rubber material.
6. The animal waste collection device of claim 1, wherein said waste collection portion is a hollow sphere, said second cavity is an internal cavity of said hollow sphere, said handle portion is an upper hemisphere of said hollow sphere, and said plurality of claws are engaged with each other to form a lower hemisphere.
7. The animal waste collection device of claim 6, wherein there are two of said cover jaws, said two cover jaws being symmetrical and opposing each other.
8. the animal waste collection device of claim 7, wherein one of the end surfaces of the two housing jaws engage each other and the other end surface of the two housing jaws are spaced apart to form a gap.
9. The animal excrement collecting device of any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein a recess is formed in an end surface of each of said cover jaws, a magnetic member is embedded in each of said recesses, and the end surfaces of a plurality of said cover jaws are attracted to each other by said magnetic member.
10. An animal waste collection device according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the inner surface of the hollow sphere is provided with a plurality of ribs facing away from the outer surface of the hollow sphere and/or the outer surface of the hollow sphere is provided with a plurality of protrusions facing away from the second cavity.
11. The animal waste collection device of claim 10, wherein a plurality of said cover jaws have end surfaces that engage each other to form an engagement line, and at least one of said ribs or said protrusions intersects said engagement line.
12. The animal waste collection device of any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the hollow sphere is provided with a plurality of first through holes.
13. The animal waste collection device of any one of claims 1, 6, 7, and 8, wherein a connection hole is provided on the handle, and the animal waste collection device further comprises a hook, wherein the hook is connected with the handle through the connection hole.

An animal waste collection device according to any one of claims 1, 6, 7 or 8 wherein a second aperture is provided in the handle portion, a third aperture is provided in the first wall, and the waste bag storage portion includes a second wall extending from the edge of the third aperture in a direction away from the first wall, the second wall engaging with the second aperture.
15. The animal waste collection device of claim 14, wherein the second wall has a protrusion extending away from the second wall, and the wall of the second through hole has a groove engaging with the protrusion.
