The movable support 34 includes a support plate 3401 at the bottom and a vertical mounting plate 3402 located on the support plate 3401, a first rotating shaft 35 and a second rotating shaft 36 are installed on the vertical mounting plate 3402, a first synchronous pulley 3501 is arranged on the first rotating shaft 35, a second synchronous pulley 3601 is arranged on the second rotating shaft 36, the first synchronous pulley 3501 and the second synchronous pulley 3601 are located at one side of the vertical mounting plate 3402, a first synchronous belt 37 is arranged between the first synchronous pulley 3501 and the second synchronous pulley 3601, and a connecting member (not shown in the figure) for fixing the first synchronous belt 37 and the fixed support 33 is arranged between the first synchronous belt 37 and the fixed support 33, so that when the movable support 34 moves relative to the fixed support 33, the first rotating shaft 35 and the second rotating shaft 36 rotate under the action of the first synchronous belt 37.
The other end of the second rotating shaft 36 is provided with a third synchronous pulley 3602, and the third synchronous pulley 3602 is positioned at the other side of the vertical mounting plate 3402 opposite to the second synchronous pulley 3601. The second rotating shaft 36 is further provided with a rolling bearing 38, and the rolling bearing 38 is installed on the vertical installation plate 3402 in a rolling manner. The vertical mounting plate 3402 is also provided with a swing arm 39 on one side of the third synchronous pulley 3602, a mounting hole is formed in the middle of the swing arm 39, and the swing arm 39 is sleeved on the outer ring of the rolling bearing 38 through the mounting hole and can rotate around the rolling bearing 38. The rotation supporting point of the swing arm 39 on the vertical mounting plate 3402 is not limited to be arranged on the rolling bearing 38, and a separate rotation supporting shaft can be arranged on the vertical mounting plate 3402 to enable the swing arm 39 to rotate around the rotation supporting shaft.
An ultrasonic assembly is rotatably mounted at one end of the swing arm 39 close to the rotation support member 31, and as shown in fig. 5, the ultrasonic assembly includes an ultrasonic vibrator 321, an amplitude amplifier 310 and an energy converter 311, which are coaxially disposed with the ultrasonic vibrator 321 and fixedly connected together. A second timing belt 312 is arranged between the third timing belt 3602 and the ultrasonic component, and the second rotating shaft 36 rotates to drive the ultrasonic component to rotate, so that the ultrasonic vibrator 321 rotates. One end of the swing arm 39, which is far away from the rotary supporting component 31, is connected with a pressure providing component 313, preferably a pressure cylinder, the movable end of the pressure cylinder is fixedly connected with the swing arm 39, the fixed end of the pressure cylinder is fixedly mounted on the movable supporting component 34, and the swing arm 39 is driven to rotate around the rolling bearing 38 through the extension and contraction of the movable end of the pressure cylinder, so that the up-and-down position of the ultrasonic component at the other end of the swing arm 39 is adjusted, and the pressure between the ultrasonic vibrator 321 and the welding anvil 322 is. In the welding, the larger the pressure between the ultrasonic transducer 321 and the anvil 322 is, the larger the output power required for the ultrasonic transducer 321 becomes, and the larger the power consumption becomes.
The welding anvil 322 matched with the ultrasonic vibrator 321 is rotatably supported on the movable support 34, the welding anvil supporting arm 314 is arranged on the movable support 34, the welding anvil rotating shaft 315 is arranged on the welding anvil supporting arm 314, and the welding anvil 322 is fixedly arranged on the welding anvil rotating shaft 315 and rotates together with the welding anvil rotating shaft 315. During welding, the ultrasonic vibrator 321 and the welding anvil 322 are pressed against the upper and lower surfaces of the disposable absorbent article, respectively, and the ultrasonic vibrator 321 rotates to drive the welding anvil 322 to rotate together under the action of the pressure. Through the structural arrangement of the sealing unit 3, the quick sealing of the waist of the disposable sanitary product can be realized, the sealing efficiency is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the ultrasonic welding is utilized, so that the sealing part is kept soft and the comfort is high.
A cutting unit 4 for cutting the disposable sanitary product sheets at the sealing position to form single disposable sanitary products is arranged at the discharging position of the sewing unit 3, and the cutting unit 4 comprises a knife roller 41 which is matched with the supporting plate 311 to cut the disposable sanitary product sheets at the sealing position. The cutter roll 41 finishes cutting the sheet of disposable hygienic articles and conveys it to the conveying unit 5. The cutting unit 4 can also finish cutting without matching with the sealing unit 3, and two mutually matched knife rollers 41 can be independently arranged to finish cutting the disposable sanitary product sheet; the disposable sanitary product sheet comes out from the sealing unit 3 and enters between two knife rolls 41 to be cut.
The conveying unit 5 comprises a rotary conveying belt 51 with one end butted with the knife roller 41, an air suction device is arranged on the rotary conveying belt 51, and the disposable sanitary products on the knife roller 41 are taken away by suction and are conveyed to the other end in a translation mode. The revolving belt 51 comprises revolving wheels 52 arranged at both ends, power wheels 53 for powering the revolving belt and a pinch roller 54. The disposable hygiene articles are transported in a straight line on a revolving conveyor 51 between two turning wheels 52.
