Both ends of the hydrodynamic screw 4 are respectively connected with the rotary jet cleaning spray head 3 and the hydraulic controller 5 by screw threads.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the sewage reflux tank 6 is a water tank with a 10 ° slope at the bottom of a semicircle, and the lowest part is provided with a sewage pipeline quick connector 8 in a threaded connection manner, the sewage reflux tank 6 is connected with a sewage pipeline through the sewage pipeline quick connector 8, and sewage which is refluxed into the sewage reflux tank 6 is collected and concentrated for storage treatment in time.

3) The sewage reflux groove 6 is clamped on the body of the hydrodynamic screw 4 through a reflux groove fixing frame 7;
4) The hydraulic controller 5 is connected with a water inlet pipeline by adopting a water inlet pipeline quick connector 9 for supplying water;
5) The sewage reflux tank 6 is connected with a sewage pipeline through a sewage pipeline quick connector 8, and sewage which is refluxed into the sewage reflux tank 6 is collected and treated intensively in time;
6) Cleaning the male thread of the sleeve: the sleeve male thread is arranged in a male thread rotary jet flow cleaning nozzle, the flow and pressure are regulated through a control handle 10 at the rear end of a hydraulic controller 5, a hydrodynamic screw 4 is driven to rotate, the male thread rotary jet flow cleaning nozzle is driven to rotate, the bristle bundles c on a semicircular buckle cleaning brush 1 brush the oily sludge in the threads cleanly, and meanwhile, the oily sludge is flushed and taken away by high-pressure water ejected from an injection hole a of the rotary nozzle 2, and flows through a sewage reflux tank 6 and a sewage pipeline to be collected and recycled.
Sixth embodiment
Unlike the fifth embodiment, the present embodiment relates to a method of cleaning a box thread using a hand-held rotary spray cleaning box thread device, comprising the steps of:
1) Assembling a female thread rotary jet cleaning spray head: the semicircular buckle cleaning brush 1 is clamped on a female thread rotary spray head 2.1, injection holes b and bristle bundles c are uniformly distributed along the radial outward direction of a circular water pipe, and the injection holes b on the semicircular buckle cleaning brush 1 are overlapped with the injection holes a on the rotary spray head 2 to form a female thread rotary spray jet cleaning spray head;
2) The female thread rotary jet flow cleaning spray head 3 is communicated with a hydrodynamic screw 4 through a T-shaped water pipe, and the hydrodynamic screw 4 is connected with a hydraulic controller 5 through threads;
3) The sewage reflux groove 6 is clamped on the body of the hydrodynamic screw 4 through a reflux groove fixing frame 7;
4) The hydraulic controller 5 is connected with a water inlet pipeline by adopting a water inlet pipeline quick connector 9 for supplying water;
5) The sewage reflux tank 6 is connected with a sewage pipeline through a sewage pipeline quick connector 8, and sewage which is refluxed into the sewage reflux tank 6 is collected and treated intensively in time;
6) Cleaning the female threads of the sleeve: the female screw thread of the sleeve is arranged in a female screw thread rotary jet flow cleaning nozzle, the flow and pressure are regulated through a control handle 10 at the rear end of a hydraulic controller 5, a hydrodynamic screw 4 is driven to rotate, the female screw thread rotary jet flow cleaning nozzle is driven to rotate, the greasy filth in the screw thread is cleaned through bristle bundles c on a semicircular buckle cleaning brush 1, and meanwhile, the greasy filth is flushed away by high-pressure water ejected from an injection hole a of a rotary nozzle 2 and flows through a sewage reflux tank 6 and a sewage pipeline to be collected and recycled.

Claims (8)

the rotary jet cleaning spray head (3) comprises a rotary spray head (2) and semicircular buckle cleaning brushes (1), wherein a plurality of semicircular buckle cleaning brushes (1) are arranged, and the semicircular buckle cleaning brushes (1) are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the rotary spray head (2);
the rotary spray head (2) is a circular water pipe made of steel wires, a plurality of spray holes a (11) are uniformly distributed in the radial direction of the circular water pipe, a semicircular buckle cleaning brush (1) is correspondingly clamped at each spray hole a (11) on the circular water pipe, and spray holes b (12) communicated with the spray holes a (11) are formed in the semicircular buckle cleaning brush (1); the semicircular buckle cleaning brush (1) is also provided with bristle bundles c (13), and the bristle bundles c (13) are arranged in the injection holes b (12) and extend out of the outer arc surface of the semicircular buckle cleaning brush (1);

the hydrodynamic screw (4) comprises a hydrodynamic screw shell, a motor assembly arranged in the hydrodynamic screw shell and a transmission shaft with a driving head, wherein the motor assembly consists of a stator and a rotor, the rotor forms a plurality of continuous sealing cavities which are not communicated with each other in the stator, when pressure liquid enters the motor, a rotating moment is generated on the spiral surface of the rotor, the rotor is forced to do planetary motion in the stator, the planetary motion of the rotor is output through the transmission shaft, and the driving head is driven to rotate, so that high-pressure cleaning liquid is ejected from an ejection hole a (11) after entering a rotary jet cleaning nozzle (3) through the hydrodynamic screw (4).

A hand-held rotary spray cleaning sleeve threading device according to claim 1 and characterized in that: the male thread rotary spray head (2.1) is communicated with the hydrodynamic screw (4) through a U-shaped water pipe, a water inlet of the U-shaped water pipe is communicated with the hydrodynamic screw (4), and a water outlet of the U-shaped water pipe is provided with two paths and is respectively communicated with the outer ring of the circular water pipe;
the female thread rotary spray head (2.2) is communicated with the hydrodynamic screw (4) through a T-shaped water pipe, a water inlet of the T-shaped water pipe is communicated with the hydrodynamic screw (4), and a water outlet of the T-shaped water pipe is divided into two paths and is respectively communicated with an inner ring of the annular water pipe.
