Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2. FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a polarizer according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the sound generating unit in fig. 1. The present embodiment provides a polarizer 1, where the polarizer 1 includes a polarizing layer 20, a substrate 30, and at least one sound unit 10 (fig. 1 shows that the polarizer 1 includes five sound units 10), and the sound unit 10 is sandwiched between the substrate 30 and the polarizing layer 20. The sound emitting unit 10 includes a support member 11, a vibration member 12, and a magnetic member 13. The supporting member 11 has an accommodating space 110, the vibrating member 12 is fixedly disposed in the supporting member 11 and divides the accommodating space 110 into a first vibrating cavity 111 and a second vibrating cavity 112, the magnetic member 13 is disposed on the vibrating member 12, and the magnetic member 13 is disposed in the accommodating space 110. When the magnetic part 13 is attracted or repelled by the magnetic force, the magnetic part 13 drives the vibration part 12 to vibrate and then generate sound.
The polarizer 1 is usually a structural member in the display screen 2 in the electronic device 3, and the main functions of the polarizer 1 are to filter out parasitic light, filter most glare, enhance visual acuity, improve color contrast and maximum visual comfort, that is, the light transmitted from all directions, the blind light will be absorbed by the polarizer 1, and only the effective light in the same direction enters the sight line, so that the eyes can clearly see objects. The polarizing layer 20 generally includes a polarizing layer 20 for polarizing light and a substrate 30 provided at one side of the polarizing layer 20 for protecting the polarizing layer 20. In the related art, the speakers are generally disposed corresponding to the side of the display screen 2 and the periphery of the polarizer 1 due to the structural limitation of the speakers and the limitation of the installation space in the electronic device 3. The installation position of the speaker is limited so that the position of the sound emission cannot be adjusted. So that the electronic device 3 can only sound at the side and can not sound at the middle of the display screen 2. The sound generating unit 10 is used to replace the speaker in the polarizer 1, and the sound generating unit 10 is integrated in the polarizer 1, so that the installation position of the speaker in the electronic device 3 in the related art can be changed, and the sound generating position can be changed, and the user can hear the sound in more areas. When the orthographic projections of the plurality of sound generating units 10 on the display screen 2 cover the display area of the display screen 2, the comprehensive screen sound generating sound can be generated from any position of the display screen.
In addition, the vibrating element 12 is fixedly arranged in the supporting element 11, and the vibrating element 12 can divide the accommodating space 110 into a first vibrating cavity 111 and a second vibrating cavity 112. When the magnetic part 13 is attracted or repelled by magnetic force, due to the action of the magnetic force, the magnetic part 13 moves towards the direction close to the magnetic force or moves towards the direction far away from the magnetic force, the movement of the magnetic part 13 drives the vibration part 12 to move, and the movement of the vibration part 12 can generate sound so as to realize sound production. The sound production of the force field control sound production unit 10 is generated through interaction between magnetic fields, and the structures of the sound production unit 10 and the polaroid 1 can be simplified.
Alternatively, the polarizing layer 20 may be made of materials including, but not limited to, polyvinyl alcohol and cellulose triacetate. The material of the support 11 includes, but is not limited to, a resin material. The material of the vibrating member 12 includes a transparent or translucent material.