The other side of the conveyer belt 51 opposite to the knife roller 41 is provided with a conveying roller 55 for taking away the disposable sanitary products on the conveyer belt 51, the conveying roller 55 is provided with a conveying steering device 56 in a butt joint mode, and the conveying steering device 56 is used for adjusting the angle of the disposable sanitary products and facilitating the operation of the next process. The specific structure of the conveying and turning device 56 can refer to a direction-adjusting device for a sanitary product production device disclosed in Chinese patent application No. 201620675419.1. The distance between the knife roller 41 and the conveying steering device 56 is conveniently adjusted through the rotary conveying belt 51, and the equipment arrangement is convenient.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 1, a system for manufacturing disposable hygienic articles is used for sealing disposable hygienic articles, more particularly, for sealing a sheet of disposable hygienic articles discontinuously in a conveying path, and the main purpose of the system is to improve the sealing speed of the sheet of disposable hygienic articles and improve the comfort at the sealing position. The structure comprises a pressing unit 1, a traction unit 2, a sealing unit 3, a cutting unit 4 and a conveying unit 5 which are arranged in sequence along a conveying path of a disposable sanitary product sheet.
The sealing unit 3 includes a rotation support member 31 and a set of welding units 32 disposed along a circumferential direction of the rotation support member 31 and rotating together with the rotation support member 31. The rotary support member 31 includes a plurality of support plates 311 arranged in a circumferential direction for supporting the disposable hygienic article, and the rotary support member 31 rotates about a predetermined rotation axis (not shown). The supporting plate 311 is an arc structure matched with the whole circumference, and the guide device 22 is a guide roller matched with the supporting plate 311 to convey the disposable sanitary product sheet to the supporting plate 311. And a gap is reserved between the two adjacent supporting plates 311 and used for arranging the welding unit 32.
the welding unit 32 comprises an ultrasonic vibrator 321 and a welding anvil 322 which are matched with each other to complete the welding of the disposable absorbent sanitary product; the welding anvil 322 is disposed between two adjacent support plates 311. The ultrasonic vibrator 321 is a cylindrical structure, the part of the welding anvil 322 matched with the ultrasonic vibrator 321 is a planar structure, the planar structure is in a long strip shape, the width of the long strip-shaped plane is matched with the thickness of the ultrasonic vibrator 321, and the long side direction of the long strip-shaped plane is the same as the axis direction of the rotary supporting component 31. The ultrasonic vibrator 321 reciprocates and rolls on the anvil 322 in the axial direction thereof during welding, and the ultrasonic vibrator 321 vibrates at a high frequency in the radial direction thereof, as shown in fig. 6. The ultrasonic vibrator 321 and the welding anvil 322 are pressed against the disposable hygienic article passing therebetween, and the welding of the disposable absorbent hygienic article is completed. The rest is the same as example 1.
Example 3: as shown in fig. 7, a system for manufacturing disposable hygienic articles is used for sealing disposable hygienic articles, more particularly, for sealing a sheet of disposable hygienic articles discontinuously in a conveying path, and the main purpose of the system is to improve the sealing speed of the sheet of disposable hygienic articles and improve the comfort at the sealing position. The structure comprises a pressing unit 1, a traction unit 2, a sealing unit 3, a cutting unit 4 and a conveying unit 5 which are arranged in sequence along a conveying path of a disposable sanitary product sheet.
The conveying unit 5 comprises a conveying steering device 56 which is matched with the knife roller 41 to realize conveying of the disposable sanitary products, the structural arrangement is compact, and the arrangement length of the device can be reduced. The rest is the same as example 1.
Example 4: as shown in fig. 7, a system for manufacturing disposable hygienic articles is used for sealing disposable hygienic articles, more particularly, for sealing a sheet of disposable hygienic articles discontinuously in a conveying path, and the main purpose of the system is to improve the sealing speed of the sheet of disposable hygienic articles and improve the comfort at the sealing position. The structure comprises a pressing unit 1, a traction unit 2, a sealing unit 3, a cutting unit 4 and a conveying unit 5 which are arranged in sequence along a conveying path of a disposable sanitary product sheet.
The sealing unit 3 includes a rotation support member 31 and a set of welding units 32 disposed along a circumferential direction of the rotation support member 31 and rotating together with the rotation support member 31. The rotary support member 31 includes a plurality of support plates 311 arranged in a circumferential direction for supporting the disposable hygienic article, and the rotary support member 31 rotates about a predetermined rotation axis (not shown). The supporting plate 311 is an arc structure matched with the whole circumference, and the guide device 22 is a guide roller matched with the supporting plate 311 to convey the disposable sanitary product sheet to the supporting plate 311. And a gap is reserved between the two adjacent supporting plates 311 and used for arranging the welding unit 32.
