The cleaning system of the hot bending machine further comprises a controller used for controlling the work of each electric component in the cleaning device of the hot bending machine.
in summary, the cleaning device and the cleaning system for the hot bending machine provided by the embodiments of the present invention can quickly and effectively clean and maintain the machine platform on the premise of ensuring the cleaning effect, reduce the working strength of the personnel, and improve the working efficiency.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning device for a hot bending machine is characterized by comprising a vehicle body, wherein a first cleaning device is respectively arranged on the left side surface of the outside of the vehicle body and the right side surface of the outside of the vehicle body; the first cleaning device comprises a first rolling brush and a second rolling brush, wherein the first rolling brush is used for cleaning a part, which is in contact with the die, in the hot bending machine; and the vehicle body is also provided with a dust suction device for absorbing dust impurities swept by the first rolling brush from a part of the hot bending machine, which is in contact with the mould.
2. A hot bender cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a second cleaning means is mounted to the front of the car body.

A cleaning device for a hot bending machine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first cleaning device further comprises a first cleaning cover and a dust suction channel communicated with the first cleaning cover, and is used for guiding and absorbing dust impurities swept down by the first roller brush from a part of the hot bending machine, which is in contact with the die; the first cleaning cover is communicated with the dust suction device through the dust suction channel.
4. A hot bender cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein a filter assembly is provided between the suction channel and the suction means.
5. a cleaning device for a hot bending machine according to claim 2, wherein the second cleaning device comprises a second roller brush for cleaning a portion of the hot bending machine, which is in contact with the die; the dust suction device is also used for absorbing dust and impurities swept by the second rolling brush from a part of the hot bending machine, which is in contact with the mould.
6. A hot bender cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein a position adjustment assembly is also mounted on the vehicle body for moving the first roller brush relative to the vehicle body.
7. The hot bender cleaning apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the position adjustment assembly comprises a first telescoping device for moving the first roller brush in a first direction and a second telescoping device for stabilizing the first roller brush in an adjusted position.
8. A hot bending machine cleaning device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein an air knife and a dust adhering roller assembly are further mounted on the vehicle body, and the air knife is used for blowing dust impurities at a position, in the hot bending machine, in contact with the lower surface of the mold to the dust adhering roller assembly; the dust-binding roller component is used for adsorbing dust impurities blown by the air knife.
9. A hot bender cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the suction means is a vacuum pump.
10. A hot-bending machine cleaning system, characterized by comprising a hot-bending machine cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-9.
