In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a frame device of a sound generating device is provided. For example, the sound generating device is a horn device. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the frame device includes: an annular edge portion 11 and an annular cylindrical portion 12.
For example, the annular edge portion 11 and the annular cylindrical portion 12 are annular, rectangular ring-shaped, or the like. A mounting portion is provided on the annular edge portion 11. For example, the annular rim portion 11 forms a flange. The flange is provided with a mounting hole, and the horn device is mounted on other electronic products through bolts.
As shown in fig. 3, an electrical connection member is further provided at the annular edge portion 11. The electrical connector is used for connecting with an external circuit. For example, the electrical connection is a pin. The inner side of the plug forms a lug 19. The soldering lug 19 is soldered to the wire. For example, the wire is a silk thread 15. The silk thread 15 is connected with the voice coil thread. The voice coil wire is led out from the voice coil body. The voice coil body vibrates in response to an electrical signal of an external circuit.
As shown in fig. 3, the annular cylindrical portion 12 is located inside the annular edge portion 11, i.e., on the side surrounded by the annular edge portion 11, and forms a connection with the annular edge portion 11. For example, the annular edge portion 11 and the annular cylindrical portion 12 are both made of plastic, and are integrally molded by injection molding. Alternatively, the annular edge portion 11 is made of metal and the annular cylindrical portion 12 is made of plastic, and the two are connected together by insert molding. Of course, the connection mode is not limited to the above embodiment, and those skilled in the art can set the connection mode according to actual needs.
An annular gap 13 is formed between the annular edge portion 11 and the annular cylindrical portion 12. The annular gap 13 plays a role of weight reduction, and the weight of the basin stand device can be effectively reduced.
In addition, when the basin stand device is manufactured in an injection molding mode, the annular gap 13 can also play a role in thinning, and the basin stand device is prevented from being partially contracted in the injection molding process.
In addition, the annular gap can improve the convection effect in the basin stand device, so that the heat dissipation of the sound production device is good.
As shown in fig. 1-2, a fixture 21 is provided within the annular gap 13. The fixing device 21 has a snap groove 14. The card wire slot 14 is configured to secure a wire connected with an electrical connector. For example, the wire is a silk thread 15. The lead wire 15 is fixed in the wire clamping groove 14 in the wiring process, so that the lead wire 15 can be prevented from moving randomly. The fixing device 21 enables the silk thread lines 15 to be consistent in trend, and the sound production device is better in yield and stability.
In addition, the position of the fixing device 21 is set, so that the method is more suitable for industrial production.
Lead to the silk line to appear the radian too big easily when buckling to lead to taking place the contact with other parts, influence the vibration effect of voice coil loudspeaker voice coil body. In one example, the securing device 21 is disposed on an outer wall of the annular cylindrical portion 12 (as shown in fig. 1 and 3) or an inner wall of the annular rim portion 11 and is located at an opening of the annular gap 13. In a normal case, one end of the tinsel wire 15 is connected to the voice coil wire located inside the annular cylindrical portion 12. The fixing device 21 is arranged at the position to form a fixing point and assist the lead wire 15 to form a bend so as to enter the annular gap 13.
Further, the cross section of the wire clamping groove 14 is perpendicular to the running direction of the wire (such as the lead wire 15), the arrangement mode can reduce the bending times of the wire, and the wire is easier to follow.
In one example, as shown in fig. 4, the cross-sectional shape of the wire-catching groove 14 is a circle having an open end. The opening end forms a closing structure. The sizes of the opening part and the tail end of the wire clamping groove 14 are larger than the diameter of the lead wire 15, and the size of the middle part is smaller than the diameter of the lead wire 15, so that the lead wire 15 is easily clamped in the wire clamping groove 14 but is not easily separated from the wire clamping groove 14. In a typical case, the cross-section of the wire (e.g., the tinsel wire 15) is circular. The circular wire clamping groove 14 can effectively fix the wires.
In other examples, the snap groove 14 can form an interference fit with the wire. This effectively prevents the wire from moving axially.
In one example, the open end is V-shaped or U-shaped. The open end of the V or U can act as a guide, which allows the wire to be more easily snapped into the snap groove 14.
Of course, the shape of the open end is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.
In one example, as shown in fig. 4, the fixture 21 includes two halves 14a disposed opposite each other. Each half 14a includes a chamfer 141 at the end and an arc 142 connected to the chamfer. The end of the fixing device 21 opposite to the annular cylinder 12. The two arc-shaped portions 142 enclose a circle.
The chamfered portion 141 forms a slope. For example, ribs extending in the direction in which the lead is inserted are provided on the inclined surface. The arrangement of the ribs reduces the contact area of the inclined plane and the lead, so that the friction force between the lead (such as the lead wire 15) and the inclined plane is smaller, and the lead is inserted more smoothly. The two bevels 141 enclose the open end of the V-shape. The two halves 14a are arranged in such a way that the structure of the fixing device 21 is simpler.
In one example, the snap groove 14 is rounded on the side that contacts the wire (e.g., lead wire 15). The round angle has a smooth and round surface, which is beneficial to fixing the silk thread 15 and can not cut off the silk thread 15.