The welding unit 32 comprises an ultrasonic vibrator 321 and a welding anvil 322 which are matched with each other to complete the welding of the disposable absorbent sanitary product; the welding anvil 322 is disposed between two adjacent support plates 311. The ultrasonic vibrator 321 is a cylindrical structure, the part of the welding anvil 322 matched with the ultrasonic vibrator 321 is a planar structure, the planar structure is in a long strip shape, the width of the long strip-shaped plane is matched with the thickness of the ultrasonic vibrator 321, and the long side direction of the long strip-shaped plane is the same as the axis direction of the rotary supporting component 31. The ultrasonic vibrator 321 reciprocates and rolls on the anvil 322 in the axial direction thereof during welding, and the ultrasonic vibrator 321 vibrates at a high frequency in the radial direction thereof, as shown in fig. 6. The ultrasonic vibrator 321 and the welding anvil 322 are pressed against the disposable hygienic article passing therebetween, and the welding of the disposable absorbent hygienic article is completed.
The conveying unit 5 comprises a conveying steering device 56 which is matched with the knife roller 41 to realize conveying of the disposable sanitary products, the structural arrangement is compact, and the arrangement length of the device can be reduced. The rest is the same as example 1.
The invention is described above with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the specific implementations of the invention are not limited in this respect. Various insubstantial improvements are made by adopting the method conception and the technical scheme of the invention; the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and can be modified in various ways.
Claims (8)
1. A disposable hygiene article manufacturing system characterized in that: comprises a traction unit, a sealing unit, a cutting unit and a conveying unit which are arranged along a conveying path of a disposable sanitary product sheet in sequence;
The traction unit is used for changing the conveying direction of the disposable sanitary product sheet and guiding the disposable sanitary product sheet to the waistline sealing unit;
The sealing unit comprises a rotary supporting part and a group of welding units which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotary supporting part and rotate along with the rotary supporting part;
The cutting unit cuts the disposable sanitary product sheet at the sealing position to form a single disposable sanitary product;
the conveying unit transfers the disposable hygienic article from the cutting unit and conveys the disposable hygienic article to the next process.
2. The disposable hygiene article manufacturing system of claim 1, characterized in that: the traction unit comprises a traction roller and a guide device for guiding the disposable sanitary product sheet into the sealing unit; the cutting unit comprises a knife roller which is matched with the sealing unit to cut the disposable sanitary product sheet at the sealing position; the conveying unit comprises a rotary conveying belt, one end of the rotary conveying belt is in butt joint with the knife roll, a conveying roller is arranged on the other side, opposite to the knife roll, of the rotary conveying belt, and a conveying steering device is arranged in butt joint of the conveying roller.
3. the disposable hygiene article manufacturing system of claim 1, characterized in that: the traction unit comprises a traction roller and a guide device for guiding the disposable sanitary product sheet into the sealing unit; the cutting unit comprises a knife roller which is matched with the sealing unit to cut the disposable sanitary product sheet at the sealing position; the conveying unit comprises a conveying steering device which is matched with the knife roller to realize conveying of the disposable sanitary products.
4. The disposable hygiene article manufacturing system of claim 1, characterized in that: the traction unit is also provided with a pressing unit which presses together and conveys the parts of the disposable sanitary product sheet to be sealed.

The disposable hygiene article manufacturing system of claim 4, characterized in that: the pressing unit comprises an upper rotary conveying belt and a lower rotary conveying belt, and the disposable sanitary product sheet passes through the middle of the upper rotary conveying belt and the lower rotary conveying belt; the back of the conveying side of the upper rotary conveying belt is provided with a group of upper pinch rollers pressing the conveying side of the upper rotary conveying belt, and the back of the conveying side of the lower rotary conveying belt is provided with a group of lower pinch rollers pressing the conveying side of the lower rotary conveying belt.

The disposable hygiene article manufacturing system of claim 1, characterized in that: the welding unit is including the ultrasonic vibrator and the anvil of welding that mutually support and accomplish disposable sanitary products welded, the ultrasonic vibrator is cylindrical structure with welding the anvil, and the ultrasonic vibrator is reciprocating motion and is rolling along self axis direction with welding the anvil along the axial of rotation support part when the welding, simultaneously, the ultrasonic vibrator is along self radial high frequency vibration.

The disposable hygiene article manufacturing system of claim 1, characterized in that: the welding unit is including the ultrasonic vibrator and the anvil of welding that mutually support and accomplish disposable sanitary products welded, the ultrasonic vibrator is cylindrical structure, weld anvil and ultrasonic vibrator complex part and be planar structure, the ultrasonic vibrator is reciprocating motion and is rolling along self axis direction when the welding on the anvil, simultaneously, the ultrasonic vibrator is along self radial high frequency vibration.
8. The disposable hygiene article manufacturing system of claim 6 or 7, characterized in that: the waist sealing unit is divided into a welding area and a non-welding area along the circumferential direction, and the disposable sanitary product sheet enters the welding area from the non-welding area, rotates along the rotary supporting part, enters the welding area and then exits from the non-welding area; the included angle between the non-welding area and the circle center is 30-90 degrees.
