Abstract

本发明涉及燃料,具体地说是一种合成液体燃料,现有的燃料是天然石油裂解的废料,本发明是人工合成液体燃料,由甲醇、二茂铁CHF、高铬酸钾、二甲苯和石油醚五种化学原料组成,制备方法详见说明书,本发明优点是原料来源丰富,成本低、合成不复杂,使用方便,增加燃料品种,弥补天然产品的供应紧缺,该燃料适用于工业和民用。

Description

合成液体燃料
本发明涉及燃料类,更确切地说是涉及一种新型液体燃料。
燃料品种有气态、液态和固态三种,其中液态燃料均为天然石油裂解的付产品,成分复杂、价格高,到目前为止,市场上仍没有由人工合成的液体燃料。
本发明目的是提供成分简单、价格低的一种人工合成液体燃料。
本发明的技术方案是:甲醇100000份中,含由下述重量比的原料所组成:
CHF           20份
高铬酸钾      25份
二甲苯        60份
石油醚        60份
本发明的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)把主料甲醇加入反应容器,开始搅拌,同时加入CHF,继续搅拌2分钟;
(2)加入高铬酸钾,搅拌2分钟后静止3分钟;
(3)加入二甲苯,同时开始搅拌,1分钟后,加入石油醚,即可罐装入瓶。
本发明的原料及作用:
1、甲醇,又名工业酒精 分子式CH3OH,有毒,罐封保存,该该物质充分燃烧时是兰色火焰,热值较高,挥发性强。
2、CHF 分子式(C5H5)2Fe、米黄色粉状,用棕色玻璃容器盛装,易溶于醚类,一种火箭用添加剂,在整个反应中,主要起消烟、助燃提高热值的作用。
3、高铬酸钾 分子式KCrO4,强氧化剂。
4、二甲苯 分子式C8H16,为对二甲苯和邻二甲苯,可以提高添加剂与添加剂之间的反应速度,缩短反应时间。
5、石油醚,极易挥发,与人体接触,使人体产生凉感,主要用于溶解二茂铁,增加反应速度。
本发明的优点是人工合成时不复杂,原料来源丰富,成本低,使用方便,增加燃料品种,以弥补天然燃料供应紧缺。
下面就一个实施例,对本发明作详细说明:
实施例1
在反应釜中,加入甲醇100公斤,开始搅拌,同时加入CHF20克,继续搅拌2分钟,加入高铬酸钾25克,搅拌2分钟后,静止3分钟,加入二甲苯60克,同时开始搅拌,1分钟后加入石油醚60克,即可罐装入钢瓶,该钢瓶必须能够承受3个大气压。
合成液体燃料符合表1规定的指标:

1)密度也可用GB/T 12576方法计算,但仲裁按SH/T 0221测定。2)蒸气压也可用GB/T 12576方法计算,但仲裁按GB/T 6602测定。3)按SY/T 7509方法所述,每次以0.1ml的增量将0.3ml溶剂残留物混合物滴到滤纸上,2min后在日光下观察,无持久不退的油环为通过。4)在测定密度的同时用目测法测定试样是否存在游离水。
为确保合成液体燃料,要求具有特殊臭味,必要时加入硫醇、硫醚等硫化物配制的加臭剂,加入量不得超过0.001%(m/m)。
该合成液体燃料适用于工业和民用。

Claims (2)

1、一种合成液体燃料,其特征在于:甲醇100000份中,含由下述重量比的原料所组成:
CHF             20份
高铬酸钾         25份
二甲苯           60份
石油醚           60份
2、一种权利要求1所述的合成液体燃料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)把主料甲醇加入反应容器,开始搅拌,同时加入CHF,继续搅拌2分钟;
(2)加入高铬酸钾,搅拌2分钟后静止3分钟;
(3)加入二甲苯,同时开始搅拌,1分钟后,加入石油醚,即可罐装入瓶。