In one example, as shown in fig. 2, a rib 17 is provided in the annular gap 13. The rib 17 is connected to the inner wall of the annular rim 11 and the outer wall of the annular cylindrical portion 12. The rib 17 can significantly improve the structural strength of the frame device and prevent the annular edge portion 11 and the annular cylindrical portion 12 from being deformed.
For example, the annular edge portion 11 and the annular cylindrical portion 12 are connected only by the plurality of ribs 17. This makes the structure of the basin stand simpler and lighter.
For example, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 17 are divided into a plurality of groups, and the plurality of groups of reinforcing ribs 17 are uniformly arranged around the annular cylindrical portion 12. This makes the structure of the frame device more robust.
In one example, as shown in fig. 2, a wiring groove 18 for wiring a wire is provided in the reinforcing rib 17. A wiring channel 18 is located between the card channel 14 and the electrical connector. The fixing device 21 is located at one end of the annular gap 13 in its axial direction, and the cabling channel 18 opens at the opposite end of the annular gap 13. The lead wire 15 is led out from the wire clamping groove 14, passes through the annular gap 13 and then is clamped in the wire distributing groove 18, so that the lead wire can be more firmly fixed in the annular gap 13. For example, the wiring groove 18 is plural.
A plurality of cabling channels 18 are arranged co-linearly.
Alternatively, the routing grooves 18 are bent, wavy or strip-shaped. Wherein the zigzag-shaped and wavy-shaped cabling channels 18 are capable of positioning the relative height of the wires, so that the position of the wires in the annular gap 13 is more accurate.
Of course, the shape of the wiring groove 18 is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and those skilled in the art can set the shape according to actual needs.
In one example, the frame means is integrally formed. For example, the annular edge portion 11, the annular cylindrical portion 12, the fixing device 21, and the reinforcing ribs 17 are all made of plastic and are integrally molded by injection molding. This makes the processing of the frame device easy.
Of course, the above-described components may be separately molded and then assembled.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure, a sound generating device is provided. For example, the sound emitting device may be, but is not limited to, a sound emitting device for an automobile. The sound generating apparatus for an automobile requires a large sound generating power. The sounding device comprises the basin stand device.
For example, sound generating devices also include magnetic circuit systems and vibration systems. The magnetic circuit system comprises a U iron and a permanent magnet arranged in the U iron. The permanent magnet is cylindrical and is axially magnetized. The U iron is low-carbon steel. And a magnetic gap is formed between the side wall of the U iron and the permanent magnet. The end face of the open end of the U-iron is fixed to the end face of the annular cylindrical portion 12, and is fixed thereto by, for example, bolts. An annular flange is formed on the outer ring of the end face of the annular cylindrical portion 12. The annular folded edge plays a role in positioning the U iron.
The vibration system includes a diaphragm, a spider 20, and a voice coil assembly. The voice coil assembly includes a voice coil bobbin 16 and a voice coil body wound on an outer surface of the voice coil bobbin 16. The voice coil bobbin 16 further includes an empty region where the voice coil body is not wound. The voice coil assembly is located in the inner ring of the annular cylindrical portion 12, and forms a gap with the annular cylindrical portion 12. A centering stay 20 is provided at one end of the annular cylindrical portion 12 opposite to the U-iron.
The centering disk 20 has an annular configuration and a wavy cross-section in the radial direction. The inner ring of the centering branch piece 20 is fixed in the vacant area, and the outer edge is fixed on the end face of the annular cylindrical part 12 opposite to the U-iron. The edge of the diaphragm is fixed to the annular edge portion 11. The middle of the diaphragm is connected to the voice coil former 16. The voice coil body is located in the magnetic gap.
The lead wire 15 passes through the wiring groove 18 and the wire clamping groove 14 and then is welded with the soldering lug 19. The lug 19 is embedded in the annular cylindrical portion 12 by insert molding. The other end of the pad forms a latch. The lug 19 opposes the outer wall of the annular cylindrical portion 12.
In one example, the voice coil body is plural. A plurality of voice coil loudspeaker voice coil bodies can show the drive power that improves vibration system, improves sound generating mechanism's sound production power. For example, the voice coil body is two. Each voice coil body is connected with two lead wire lines 15. The four lead wire lines 15 are arranged on two sides of the connecting part in a pairwise symmetry manner. Wherein, two lead wire lines 15 that are located the inboard belong to a voice coil body, and two lead wire lines 15 that are located the outside belong to another voice coil body. Each lead wire 15 is fixed on the corresponding soldering lug 19 through one wire clamping groove 14 and one wire routing groove 18. Namely, four lead wire lines and four wire clamping grooves 14 are respectively arranged at the moment, the lead wire lines at the two ends are electrically connected with the soldering lugs 19 at the two ends after passing through the wire clamping grooves 14, and the two lead wire lines at the middle position are electrically connected with the soldering lugs 19 at the middle position after passing through the wire clamping grooves 14.
Although some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of examples, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention.
