The front end of the outer punching top block is in a right-angled triangle shape. In addition, the front end of the outer punching top block is in a right-angled triangle shape, so that the outer punching top block only punches and cracks the side wall of the pot cover to form a cutting hole, and the partial side wall is sunk into the inner side of the pot cover, so that waste materials are not generated, and the direction of the cutting hole is downward.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
Before the cooker cover positioning center seat starts to work, the upper die and the lower die are not closed, a worker or a robot firstly places the cooker cover 4 to be punched on the top of the cooker cover positioning center seat, at the moment, the outer top pressing block and the inner top punching block are respectively positioned on the outer side and the inner side of the cooker cover 4, the side wall of the cooker cover 4 is positioned between the outer top pressing block and the inner top punching block, similarly, the outer top punching block and the inner top pressing block are respectively positioned on the outer side and the inner side of the cooker cover 4, and the side wall of the cooker cover 4 is also positioned between the outer top punching block and the inner.

When the punching driving slide 234 moves downwards, the punching driving slide 234 drives the first horizontal slide 232 and the outer top press block 235 of the plurality of inner punching mechanisms 23 to slide towards the direction of the pot lid positioning center seat 22, the first horizontal slide drives the first sliding connecting rod to slide inwards (the first return spring is compressed), meanwhile, the second horizontal sliding block 233 and the inner punching top block 236 slide in the direction away from the lid positioning center seat 22, the second horizontal sliding block drives the second sliding connecting rod to slide outwards (the second return spring is compressed), the outer punching top block pushes against the side wall of the lid 4 at the outer side of the lid 4, the inner punching top block punches the side wall of the lid 4 from inside to outside, the inner punching top block 236 punches the opening 42 at the side wall of the lid 4, and pushed into the hole-punching abdicating hole 238 of the outer pushing block 235, and a plurality of outer punching mechanisms punch a plurality of holes 42 on the side wall of the pot cover 4 at the same time.
Meanwhile, the punching driving slider 244 also moves downward at the same time, the punching driving slider 234 drives the third horizontal slider 242 and the outer punching top block 246 of the plurality of outer punching mechanisms 24 to slide toward the pot lid positioning center seat 22, the third horizontal slider drives the third sliding link to slide inward (the fourth return spring is compressed), the fourth horizontal slider 243 and the inner punching block slide in a direction away from the pot lid positioning center seat 22, the fourth horizontal slider drives the fourth sliding link to slide outward (the fifth return spring is compressed), the inner punching block abuts against the side wall of the pot lid on the inner side, the outer punching top block punches the side wall of the pot lid from outside to inside, the front end of the outer punching top block 246 punches the side wall of the pot lid, and the outer punching top block 246 presses the side wall of the position of the pot lid into the punching yielding hole 248 and breaks the side wall to form a cut hole. Therefore, the plurality of inner punching mechanisms can punch a plurality of cutting holes 41 on the side wall of the lid at the same time. In addition, because the front end of the outer punching top block is in a right triangle shape, the outer punching top block only punches the side wall of the pot cover to form a cutting hole 41, and the partial side wall is sunk into the inner side of the pot cover, so that waste materials are not generated, and the direction of the cutting hole 41 is downward.
In the punching process, the upper die and the lower die are closed, and the positioning type groove 13 of the upper die holder presses the whole pot cover so as to prevent the pot cover from moving when the pot cover is punched.
When the upper die 1 is lifted, the third return spring and the sixth return spring respectively drive the punching driving slide block 234 and the punching driving slide block 244 to lift, and similarly, the first, second, fourth and fifth return springs also drive the respective slide rods and the horizontal slide blocks to slide and reset, so that the outer top pressing block and the inner punching top block are separated from the side wall of the pot cover, and the outer punching top block and the inner top pressing block are separated from the side wall of the pot cover, and a worker or a robot can take out the punched pot cover.
After the holes are punched on the pot cover, a plurality of open holes 42 and cut holes 41 are arranged on the side wall of the pot cover in an annular staggered mode at intervals.

The outer punching mechanisms are arranged on the base, are arranged around the pot cover positioning central seat at intervals in an annular mode by taking the pot cover positioning central seat as a center, and are used for punching the side wall of the pot cover from outside to inside on the outer side of the pot cover;
The upper die is positioned above the lower die and used for pressing the pot cover and driving the plurality of inner punching mechanisms and the plurality of outer punching mechanisms to punch holes simultaneously.
