本发明公开了一种双极电凝钳的钳头绝缘装置,包括钳头A、钳头B、钳杆、绝缘件、钳头座、拉杆、手柄、手柄与钳杆连接,拉杆穿过钳杆连接并驱动钳头A和钳头B,钳头A和钳头B通过绝缘件并采用销连接在钳头座上,钳头座与钳杆固定连接。所述钳头A上开有大销孔A和钳头座连接孔A,绝缘件上开有大销孔B和钳头座连接孔B,大销孔B和钳头座连接孔B和大销孔A和钳头座连接孔A分别两两配合使绝缘件安装在钳头A上,钳头座上开有钳头座连接孔C,钳头座连接孔A、钳头座连接孔B和钳头座连接孔C配合使钳头A连接到钳头座上。本发明结构设计合理,绝缘效果好,提高了手术效率;可以有效提升产品的使用寿命,降低使用成品,增加产品的市场竞争力。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械的领域,具体涉及一种双极电凝钳的钳头绝缘装置。
背景技术
双极电凝钳多用于脑外科、显微外科、五官科、妇产科以及手外科等较为精细的手术,双极电凝的安全性目前被人所认识,其使用范围逐渐扩大。其应用方法是:两极安全电流进入钳内,通过绝缘安装连接在两片钳头,通过双极的两个尖端向机体组织提供高频电能,使双极两端之间的组织脱水而凝固,达到止血的目的。现有技术的双极电凝钳种类多,其关键技术是两片钳头交叉安装,关节部位钳头销的绝缘装置是用高分子套管(塑料、橡胶等)进行绝缘,两片钳头之间也是用高分子隔板(塑料、橡胶等)进行绝缘。主要有以下缺陷:两片钳夹交叉安装磨损大;高分子套管和隔板是分体安装,在应用中由于两个钳头向机体组织提高频电能时,会产生高温,分体安装的套管和隔板会渗液而产生导电,使高分子材料产生软化变形或熔化。由于磨损大,所以目前的双极电凝钳几次使用就报废,满足不了理想的手术后效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种双极电凝钳的钳头绝缘装置。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种双极电凝钳的钳头绝缘装置,主要包括钳头A、钳头B、钳杆、绝缘件、钳头座和拉杆,拉杆穿过钳杆连接并驱动钳头A和钳头B,钳头A和钳头B通过绝缘件并采用销连接在钳头座上,钳头座与钳杆固定连接。所述钳头A上开有大销孔A和钳头座连接孔A,绝缘件上开有大销孔B和钳头座连接孔B,大销孔B和钳头座连接孔B和大销孔A和钳头座连接孔A分别两两配合使绝缘件安装在钳头A上,钳头座上开有钳头座连接孔C,钳头座连接孔A、钳头座连接孔B和钳头座连接孔C配合使钳头A连接到钳头座上。
所述钳头B上开有大销孔C和拉杆连接孔,大销孔C和大销孔A、大销孔B配合连接,拉杆连接孔连接到拉杆。
所述绝缘件的大销孔B后部两边有凸出两耳朵。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明结构设计合理,绝缘效果好,钳头磨损小,提高手术效率,可以有效提升产品的使用寿命,降低使用成品,增加产品的市场竞争力。

实施例:如附图所示,这种双极电凝钳的钳头绝缘装置,主要包括钳头A1、钳头B11、钳杆2、绝缘件3、钳头座4、拉杆(图中未画出,安装在钳杆2内,属常用结构)、手柄、手柄与钳杆2连接(手柄安装在钳杆末端,图中未画出),拉杆穿过钳杆2连接并驱动钳头A1和钳头B11,钳头A1和钳头B11通过绝缘件3并采用销连接在钳头座4上,钳头座4与钳杆2固定连接。钳头A1上开有大销孔A12和钳头座连接孔A13,绝缘件3上开有大销孔B31和钳头座连接孔B32,绝缘件3的大销孔B31后部两边有凸出两耳朵,起屏蔽静电作用。大销孔B31和钳头座连接孔B32和大销孔A12和钳头座连接孔A13分别两两配合使绝缘件3安装在钳头A1上,钳头座4上开有钳头座连接孔C41,钳头座连接孔A13、钳头座连接孔B32和钳头座连接孔C41连接使钳头A1配合到钳头座4上。钳头B11上开有大销孔C14和拉杆连接孔15,大销孔C15和大销孔A12、大销孔B31配合连接,拉杆连接孔15连接到拉杆,拉杆拉动钳头B11绕大销孔B31转动。

1.一种双极电凝钳的钳头绝缘装置,其特征在于:主要包括钳头A(1)、钳头B(11)、钳杆(2)、绝缘件(3)、钳头座(4)和拉杆,拉杆穿过钳杆(2)连接并驱动钳头A(1)和钳头B(11),钳头A(1)和钳头B(11)通过绝缘件(3)并采用销连接在钳头座(4)上,钳头座(4)与钳杆(2)固定连接;所述钳头A(1)上开有大销孔A(12)和钳头座连接孔A(13),绝缘件(3)上开有大销孔B(31)和钳头座连接孔B(32),大销孔B(31)和钳头座连接孔B(32)和大销孔A(12)和钳头座连接孔A(13)分别两两配合使绝缘件(3)安装在钳头A(1)上,钳头座(4)上开有钳头座连接孔C(41),钳头座连接孔A(13)、钳头座连接孔B(32)和钳头座连接孔C(41)配合使钳头A(1)连接到钳头座(4)上。
