In addition, because the front end of the outer punching top block is in a right triangle shape, the outer punching top block only punches the side wall of the pot cover to form a cutting hole 41, and the partial side wall is sunk into the inner side of the pot cover, so that waste materials are not generated, and the direction of the cutting hole 41 is downward.
In the punching process, the upper die and the lower die are closed, and the positioning type groove 13 of the upper die holder presses the whole pot cover so as to prevent the pot cover from moving when the pot cover is punched.
When the upper die 1 is lifted, the third return spring and the sixth return spring respectively drive the punching driving slide block 234 and the punching driving slide block 244 to lift, and similarly, the first, second, fourth and fifth return springs also drive the respective slide rods and the horizontal slide blocks to slide and reset, so that the outer top pressing block and the inner punching top block are separated from the side wall of the pot cover, and the outer punching top block and the inner top pressing block are separated from the side wall of the pot cover, and a worker or a robot can take out the punched pot cover.
After the holes are punched on the pot cover, a plurality of open holes 42 and cut holes 41 are arranged on the side wall of the pot cover in an annular staggered mode at intervals.
