The ITER first-wall narrow-distance linear array pipe cutting tool comprises a semicircular bearing frame, a positioning bearing, a semicircular tool rest, a cutting knife, a hinge pin shaft, a screw and a stress application hole; the positioning bearing is placed on a processing groove on the semicircular bearing frame, the cutting knife is placed on the processing groove on the semicircular knife rest, the positioning bearing and the cutting knife can be in externally tangent contact with the cooling pipe before cutting, and the positioning bearing and the cutting knife freely rotate along with the self-assembly shaft; the semicircular bearing frame and the semicircular tool rest are locked by the screw and are connected into a concentric ring through the hinge pin shaft; stress application holes capable of being inserted with stress application rods are formed in the semicircular bearing frame and the semicircular tool rest. The invention designs a locating bearing on a semicircular bearing frame, designs a cutting knife on a semicircular knife rest, connects the semicircular bearing frame and the semicircular knife rest into a concentric ring by a pin shaft through a hinge, and enables the locating bearing and the cutting knife to be in circumscribed contact with a pipe; the cutting of the cooling pipe can be completed in a narrow space, and the welding repair engineering manufacturing of the cooling pipe of the ITER first wall component is realized.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of machinery, and relates to a narrow-distance array tube cutting tool, in particular to a narrow-distance array tube cutting tool when fingers and a center beam of a first wall of an international thermonuclear fusion experimental reactor (ITER for short) are welded, assembled and repaired.
background
The ITER project, commonly known as "artificial sun", is the first international controlled nuclear fusion tokamak experimental facility constructed by the seven parties co-investing in china, the european union, india, japan, korea, russia and the usa. An ITER plan is implemented to research the feasibility of the application of the controllable nuclear fusion technical engineering, and a new way is opened for providing infinite, clean and safe new energy for human beings.
The first wall component in the international thermonuclear fusion experimental reactor will bear high thermal load and strong neutron wall load from fusion combustion plasma, and the average neutron load is 0.5MW. m-2. Currently, in the design of an ITER shielding cladding, a first wall mainly comprises beryllium, CuCrZr alloy and structural material stainless steel, and plays a role in shielding high thermal load, and the highest thermal load reaches 4.7MW.m < -2 >. The first wall is more demanding to manufacture because it operates at higher temperatures and thermal stress pulse fatigue.
After the cooling pipes of the fingers and the central beam in the first wall part are welded and assembled in sequence, the whole part is subjected to vacuum helium leak detection, and due to high welding and manufacturing requirements, quality problems such as unqualified vacuum helium leak detection and the like possibly exist, the welding part of the cooling pipe needs to be cut off, the end face is machined, and welding and leak detection are carried out again. Because the cooling pipes are arranged in a narrow-distance linear mode, the pipe distance is only 50mm, the pipe length is 40mm, the cooling pipes which are unqualified in helium leakage detection are only cut in the repairing process, and the rest cooling pipes which are qualified in welding are still connected into a whole. The first wall part is complex in structure and relates to special material parts such as beryllium, and the cooling pipe to be repaired cannot be machined and cut on the whole by a machine tool; and no special pipe cutting machine or pipe cutting tool with limited space can be purchased in the market.

The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides a narrow-distance linear arrangement pipe cutting tool for repairing an ITER first wall member cooling pipe, which can cut the cooling pipe in a narrow space and realize feasibility of repairing engineering and manufacturing the ITER first wall member cooling pipe.
The ITER first-wall narrow-distance linear array tube cutting tool comprises a semicircular bearing frame 1, a positioning bearing 2, a semicircular tool rest 3, a cutting knife 4, a hinge pin shaft 5, a screw 6 and a stress application hole 7; the positioning bearing 2 is placed on a processing groove on the semicircular bearing frame 1, the cutting knife 4 is placed on a processing groove on the semicircular knife rest 3, the positioning bearing 2 and the cutting knife 4 can be in externally tangent contact with the cooling pipe 8 before cutting, and the positioning bearing 2 and the cutting knife 4 freely rotate along with the self-assembly shaft; the screw 6 locks the semicircular bearing frame 1 and the semicircular tool rest 3, and the semicircular bearing frame and the semicircular tool rest are hinged into a concentric ring through a hinge pin shaft 5; and stress application holes 7 capable of being inserted into stress application rods are formed in the semicircular bearing frame 1 and the semicircular tool rest 3.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the TER first-wall narrow-distance linear array tube cutting tool comprises a semicircular bearing frame 1, a positioning bearing 2, a semicircular tool rest 3, a cutting knife 4, a hinge pin shaft 5, a screw 6 and a stress application hole 7; the cutting tool is designed according to the pipe spacing, the pipe length and the pipe diameter of a cooling pipe 8, and the inner and outer diameter sizes of a semicircular bearing frame 1 and a semicircular cutter rest 3 are designed; and the cutting pipe is hinged into a concentric ring through a hinge pin shaft 5, so that the cutting pipe does not interfere when rotating.
Processing groove places location bearing 2 on semicircle bearing frame 1, and processing groove places cutting knife 4 on semicircle cutter holder 3 to make location bearing 2 and cutting knife 4, can contact by external tangent with cooling tube 8 before the cutting, and location bearing 2 and cutting knife 4 can be along with self assembly axle free rotation. The semicircular bearing frame 1 and the semicircular tool rest 3 are locked by the screw 6, the stress application rod is inserted into the stress application hole 7 to rotate, and the screw 6 is screwed continuously, so that the cutting knife 4 is rotated to cut into the cooling pipe 8.
The use method of the invention comprises the following steps: when the cooling pipe 8 is cut, the semicircular bearing frame 1 and the semicircular tool rest 3 are firstly opened through the hinge pin shaft 5, and the positioning bearing 2 is sleeved on the cooling pipe 8; rotating the semicircular bearing frame 1, sleeving a cutting knife 4 on the semicircular knife rest 3 on a cooling pipe 8 through a hinge pin shaft 5, and locking the cutting knife 4 by using a screw 6; the stress application rod is inserted into the stress application hole 7 to rotate and is locked by the screw 6 continuously, and the cutting knife 4 is enabled to rotate to cut into the cooling pipe 8 until the cooling pipe 8 is cut off.

- An ITER first wall narrow pitch linear array tube cutting tool, characterized by: the cutting tool comprises a semicircular bearing frame (1), a positioning bearing (2), a semicircular tool rest (3), a cutting knife (4), a hinge pin shaft (5), a screw (6) and a stress application hole (7); the positioning bearing (2) is placed on a processing groove on the semicircular bearing frame (1), the cutting knife (4) is placed on the processing groove on the semicircular knife rest (3), the positioning bearing (2) and the cutting knife (4) can be in externally tangent contact with the cooling pipe (8) before cutting, and the positioning bearing (2) and the cutting knife (4) freely rotate along with an assembly shaft of the positioning bearing and the cutting knife; the semicircular bearing frame (1) and the semicircular tool rest (3) are locked by the screw (6) and are hinged into a concentric ring through a hinge pin shaft (5); and stress application holes (7) capable of being inserted into stress application rods are formed in the semicircular bearing frame (1) and the semicircular tool rest (3).
