The invention adopts the average value of the variation coefficient of 6 indexes such as the beating degree, the wet weight, the water retention value, the number average length, the weight average length, the width and the like, and can comprehensively and systematically represent the quality stability of the paper-making reconstituted tobacco pulp.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco manufacturing, in particular to a characterization method for quality stability of paper-making reconstituted tobacco slurry.
Background
The domestic paper-making method reconstituted tobacco is usually produced by adopting a two-step method, the effective components of tobacco are fully soaked by adopting a solvent, then the tobacco extract is concentrated and backfilled on a tobacco substrate, and the key production procedures comprise the processes of extraction, concentration, pulping, papermaking, coating and the like. Pulping comprises two parts: firstly, the extracted tobacco raw material is pulped, and the aim is to improve the uniformity of the tobacco substrate; and secondly, the added fiber is pulped, so that the physical strength of the tobacco substrate is improved. The quality evaluation of the mixed slurry obtained in the pulping process is mainly carried out by adopting two indexes of the pulping degree and the wet weight at present. However, the fiber properties of the tobacco raw material and the added fiber are very different, and it is difficult to fully evaluate the quality of the mixed slurry only by the two indexes. In the actual production process, small fluctuation of the beating degree and the wet weight often occurs, and the situation that the difference of the wet weight is large under the condition of the same beating degree also occurs. These instability factors directly affect the quality control level of the following paper making section. Therefore, when the quality of the slurry is evaluated, some additional evaluation parameters are necessary to be introduced to measure the stability of the slurry.
Chinese patent 'A paper-making process reconstituted tobacco slurry uniformity degree characterization method' (application number: 201310750057.9) discloses a method for characterizing slurry uniformity degree by detecting net surfing concentration and concentrated white water concentration at different moments and calculating variation coefficients thereof; chinese patent 'characterization method of uniformity of size based on dryness of paper-making reconstituted tobacco size' (application number: 201611149104.4) discloses a method for characterizing the uniformity of size by detecting the net-feeding concentration and the concentration of concentrated white water at different moments and calculating the variation coefficient of the net-feeding concentration and the concentration of the concentrated white water.
