Abstract
本发明是一种适用于铝合金表面钝化的钝化液,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%四水合乙酸钴,10~35%六氟硅酸钾,1~10%六氟锆酸钾,0~3%硅烷偶联剂,0~2.5%氟化钠,5~20%环己六醇磷酸酯,10~20%去离子水,30~60%催化剂,通过本方法制备的产品,原材料来源广泛,成本较低,其在使用过程中,槽液稳定、不易出现沉渣,组分安全环保,不影响铝合金金属制品后期的各种再加工性能,适用于对铝合金金属制品表面的处理,方便实用,适宜推广应用。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种适用于铝合金表面钝化的钝化液。
背景技术
铝合金是工业中应用最广泛的一类有色金属结构材料,在航空、航天、汽车、机械制造、船舶及化学工业中已大量应用,铝合金的表面的钝化处理是铝合金表面处理领域里的主要组成部分,铝合金表面的钝化处理也可以称作对其表面进行防腐蚀处理,现有的技术中,铝合金的表面钝化材料大多具有极强的毒性,会对人体造成一定程度的危害,甚至威胁生命安全。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种适用于铝合金表面钝化的钝化液,原材料来源广泛,成本较低,其在使用过程中,槽液稳定、不易出现沉渣,组分安全环保,不影响铝合金金属制品后期的各种再加工性能,适用于对铝合金金属制品表面的处理,方便实用,适宜推广应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种适用于铝合金表面钝化的钝化液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%四水合乙酸钴,10~35%六氟硅酸钾,1~10%六氟锆酸钾,0~3%硅烷偶联剂,0~2.5%氟化钠,5~20%环己六醇磷酸酯,10~20%去离子水,30~60%催化剂。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,原材料来源广泛,成本较低,其在使用过程中,槽液稳定、不易出现沉渣,组分安全环保,不影响铝合金金属制品后期的各种再加工性能,适用于对铝合金金属制品表面的处理,方便实用,适宜推广应用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种适用于铝合金表面钝化的钝化液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%四水合乙酸钴,10%六氟硅酸钾,1%六氟锆酸钾,1%硅烷偶联剂,1%氟化钠,5%环己六醇磷酸酯,10%去离子水,30%催化剂,此时槽液不够稳定,可能会出现沉渣。
实施例2
一种适用于铝合金表面钝化的钝化液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%四水合乙酸钴,35%六氟硅酸钾,10%六氟锆酸钾,3%硅烷偶联剂,2.5%氟化钠,20%环己六醇磷酸酯,20%去离子水,60%催化剂,此时组分环保性不足,且成本较高,性价比不高。
实施例3
一种适用于铝合金表面钝化的钝化液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%四水合乙酸钴,23%六氟硅酸钾,5%六氟锆酸钾, 1.5%硅烷偶联剂,1.25%氟化钠,13%环己六醇磷酸酯,15%去离子水,45%催化剂,此时槽液稳定、不易出现沉渣,组分安全环保,不影响铝合金金属制品后期的各种再加工性能,适用于对铝合金金属制品表面的处理。

1.一种适用于铝合金表面钝化的钝化液,包含添加剂和载体,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%四水合乙酸钴,10~35%六氟硅酸钾,1~10%六氟锆酸钾,0~3%硅烷偶联剂,0~2.5%氟化钠,5~20%环己六醇磷酸酯,10~20%去离子水,30~60%催化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于铝合金表面钝化的钝化液,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%四水合乙酸钴,10%六氟硅酸钾,1%六氟锆酸钾,1%硅烷偶联剂,1%氟化钠,5%环己六醇磷酸酯,10%去离子水,30%催化剂。
